- Due to the nature of certain sightseeing locations on this tour (e.g., historical sites, mountainous areas, or poorly maintained paths), we regret to inform you that we cannot recommend participation for guests using wheelchairs.
Many of the routes at the tour stops include unavoidable staircases, steps, uneven ground, or slopes that are not wheelchair-accessible. - This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- If you have limited mobility but can manage a few steps or short distances with assistance, please contact us before booking to confirm the suitability of the tour.
- Please note that if you arrive late to the meeting point, we are unable to allow you to join the tour midway due to logistical reasons.

The elevator for the Kegon Falls is not included in the ticket price but is available for an additional fee. - The tour may be subject to cancellation or itinerary changes if the minimum number of participants is not met. We will inform you at least 3 days prior to the departure date.
What to bring
- Please limit your luggage to items that can be safely stored in the overhead bin or under your seat. If you need to store large luggage on the bus during the tour, please notify us in advance. Please note that some small vans cannot accommodate a lot of luggage.
- Please be mindful of the person behind you when you recline your seat. For safety reasons, the guide may advise against using the recliner on certain routes. When leaving the bus, even temporarily, please return your seat to the upright position.
- Nikkō Tōshō-gū Shrine is a sacred place, so please dress respectfully.
This tour involves quite a lot of walking and includes many steps, so please wear appropriate shoes. - Nikkō is located in the mountains between 500 and 1,500 meters above sea level. Therefore, especially in winter, the temperature may drop below freezing, and the paths may be icy or slippery.
- If you have food allergies or other dietary restrictions, please inform us when making your initial booking.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus.
- Bringing pets of any kind is not permitted on the tour. (Excluding certified service animals, with prior notice.)
