Guide Introduction and Group Assignment
After check-in, the guides introduce the tour and divide participants into groups. Experienced guides explain the schedule and safety instructions before creating teams based on skill level and group size, making it easy for beginners to join with confidence.

Our Family Rafting Course features calm waters with almost no rapids or drops, ensuring a safe and secure experience for children as young as 3.

Restrictions

There are no restrictions based on health conditions. However, if you have any medical concerns or symptoms, please mention them in the remarks section when booking. The tour operator will respond accordingly.
Please avoid drinking alcohol before the tour.
Each infant must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Children 3 years old and above can participate in this activity.

What to bring

・Long-sleeved shirt and long pants made of synthetic fabric that can get wet (e.g., jersey or fleece)
　Note: Jeans are not allowed, as they restrict movement when wet.
A・ full change of clothes (including underwear and socks) and a towel
Please remove accessories, watches, and other valuables before joining the tour.
If you wear glasses, please use a glasses strap. Straps are also available for purchase at the center.
What to Bring: Towel, change of clothes, and a plastic bag for wet clothes

The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
All tours operate rain or shine. Start and end times may change significantly depending on weather conditions.
The tour may be canceled if the guide determines conditions are unsafe.
All participants are required to sign a waiver and consent form on the day of the tour.
NAC guides provide instruction and support throughout all tours. However, as these are outdoor activities in a natural environment, unforeseen accidents may occur. Please participate with full awareness and responsibility for your own actions.
Participants are automatically covered by accident insurance upon tour check-in
(outpatient treatment: JPY 2,000 / hospitalization: JPY 3,000 / death benefit: JPY 3,800,000).
Guests who would like additional coverage are encouraged to arrange their own travel or accident insurance.
