Required items to bring & attire
- Please bring an apron, towel, triangle bandanna, a container at least 25 . 25. x 5 cm in size and a bag to take your soba noodles home. A digital camera for photography is also recommended.
Please trim your nails beforehand. - For those who do not own an apron, a soba happi coat is available. Please understand that there will be a limit on the number of coats available.
Other requirements
- Please wear comfortable clothes you do not mind getting dirty.
- Please remove accessories such as bracelets, watches, rings before making your soba noodles. It will be covered in the buckwheat flour.
