Restrictions

  • Although the venue is on the 3rd floor, an elevator is available for your convenience.
  • Reservations can be made for a minimum of one person.
  • Infants (0-1 years old) who participate while sitting on a guardian's lap are free of charge. ※Please note that infants cannot participate alone.
  • Depending on the reception hours, timing, and the number of participants, the event may not be held.
  • People who are not participating in the experience are not allowed to enter.
  • English support is provided to the best of our ability. If you require an English interpreter, please select the English Support Guarantee.

Other requirements

  • Unannounced delays of 10 minutes or more will be treated as cancellations. Due to the program schedule, we cannot adjust the event timing for late arrivals.
  • Entry will begin 5 minutes before the start. Until then, entry is not permitted. Please wait outside until the venue opens, and arrive close to the gathering time.

Additional notes

  • Customers who wish to receive a certificate of completion can do so for a fee of 300 yen. Please request this at the time of booking.
  • The content of wagashi (Japanese sweets) making workshops varies depending on the season.
  • It is possible to arrange experiences for groups of 10 or more people, as well as private bookings for 22 or more people (or the equivalent fee for 22 people). If you are interested, please contact us. (Please note that the cancellation policy differs from the standard policy in such cases.)
  • If you drop the anko (sweet red bean paste) during the experience, you can purchase a new portion for an additional 100 yen. *This applies only to those participating in experiences that use anko.
  • Please refrain from bringing large luggage.
  • We regret to inform you that we cannot take any responsibility for any disputes or issues between customers.
  • If you have any requests regarding the air conditioning on the day of the event, please feel free to speak to our staff.
