A perfect Anniversary giftReviewed by: Paul Gibson, 2016/11/21
I bought this for my wife as we were in Tokyo for our first year wedding anniversary. Booking through the website was very simple and was the best one I could find. The English directional instructions were very accurate and made the location easy to find, despite some hesitance on our part as we do not speak or read any Japanese. During the class we made 6/7 different items, ranging from a crane to a sumo wrestler which we thought provided great value for money. Our teacher (Yamada) and his assistant were brilliant and could not do enough for us. We throughly enjoyed the class and cannot reccommend it highly enough

First of all, it was easy to reach the place as I followed the instructions clearly written to reach this place. From the moment I entered the building I met half a dozen wonderful people. Recognising my confused look on the face, someone volunteered to show me the classroom. With the intension of being there on time I happened to reach too early, (30 mins before the scheduled time) but they were very accommodating and started the lessons (private lesson) immediately. I was taught the art of folding paper by Midori-san and her assistant who spoke real good English. Assistant was as helpful as the teacher and they both answered to many of my questions regrading Japan and its lifestyle also those not related to Origami. I have had wonderful time when I was this institute, proving to me once again that Japan is full of kind and wonderful people.
During my next visit to Japan, I wish to attend the calligraphy classes at this institution.
Thank you very much for your feedback. We are greatly pleased to know that you enjoyed the program!
Our instructor and assistant were also glad to have you as a guest.
We hope that you will have another opportunity to come back to Japan and join our program.
