  2. Journey to Shirataki Daimyojin
    Follow a historic path to Shirataki Daimyojin.

    Highlights:
    - Mikasa Mound: A monument linked to a late Edo love story, ideal for fostering love.
    - Kobo Rock: A meditation site for Kobo Daishi Kukai, believed to reveal "Paradise" for family happiness and "Nothingness" for health prayers.
  3. Meditation While Gazing at the Flames
    Many people find that watching the flames brings a sense of calm, making it easier to enter a meditative state. Use this time to quiet your mind as preparation for the waterfall meditation experience.
  4. Changing
    Upon arriving near the waterfall, you'll change into attire in the "changing room." Men will wear a fundoshi and headband, while women will wear a jinbei and headband.
  5. Waterfall Training Experience
    Prepare yourself and enter the water!

    Flow of Waterfall Meditation:
    - Shout and perform a straight punch to focus
    - Bow to the waterfall
    - Acclimate to the water
    - Enter the basin and stand under the waterfall
    - Pray at Shirataki Daimyojin
  6. Changing in the Powder Room
    Use the clean powder room equipped with dryers and towels.
  7. Bonfire Experience
    After the waterfall experience, warm up by the bonfire. Enjoying a bonfire in the forest is a rare and valuable experience. Savor the natural surroundings and make the most of the remaining time.

    ■By Public Transport:
    Get off at Kintetsu Funatsu Station and walk 15 minutes (about 650m). Signs are posted from the station. Funatsu Station is three stops from Kintetsu Toba Station on the local train to Kashikojima.

    ■By Car:
    About 20 minutes from Ise IC via the Ise Futami Toba Line.
    It's recommended to use Google Maps for navigation (https://goo.gl/maps/j73RbBTnU1cfbBcB9).
    If using a car navigation system, entering "635-3 Funatsu-cho, Toba City, Mie Prefecture" may lead you to a back road. Instead, set it to "Funatsu Nursery School." Once there, continue 150m uphill, and you'll find a road descending to the right. Follow it to reach Shirataki Daimyojin and the parking lot.
