[On the Day Procedures] Please present your QR code at the “Same-Day Ticket” counter at Unazuki Station at least 20 minutes before your desired departure time to exchange for your ticket.

Children aged 5 and under (preschoolers) may ride free of charge if seated on the lap of an accompanying adult. If a separate seat is required, a Child Ticket must be purchased.
Operating Period: From April 20, 2026 to September 30, 2026. Service is not available from October 1 onward.

If you use the ticket after the participation date selected at the time of booking, you will not be able to check the voucher on your Veltra My Page. Please take a screenshot of the QR code shown on the voucher before the participation date and present it at the reception on the day.

Additional notes
Stopovers are not permitted with a round-trip ticket.
Coin lockers are available at Unazuki Station (500 yen per use, maximum size: 80cm high × 35cm wide × 48cm deep). Large baggage that does not fit in the lockers can be kept temporarily at Unazuki Station (1,000 yen per item).

Thanks to purchasing round-trip tickets for the trolley train in advance through Veltra, I was able to ride at a great price compared to buying them on-site the same day. The weather was nice, and the autumn leaves were just starting to change, allowing me to fully enjoy the natural scenery of the Kurobe Gorge, including the rivers and dams. I would like to continue using Veltra for my reservations in the future.トロッコ電車の往復券は当日現地購入より、ベルトラさんで事前購入したおかげでお得な金額で乗車することができました。 天気も良く、紅葉も少しずつ始まっていて、黒部峡谷の自然や河川、ダムの景色などをじっくり堪能できました。 また、これからもベルトラさんでの予約を利用したいと思います。
