At the time of admission and collecting a paper ticket, you will need a “QR code” issued after the reservation is completed.
Please bring a device that can display the “QR code” or print out the “QR code”.
*If you are unable to present the “QR code”, you may not use the voucher.
If you use the service after the selected participation date at the time of booking, you will not be able to check the voucher from your Veltra My Page.
Before the participation date, please take a screenshot of the QR code on the voucher and present it at the reception on the day.
If you wish to cancel after the selected participation date, please contact Veltra.
