- The tour confirmation details and ferry booking number will be sent to your email address the day before your departure. Please be sure to check them.
- Participants with circulatory/respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or who have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour are not permitted to join. Participation may also be denied depending on your health condition on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- Swimming is at your own risk. For safety reasons, please swim within designated areas monitored by lifeguards, and always wear a life jacket when snorkeling.
- Participants under 18 years of age require a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
- ＜Notes Regarding the Hatenohama Plan＞
・For safety reasons, children aged 7 and under, as well as adults aged 66 and older, cannot participate in the snorkeling tour.
・Photo data will be provided after the tour; however, please note in advance that photography may not be possible due to equipment malfunction or technical issues.
・Participation may be refused on the day if an instructor determines that safety is compromised due to an inability to follow instructions or communicate effectively. - English support is available at the local shop (basic level).
- Children aged 3 and under are free of charge, but no seats are provided. They must sit on a parent's lap during transport and boat rides. [A]

- Please note that ferry services may be canceled in the event of vessel failure or necessary maintenance.
- Vehicles used for transportation on Kume Island have limited space. Therefore, large luggage such as suitcases is not permitted.
- Arrival times may be delayed due to sea/weather conditions, which may shorten your stay on Kume Island. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Depending on sea conditions, the Hatenohama tour may be canceled or shortened. In case of cancellation, it will be changed to an island sightseeing tour. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Tours may be canceled due to bad weather or poor sea conditions. In such cases, we will contact you. Refunds for tour cancellations will be made via bank transfer, minus handling fees.
- Return times to Naha Port may be delayed. Guests taking flights should ensure they have ample time. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight.
- This is a day tour. Using the return ferry on a different date is not permitted.
- On-site rental options such as parasols and snorkel sets are available for purchase at special rates.
- Schedules and tour content may change due to weather, sea conditions, or tides. Local staff will explain any changes on the day of the tour.
- Guests are responsible for managing their own luggage and valuables. We assume no liability for loss or theft. Please avoid bringing large amounts of cash or valuables on the tour.
- Drone photography will only be conducted if flight safety conditions (weather, wind speed, location, aviation law) are met. Refunds will not be issued if drone flights cannot be conducted.
