If you would like services in a language other than Japanese, please inform us at the time of booking. - If the event is canceled due to earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis, storms, floods, epidemics or infectious disease outbreaks, other natural disasters, war, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, labor disputes, third-party strikes, enactment or revision of laws and regulations, orders or actions by government authorities, fires not attributable to the organizer, or any other force majeure events, the event fee will not be refunded.
- If you are unable to attend and need to transfer your event participation rights to a third party, you must notify the organizer by the day before the event with the transferee’s name and updated contact information. Entry may be denied if the transfer is made without prior notice. Any disputes arising from the transfer must be resolved between the parties involved, and the organizer assumes no responsibility for such matters.

- If the organizer changes or cancels the event, guests will be notified in advance whenever possible. Full refunds will be provided only in cases of organizer-initiated changes or cancellations. Otherwise, cancellations will be treated as customer-initiated and are non-refundable.
