Friday, Saturday, and Days Before Holidays: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Note: Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time.

Tuesdays (If Tuesday is a national holiday, the museum will remain open, and it will close on the following weekday instead).

New Year's Holidays: December 30 – January 3.

Admission to the Tenku Art Museum is free for children of elementary school age and younger.
Discounts for guests with disabilities are available. Please bring your disability certificate/handbook and purchase your tickets directly at each facility's counter.
"Student" tickets apply to junior high school, high school, and university students. ^[A]
The Museum & Kuchu Teien Observatory Combo Ticket is not available for children aged 4 to 12. Please purchase individual observatory tickets directly at the venue. ^[B]

Additional notes

Pets are not allowed inside either facility (with the exception of certified guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs).
Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited in both facilities.
Photography is strictly prohibited within the exhibition zones and the 3D Theater. Photography is allowed in the entrance, observation areas, and the museum cafe.
These tickets cannot be used on special operating days, such as the day of the Yodogawa Fireworks Festival.
Both tickets are valid only on the selected date of participation. No date changes or refunds are permitted after purchase.
