Restrictions

【If You Don't Have a Japanese Driver's License】
If you don't have a Japanese driver's license, you'll need one of the following to rent a car:
①An International Driving Permit (IDP) and your passport.
②A foreign driver's license from Switzerland, Germany, France, etc., plus an official Japanese translation.

A Non-Operation Charge (NOC) is required for loss of business if the car becomes unusable due to an accident or breakdown.
・If the vehicle can be driven: 30,000 to 50,000 yen
・If the vehicle cannot be driven: 60,000 to 80,000 yen
【Parking Information】
We frequently receive inquiries from customers renting for one or more nights about using our lot for overnight parking.
We sincerely apologize, but we are unable to provide overnight parking. Our lot is used for vehicle check-ins, check-outs, and preparing cars for the next morning's rentals, so vehicles are constantly being moved.
For your convenience, we recommend using one of the nearby parking lots we can direct you to. Thank you for your understanding.
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas.

Additional notes

About Extension Fees and Return Times
・Returns after 19:00 will incur an extension fee.
・The extension fee is ¥3,300 per hour (varies by vehicle type).
・Returns after 20:00 (outside of business hours) will be charged for an extra day. In this case, the vehicle must be returned after 9:00 AM on the following day.
If the vehicle key is lost, a fee of ¥50,000 plus a service call fee (approx. ¥10,000 to ¥20,000) will be charged.
