From Edinburgh you will head north over the Forth Road Bridge giving you views of perhaps the eighth wonder of the world, the Forth Rail Bridge. You will continue through the dramatic countryside to the banks of the River Tay, the city of Perth and onto Dunkeld in the shadows of the ruined 13th century Cathedral. Part of the original Cathedral is still in use as the local church. Take time to walk around and see the Atholl Fountain or walk along the river. You will then drive to the Hermitage which is perhaps the most beautiful woodland walk in Perthshire if not Scotland.

Continuing through beautiful highland countryside, you reach the oldest distillery in Scotland. You will have time for lunch in the Famous Restaurant before you join the Flight of the Grouse, an interactive tour of Scotland, and then a traditional distillery tour of the Glenturret and a tasting straight from the cask.

Continuing into the Kingdom of Fife, you return to Edinburgh.
