Schedule

1. Meet at Tana Shrine.
2. Important Note on the Event Period

   The schedule may vary depending on the condition of the rice fields.

4. Rice farming experience

   Visit the island’s only Awamori distillery to observe the distillation process and receive an explanation.

   
5. Awamori distillery tour

   Set nets in the wari (coral reef channels) and herd the fish in.

   
6. Awamori tasting experience

   Compare and taste rare Awamori, including unreleased varieties (minors not permitted).

   
7. Tour ends.

   Please note: Awamori production takes time, so the shipping schedule for the Awamori and rice will be explained at the time of participation, with delivery scheduled several months later.
8. Disband on site.
