Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
Participants must be aged 12 and above (middle school students and older) up to 55 years old.
For safety reasons, individuals weighing over 85kg are not permitted to take the zip slide from the top of the waterfall. (They can still join the tour.)
If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

In the event of typhoons, inclement weather, or cancellations of flights or ferries, no cancellation fees will be charged.
Tours will proceed as usual in light rain. However, in the case of heavy rain, rising river levels, or weather warnings, the tour may be canceled for safety reasons.

Valuables will be stored in the vehicle. Please bring only essential items.
After the tour, changing tents will be provided. While the river water is clean, we also provide fresh water (or hot water on cold days) for rinsing off when changing.
