What to bring

If you plan to use the ticket after the selected date, please open the digital ticket from your voucher and save the URL of the page that opens (your digital ticket) before the selected date. On the day of use, please present your digital ticket using the saved URL.
Other requirements
- Please present your e-ticket (exchange ticket) at the entrance counter with your smartphone or other device. You will receive a paper ticket in exchange. Since the ticket will be handed over at the entrance counter, you will have to wait in line during busy times.
- Please note that the park may be closed suddenly due to typhoons or earthquakes. Please understand this in advance.

Additional notes
- Pets are not allowed in the museum (except for guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs). Guide dogs and other pets are allowed to enter the concession and restaurant areas, but are not allowed to enter areas where animals are present because of the ferocious crocodiles and animals that are susceptible to infectious diseases.
