- 在订单确认后，若于参加日8营业日前的当地时间18:00至参加日2营业日前的当地时间18:00之间取消订单，将收取预订总额的30%作为取消费用。
- 在订单确认后，若于参加日2营业日前的当地时间18:00至参加日1营业日前的当地时间18:00之间取消订单，将收取预订总额的40%作为取消费用。
- 在订单确认后，若于参加日1营业日前的当地时间18:00至参加日当天、当地时间活动开始前1小时之间取消订单，将收取预订总额的50%作为取消费用。
- 在订单确认后，若于参加日当天、当地时间活动开始前1小时以内取消订单，将收取预订总额的100%作为取消费用。
更改条款
- Please contact Veltra immediately if you make any changes to your booking once it is confirmed, as:
・Any changes made between 18:00 local time, 8 business days to 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
・Any changes made between 18:00 local time, 2 business days to 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
・Any changes made between 18:00 local time, 1 business days to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
・Any changes made after 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
