Check-in begins at 5:30 PM on the day of the event. Please present the “Information for the Day” email at reception.
The “Information for the Day” email will be sent by the day before your participation date.

Persons affiliated with organized crime groups or other antisocial forces are not permitted to use this service.
Reselling or transferring seats for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
If any actions are found to violate the terms and conditions stated on this page, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund at our discretion. Guests who have already entered the venue may also be asked to leave. We assume no responsibility for any damages or disputes arising from such violations.
If you would like services provided in a language other than Japanese, please inform us at the time of booking.
If you must transfer your event participation rights to a third party due to unavoidable circumstances, please notify the organizer by the day before the event with the transferee’s name and contact information. Entry may be denied if the transfer is made without prior notice. Any disputes arising from the transfer must be resolved between the parties involved, and the organizer assumes no responsibility for such matters.
If the organizer changes or cancels the event, guests will be notified in advance whenever possible. Full refunds will be provided only in cases of organizer-initiated changes or cancellations. Otherwise, cancellations will be treated as customer-initiated and are non-refundable.
If the event is canceled due to earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis, storms, floods, epidemics or infectious disease outbreaks, other natural disasters, war, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, labor disputes, third-party strikes, enactment or revision of laws and regulations, orders or actions by government authorities, fires not attributable to the organizer, or any other force majeure events, the event fee will not be refunded.
Transportation to the venue is not included. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare.
