To ensure maximum safety, all participants in our tours are required to wear a life jacket at all times. Please do not remove your life jacket during the tour.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that individuals who fall under any of the following categories refrain from participating. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
● Individuals who are pregnant
● Individuals under the influence of alcohol or suffering from a hangover
● Individuals with a pacemaker or heart conditions
● Individuals with mental health conditions (e.g., epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorders)
● Individuals with respiratory conditions (such as asthma)
● Individuals with cardiovascular conditions
● Individuals with cerebrovascular conditions
● Individuals with physical disabilities
● Individuals with diabetes
● Individuals weighing over 100 kg
Individuals with hearing or visual impairments: Please participate with a helper or interpreter and consult us in advance.
Individuals with chronic illnesses, fever, or injuries: If symptoms are mild, please inform us beforehand.
Participants aged 6 to 59 are welcome to join. ^[A]
The age range for participation is 3 to 59 years old.
※Please note that depending on the field conditions on the day, we may not be able to accommodate children under 6 years old. ^[B]
For SUP, the minimum age is set at 12 years and older. If you have children aged 3 to 11, please choose the canoe option. ^[B]

Additional notes

The meeting and disbanding times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. We will contact you the day before the tour with details about the meeting place and time. If you do not receive any communication from the shop by the evening of the previous day, please call the phone number listed on your voucher.
The tour will proceed in rainy weather. However, if it is determined that the field conditions are not safe, the tour may be canceled.
Please use the restroom before participating, as there are no restroom facilities near the site.
If you are going to be late, please be sure to contact us in advance.
The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
Free pick-up is available in the Uehara area.
Hotels outside the Uehara area, such as Jungle Hotel Painumaya, Eco Village, and La Teada Iriomote, are not within our pick-up range. Guests staying at these hotels should use a bus or taxi to reach Uehara Port.
We'll guide you to the best field based on the day's wind direction, tide levels, and crowd conditions. Please note that you may be guided to the sea instead of the mangroves. ^[B]
