③ Boarding the Private Cruise Boat
You will board a specially arranged three-level cruise boat, reserved exclusively for guests of this tour. The vessel is designed for comfort and flexibility, allowing you to move freely between floors. The first floor offers seating with tables, while upper levels provide open viewing areas.
④ Premium Viewing Location on the River
The boat will take position in a special viewing zone near Azuma Bridge. From this unique location, you can enjoy views of both the first and second fireworks sites. This rare vantage point allows you to experience the full scale and grandeur of the festival, something that is difficult to achieve from land.
⑤ Enjoy a Special Dinner Bento
While onboard, you will receive a dinner box prepared by a famous restaurant known for its traditional shrimp rice ball specialty. This carefully prepared meal adds a delicious and authentic Japanese dining experience to your evening as you relax on the boat.
⑥ Fireworks Viewing from the Deck
As night falls, the Sumida River Fireworks Festival begins. You may watch from the open-air rooftop deck, where you can stand and take in the full panoramic view of dazzling fireworks bursting over the Tokyo skyline. Guests are encouraged to share space and enjoy the moment together.
⑦ Flexible Viewing Areas for Comfort
If you prefer a more relaxed experience, you may move between different levels of the boat. The second floor provides seated viewing without tables, while the first floor offers chairs and tables for a more comfortable setting. This flexibility ensures every guest can enjoy the event in their preferred style.
⑧ Festival Atmosphere & Onboard Experience
Throughout the cruise, you can soak in the festive atmosphere while enjoying optional drinks available for purchase onboard. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. The boat is equipped with restroom facilities and designated smoking areas for convenience.
⑨ End of Tour and Disembarkation

- 煙火結束後，攜帶手電筒照亮自己的腳下會很方便。
- 由於巴士座位配置的關係，即使同一團體報名，也可能會出現座位分開的情況。即使是兩人以上的團體，也不一定能安排相鄰座位（可能是前後排列的座位）。
- 本行程為夜行巴士行程，因此僅在熄燈時可使用可傾斜座椅。使用時請先向後方乘客說一聲。另外，在停車休息如上廁所時，請配合根據情況將座椅回復原位。
- The chartered cruise may be shared with participants from other tours operated by Club Tourism.
- For safety reasons, children under elementary school age are not permitted to participate in this tour.
- Delays or non-participation due to transportation disruptions or other reasons are subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the departure time stated on the voucher.
- Due to navigation restrictions on the Sumida River, the cruise will depart earlier than usual (around 16:00–16:30). As a result, there will be a waiting time of approximately 3–4 hours before the fireworks begin. During this waiting period, please enjoy your dinner.
Please also note that after the fireworks end, heavy congestion on the river may result in a delay of approximately 1–2 hours before returning to the pier. - The seating on board will be table-and-chair seating on the first deck. Meals will be served and enjoyed on the first deck. Seat assignments are at the discretion of Club Tourism, and seat selection is not available. Please note that you may be seated with other guests outside your group.
- The second-deck seating area and rooftop deck are open for all guests to enjoy. Please be considerate of others and share the space fairly so that everyone can have an equal opportunity to use these areas.
- Drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are available for purchase on board. Please pay individually for your orders.
- Due to surrounding buildings, some fireworks may be partially obstructed from view.
- The Sumida River Fireworks Festival features two launch sites: the first venue and the second venue. This tour is scheduled to offer fireworks viewing from the boat in the area roughly between the two venues.
- For the cancellation or postponement, we will notify the tour representative by email. Please note that the final decision at the local venue may be made as late as the morning of the event day. Therefore, even if you are unable to receive the notification in time and still arrive at the meeting point, transportation costs and other expenses will not be refunded. Even if a reserve date is set for the Sumida River Fireworks Festival, tours for the following day’s reserve date will not be sold.
- If the fireworks display is canceled due to bad weather before departure, and sailing is still possible, the cruise will operate a different sightseeing course, and the full difference in fare will be refunded.
If the event is canceled after the fireworks have begun (even if only one firework has been launched), no refunds will be issued. - The return time may be later than the scheduled time. Please ensure you have arranged transportation back to your home in advance before joining the tour.
