- We strictly enforce capacity and age limits to ensure safe operation.
・Capacity: Maximum of 8 passengers.
・For safe operation, children (including infants) are also counted as "1 passenger".
・Accompaniment limits for children: Up to 2 children under the age of 12 may board per 1 adult (guardian).
Example: 2 adults + 4 children under 12 (total of 6 people) are allowed to board. If you do not meet these conditions, please consult with us in advance. - ・Boarding of minors only: As a general rule, we do not allow boarding of minors only.
- Guests Who Cannot Board (Safety Standards)
We are sincerely sorry, but guests who meet any of the following conditions will not be allowed to board.
・Pregnant women and infants
・Those who cannot board or disembark the vessel on their own
・Those whose body size prevents them from wearing a life jacket
・Those who cannot understand safety warnings or instructions in Japanese
・Those who do not follow the warnings or instructions of the captain and our staff - Notes and Requests During Boarding
・Regarding Life Jackets:
・Regardless of the reason, guests who cannot wear a life jacket properly will not be allowed to board.
・You may bring your own, but it must be approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (with the "Sakura mark").
・If you trigger an "auto-inflating life jacket" due to negligence or intent, you will be billed separately for the cost of replacement gas and other associated expenses. - ・Posture During the Cruise: Please always follow the captain's instructions and remain seated while on board.
・Regarding Wet Clothing/Baggage: You may get wet due to sudden waves or rain. We do not provide compensation for damage to clothing or any baggage you bring on board, so please manage them at your own risk.
・Regarding Restrooms: There is a restroom on board, but its use is limited to emergencies only. Please make sure to use a restroom before boarding. - ・Regarding Cancellation of Operation: If you do not follow the captain's instructions or engage in behavior that compromises safety, the cruise will be canceled immediately and we will return to port.
Additional notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- In the event of tour cancellation due to bad weather or mechanical trouble, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellation Due to Rain/Inclement Weather
・As a general rule, the cruise will be canceled in the event of rain.
・Decision on cancellation: The decision will be made around 17:00 on the day before. If cancellation is decided, we will contact you by phone or email.
・Final decision: Depending on the conditions of the day, the cruise may be abruptly canceled 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. - ・In the case of cancellation due to inclement weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.

・The captain will determine the route based on weather and tidal conditions, so we may not be able to visit all locations. If you have a preferred destination, please let us know before departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided it is safe to do so.
