- Each accompanying adult can bring one child for free.
- Each accompanying adult can bring up to two infants for free.
- However, infants from three individuals onward will be considered "children," and payment of the child fare for the ride will be required. Additionally, infants traveling alone (occupying a seat) also need to purchase a child ticket.
* Children: Between the ages of 6 and 12 (elementary school students)
* Infants: Under the age of 6. - If you use the ticket after the participation date selected at the time of booking, you will not be able to check the voucher from the My Page on Veltra. Please make sure to tap "Scan or Click to Use" on the voucher before the participation date to access the digital ticket URL. On the day of use, present the digital ticket via the saved URL.
- If you wish to cancel after the participation date selected at the time of booking, please contact Veltra.
- The voucher is valid for up to 3 months from the date of purchase.

- Refunds cannot be obtained at Tenjin Bus Terminal, Hakata Bus Terminal, or Fukuoka Airport International Bus Terminal. To request a refund, please apply through the purchase completion screen on the website.
