-Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian. Unaccompanied entry is not allowed.

*The vouchers for the Tokyo Subway Ticket and teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM are separate.
When entering teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM with a "Youth" ticket, please present your student ID.
Resale of this ticket is prohibited. Resold tickets will be invalid.

*Last admission is one hour before closing. You will not be allowed entry after the final admission time.
*Valid voucher required for entry. You cannot enter without a valid voucher for the day of your visit.
*Tickets are only valid for teamLab Planets in Toyosu. They cannot be used for other teamLab exhibitions. Please ensure you have the correct ticket.

Voucher Exchange]
-Voucher Exchange: Bring your "QR code voucher" to a traveler-friendly ticket machine at major Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations to exchange it for a Tokyo Subway Ticket.
-Refer to the attached file for exchange methods.
-Available at Tokyo Metro station offices (except certain stations).
-No Ticket Machine: If no traveler-friendly ticket machine or office is available, ask station staff for assistance.
To exchange for entry or transportation tickets, you will need the "QR code" issued after reservation. Please bring a device that can display the "QR code" or a printed copy.
*If you cannot display the QR code yourself, you will not be able to use the service.
Partial exchanges of tickets are not allowed. Even if you purchase multiple tickets, only one QR code will be issued per purchase. When you scan the QR code at Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations, all valid tickets purchased will be exchanged at once.
If the magnetic strip of the Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes damaged or weakened, it may not be usable with automatic ticket gates and other equipment. Please be careful not to place it too close to items that emit strong magnetic fields (such as smartphones, electronic devices, or wallets with magnetic clasps).

For sightseeing in Tokyo with the Tokyo Subway Ticket, please use the official Tokyo Metro app, which offers route maps and transfer information for Tokyo Metro.

Due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, sudden closures or cancellations may occur. Please check the facility's website before your visit.
・Please arrive at the venue's entrance at the designated date and time printed on your ticket and line up in the admission queue.
・The time printed on your ticket is your entry time, not the duration of your stay inside the museum.
・If you leave the waiting line, please ensure your companion remains in line. If you are visiting alone, please notify a nearby staff member before leaving.
・The waiting area is outdoors. Please take necessary precautions against weather conditions.
・Strollers must be left in the designated area before entering.
・Children under 13 years old cannot enter alone and must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.
・Some artworks may not be accessible for pregnant visitors due to safety concerns.
・Re-entry is not permitted after exiting. No refunds will be issued once entry is completed.
・Wheelchair users are welcome; however, certain areas featuring water-based artworks or inaccessible pathways require an alternate route. Visitors must transfer to the museum-provided wheelchairs upon entry (limited availability). These wheelchairs are standard models without fastening devices.
・Canes and prosthetic legs are permitted, and staff will be happy to guide you on the available routes before entry to ensure a smooth experience.
About the Museum
・Visitors will be barefoot when experiencing artworks involving water. Please remove your shoes in the locker area.
・Some artworks involve water exposure. Please remove socks and stockings in the locker area.
・Some areas will have water levels reaching up to knee height, even for adults.
・Water-based artworks contain chlorine, adjusted to safe levels.
・Small children should wear clothing they don’t mind getting wet or bring a change of clothes.

Luggage Policy
・The museum contains dark corridors, uneven flooring, and water-based artworks. For safety and hygiene reasons, luggage is not permitted inside the exhibition. If carrying essential items, please consult a staff member.

This artwork remains open in light rain. However, in the case of severe weather, such as typhoons or strong winds, it may be closed.

The paper ticket can be collected within 12 months from the date of purchase.
*The exchanged ticket will be valid for 6 months from the exchange date.

*If you enter the station and board the train within the valid time, you can still leave the station even if the valid time is passed.
*If the ticket is not used by the expiration date printed on it, it will become invalid.
*If the exchanged ticket cannot be used at the automated ticket gates, please inform a station attendant. After verification, a new ticket will be issued.

I was able to purchase the set plan for the metro ticket and teamLab Toyosu at a better price than the official one, which was very helpful. Since it was a reservation in advance, I could enter smoothly with the QR code. There was a designated entry time slot, and I was able to move around the venue smoothly as well.メトロチケットとチームラボ豊洲のセットプランは公式よりお得に購入出来助かりました。
