Learn to roast and get a coffee buzz tooReviewed by: David P from Guam, 2016/01/07
First off, this workshop is in Japanese so make sure you have a Japanese friend that speaks your language or grab an interpreter. The class is held above a coffee store. I already roast but wanted to learn more and also try Kopi Luwak. The workshop was very informative with a personal private class feel. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. My wife and I loved it. I don't know about future classes but we received a hand roaster for home use, the coffee we roasted in class, and another bag to take home. Blue Mountain coffee for the Welcome drink and a chance to drink Kopi Luwak was great. Sampling of other coffees and your own will surely get you buzzed! Good value for the price! Across the street is their coffee ware store! You better go there after the tour. Lot of neat coffee stuff!
