-Entry to Narusawa Ice Cave is not permitted for children under 3 years old or shorter than 100 cm, as well as for pregnant guests or those carrying children (on the back or in arms). No refunds will be provided in such cases. - -The cave does not have fully maintained stairs; instead, there are stone steps, including sections with a climb of approximately 20 meters. Elderly guests (especially those using canes) or those wearing high heels may be refused entry. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

- The Narusawa Ice Cave can be slippery, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.
