- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 8 business days to 18:00 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 4 business days to 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Elementary school children or older people can participate in this activity. (Elementary school children or younger should be accompanied by parents.)
- We cannot accept people in bad physical condition, those under the influence of alcohol or with a hangover, and pregnant individuals.

- If less than 3 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please wear gloves, sports shoes, and mobile clothes.
Sandals and skirts are prohibited.
People with long hair should their hair back.

- Please bring your printed out Veltra.com voucher.
Additional notes
- Paid shower available for 100 JPY.
- Transportation service may not be available in busy season. However, please request it when booking, if you may need it.
- The decision on whether the tour will take place is done by 20:00 the evening before the tour. We will contact you ONLY IF the tour will NOT take place.
- The tour may be cancelled or changed due to a natural disaster, weather, or an accident.
- This tour will be held only in Japanese.
