- If less than 25 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

- If the opening of the Tateyama Toll Road or the Snow Corridor (Yuki-no-Otani) is delayed, the tour may be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
The bus will travel to Murodo via the Tateyama Toll Road; however, the road may be closed due to severe weather conditions. If the road is closed after the tour has departed, we may guide you to an alternative sightseeing location or return to the original meeting point. We appreciate your understanding. - In cases of poor visibility, snowfall, severe weather, snow removal operations, or other safety concerns, the organizer may determine that it is unsafe to proceed. As a result, the Snow Corridor Walk may be shortened or cancelled.
- Please note that temperatures at the site can be below 10°C (50°F) even in April and May, and winter clothing is necessary. Snowfall may occur if the weather worsens, so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for snowy conditions. The height of the Snow Corridor varies depending on weather and climate conditions.
- This tour visits Murodo at an altitude of 2,450 meters (8,038 feet), where there is a risk of altitude sickness. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or health concerns are strongly advised to consult a physician before booking and participating in the tour. On the day of the tour, please avoid excessive alcohol consumption and lack of sleep. If you experience symptoms such as headache or nausea, please inform the tour escort immediately.
- Arrival time may be delayed due to road conditions or other traffic circumstances.
- The itinerary may be rearranged depending on operational conditions.
- For changes to meal arrangements due to food allergies, religious reasons, or other special dietary requirements, a handling fee of JPY 1,500 per meal will be charged. If there is any price difference, the actual additional cost will also be collected.
In principle, please inform us no later than 14 days prior to the departure date. - Delays or non-participation due to transportation disruptions or other related issues will also be subject to cancellation charges.
The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
