Restrictions

  • Participants are ages 6 to 60 (elementary school age and older).
    *Please note that children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Guests with respiratory or heart conditions, epilepsy, high blood pressure, medical restrictions on physical activity, mental illness, or those who regularly take medication are not permitted to participate.
  • Drinking alcohol before marine activities, including snorkeling, is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited.
  • If you are not feeling well, we recommend canceling your participation in the tour.
  • If it is difficult for you to wear equipment such as a wetsuit or life jacket, we may have to decline your participation.
  • Participants aged 60 and over must bring a medical certificate from a doctor, regardless of their health condition.
    Please note that if you do not bring it, you will not be able to join the tour, and no refund will be provided.
  • Guests with a fever are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Guests who are suffering from the ill-effects of the excessive consumption alcohol or are under the influence of alcohol on the day of the activity, are not permitted to participate in this activity.

Additional notes

  • For tours involving children, additional safety measures are required compared to adult-only tours. For this reason, a child rate is not offered. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps ensure the safest and most enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • Restrooms, changing rooms, and showers are available.
  • Paid parking is available (100 yen per hour).
  • The tour will proceed in light rain. However, it may be temporarily suspended or canceled in case of heavy rain causing poor visibility or lightning.
  • Delivery of the photos may take some time. If you would like to receive them immediately, please consult with us in advance.
