14:00 Begin LessonAt the start of the lesson, enjoy a welcome coffee brewed with a paper drip, nel drip or siphon according on the day. You will see how coffee is extracted on the spot.
14:30 Paper Drip CoffeeThe most common method of coffee dripping is by using a paper filter. A paper drip brings out the clear and crisp flavor of coffee. You will be able to try extracting coffee using basic techniques for the paper filter.
French Press CoffeeMany people may be familiar with the French press being used for tea, however it was actually invented for the coffee. Unlike the paper drip, you will be able to taste the true flavor of the bean. Enjoy experimenting and tasting the different types of coffee.
After the ExperienceIf you wish, please enjoy shopping at the coffee shop on the first floor to continue your coffee adventures at home. You can purchase items at 8% discount. (excluding some merchandise.)
15:00 If There is Time...If time allows, you may be able to see how coffee is prepared in a siphon or a nel drip. Watch and taste how the same coffee bean can taste differently according to the equipment being used.
