Meet at Kanazawa Station
Riding an Electric Bicycle
The tour start from Kanazawa Station on the electric bicycle "Machi-nori." During a tour, a guide will lead you to both popular and lesser-known spots in Kanazawa.
Sightseeing Spots While Riding
The route includes
- Kazuemachi Chaya District
- Hakuchoro
- Ishikawa-mon Gate (Kanazawa Castle )
- Kenrokuen Garden
- 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art
- Nagamachi Samurai District

Note: The tour will not enter any temples other than the Ninja Temple.
Myoryuji (Ninja Temple)
Explore hidden temple mechanisms with Japanese guidance. Though it appears to be two stories, it actually has seven stories, 23 rooms, and 29 staircases. Exploring its maze-like interior showcases the wisdom and ingenuity of the era.

What is “Ninja Temple”??
Myoryuji Temple, or "Ninja Temple," features traps and hidden mechanisms like a pitfall donation box, secret staircases, and a well linked to Kanazawa Castle. Built during tensions with the Tokugawa Shogunate, it served as a fortress.
After the Tour
You can ride the electric bicycle for free on the same day. Revisit places that caught your eye while touring the town, or enjoy new discoveries. However, please note that you will be responsible for any admission fees.

*You must return the bicycle to a Machi-Nori bicycle parking spot.

Additional notes

The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions. However, the tour will be held in the event of light rain, etc. Simple raincoats can be purchased from the guide on the day for 110 yen.
Except for the Ninja Temple visit, the tour will be guided by a local guide in English and Chinese.
