At the Rokko Cable Shita Station ticket counter, please tap the usage screen and present it to exchange for the physical Higashi Rokko Excursion Ticket.

Restrictions

The “Adult” ticket is valid for ages 12 and above.
Children aged 12 who are still enrolled in elementary school are classified as “Child.” Please check child ticket details on-site.
You can reserve tickets for up to 4 people, but all users must stay together during use. Splitting up during the trip is not allowed. If you wish to act separately, please make individual reservations.
If you wish to cancel after the participation date selected at the time of booking, please contact VELTRA.
If you plan to use the service after the participation date you selected when booking, you will not be able to access your voucher from the VELTRA My Page.
Please make sure to tap “Scan or Click to Use” on your voucher before the participation date and save the URL of the digital ticket in advance.
On the day of use, please present your digital ticket by accessing the saved URL.

What to bring

Please prepare a smartphone with a camera function that can access the internet.
*This service does not work with feature phones (flip phones).

Other requirements

-The digital ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other tickets or IC cards, and fare adjustment machines cannot be used.
-Please use ticket gates equipped with QR code readers when entering or exiting.
-For refunds before use, please contact the travel agency or the place of purchase. Refunds are not available after pressing the “Start Using” button.
-The railway operator (service provider) may suspend or discontinue all or part of the services available with the digital ticket without prior notice to customers due to disasters or other circumstances.
-Even after usage has begun, if the railway operator (service provider) deems it necessary, refunds or other actions related to the digital ticket may be carried out. In such cases, please contact the travel agency or the place of purchase.
-If your device is malfunctioning, out of battery, or otherwise unable to display purchase information, the ticket cannot be used. In such cases, a regular passenger fare will be charged separately from the entry station to the exit station.
-This ticket is valid from 3:00 a.m. to 2:59 a.m. the following day. Please press the “Start Using” button after 3:00 a.m. on the day of use. If activated between 0:00 a.m. and 2:59 a.m., the ticket cannot be used after 3:00 a.m.
-Usage is subject to the terms and conditions of carriage.
