- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol, pregnant, with chronic illness, those in bad health with medial disabilities may not participate in this activity. Participants must also follow all safety instructions.
- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Children 3 years old and above can participate in this activity.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please prepare clothes which you do not mind getting wet.
Please bring a towel, a change of clothes, a drink, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen (for UV protection), snack, water bottle, tissue, etc, if you find it necessary. - Please do not wear valuables. We will not compensate for any damage or loss.
Additional notes
- There is a case that we cannot operate the activity even during the season.
- The guide may cancel the activity if they find it to be dangerous.
- You are entered into accident insurance (1,000 JPY per day for going to hospital, 2,000 JPY per day for extended stays, 7 million JPY in case of death) automatically as you book. If you are not satisfied with this insurance, please take out another insurance by yourself.
- Lunch is not included in the tour price. Lunch is available for purchase during the tour.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
