Restrictions

Children 2 years old and above can participate in this activity.
The following individuals are not permitted to participate:
- Those who are feeling unwell
- Those who are pregnant
- Those who are heavily intoxicated
・Maximum of 9 adults per boat.
・Adults are defined as junior high school students and above.
・Children (elementary school age and under) are counted as one adult for every two children.
・Wheelchair boarding is available upon request. Please contact us in advance.
・Pets (dogs) are welcome on board. Please consult us regarding breed and number.
・For groups of 10–19 adults, operation with two boats is available. Advance reservation is required at least one month prior.

What to bring

Please wear one more layer of clothing than you would on land, and shoes that are easy to move in and slip-resistant.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks (refrigerator and microwave available).

Additional notes

Depending on weather conditions, courses may be altered, trips may be returned to port, or trips may be canceled for safety reasons. Also, travel times may vary depending on wind speed and direction, and wave height.
Cancellations due to bad weather or other adverse conditions will not incur a cancellation fee.
Please be punctual for the meeting time. Also, please allow ample time for any plans after your return.
