What to bring

You do not have to bring anything since all the items required for dressing in the kimono are included in the plan. In winter, when it becomes rather cold in Kyoto, you may bring a thin T-shirt or such to wear under the kimono for extra warmth.

Additional notes

You can choose your kimono on the day. You have to pay an extra fee if you change the grade of kimono to one not included in your selected package.
Time required for preparation before going out for a stroll is about 60-90 minutes. The time for preparation may vary according to how crowded it is. Please have enough time (approximately 2 hours is best) before going to your next destination.
In busy seasons like spring and autumn, there may be cases where you have to wait for a while in the shop. So please allow yourself sufficient time to come to the shop. Be sure to let us know if you will be arriving later than expected.
