The meeting place was only vaguely indicated, and I ended up waiting at a different location, which was disappointing. I think they should provide a clear meeting point. When I called, the Japanese was broken and hard to understand, and I felt deceived. The bus to Takayama also made stops along the way without any explanation, and even though it was a highway, the speed was slow.

This is the best tour because you can visit both Takayama and Shirakawa-go in one day. The bus guide's commentary is kept to a minimum. While this may be a matter of personal preference, I had no issues with that style. There was also plenty of time at each location.

高山・白川郷の両方を1日で回れるという意味で、最高のツアーです。バスガイドの案内も必要最小限です。これは好みが分かれるとは思いますが、自分はそのスタイルで問題なかったです。各地の時間も十分にありました。

I would like to have a temperature check and other confirmations during the first boarding. The Chinese participants do not adhere to the meeting time. They are talking loudly without wearing masks on the bus. (The tour guide does not give any warnings.) I do not want to participate much in the future.

最初の乗車時には検温等の確認をしてほしい。
中国人が集合時間を守らない。バス車内ではマスクを着用せず大声で
話をしている。(添乗員は注意をしない)
今後あまり参加したくない。

Since it was a holiday Saturday, the highway was congested with frequent accidents, and we got caught in traffic, which delayed our schedule. However, thanks to the quick thinking of our experienced driver and our trilingual guide, we were able to reverse the original route from Hida Takayama to Shirakawa-go. As a result, we were able to visit both places without reducing our stay time.

I was very satisfied with the personalities of both the guide and the driver. Thank you very much.

祝日の土曜だったので高速道路が混雑しており、事故多発、渋滞に巻き込まれ、予定通りに進まなかったのですが、ベテランと思われる運転手さんとトリリンガルのガイドさんの機転の効いた判断で　飛騨高山→白川郷　の本来のルートを逆にしてくれました。おかげさまで両方、滞在時間を削る事なく旅を終えました。

ガイドさんと運転手さんのお人柄もとても良かったので大満足です。ありがとうございました。

I wanted to take a little more time to explore Shirakawa-go. The meeting point was hard to find. Since the photo was taken from inside the station showing the taxi stand, it was easy to get confused. I thought it would be better to show a photo near the fountain.

白川郷一箇所でいいからもう少しゆっくりと観光したかった。待ち合わせの場所がわかりにくかった。写真は駅の構内からタクシー乗り場を写していたので間違えるもと。写真を出すなら噴水近くでなければと思った。

I had always wanted to see the winter scenery of Shirakawa-go, and it was truly breathtaking! It was beautiful, the air was fresh, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The tour had about 50 participants, with more than 40 being international travelers, probably from Korea. Since I can speak some English, I was able to make friends with people from Korea and Vietnam, which became a wonderful memory for me. ^_^

ずっと見たかった冬の白川郷、本当に圧巻でした！
美しく、空気もキレイで、ゆったりとした時間でした。
ツアーは50人参加くらいで、40人以上が海外からの旅行者、おそらく韓国の方々かな？
僕はある程度英語がしゃべれるので、韓国やベトナムから来た方々と仲良くできたのも素敵な思い出となりました^_^

It was my first solo trip. During a two-day, one-night business trip to Nagoya, I decided to extend my stay a bit and signed up for a day trip to Shirakawa-go. Being able to see the scenery I had only seen on TV or in photos in person, as well as being able to explore inside the buildings, became a lifelong memory.

人生初の一人旅でした。
一泊２日の名古屋出張で　せっかくなら少し足を伸ばそうと　白川郷の日帰りツアーに申し込みました。TV越しや写真で見てきた風景を実際に見ることができ、また　建物の中の見学もできたことは一生の思い出になりました。

I booked a bus tour that required a minimum of six people. It turned out to be just the six of us. It felt like a private taxi, making for a relaxed trip with just our group. The driver was also kind and easy to talk to.

I booked the tour with buffet lunch. The food was sooo good, lots of meat~ I love it! Eventhough the weather was not so nice in shirakawago, but we could enjoy to the fullest. I was hoping for the snow, but it was raining instead. I also love the hida beef. Overall, its a great tour. The schedule was in time and Still got enough time to explore everything. We’ve accomplished our mission to discover Takayama and Shirakawago in a perfect way. Thank You ^^

The tour was very well organized and us, tourists had an easy time going to the meeting point due to very good instructions with map.
The sites were very impressive and beautiful.
Our English tour guide, assistant and driver were all very helpful and always had a ready smile. Special shout out to our main tour guide who spoke very good English, was very funny and cheerful.
The itinerary was very well planned giving us enough time to tour the place.

I would have wanted more time at the Toki outlet.

The lunch was not very good. I would have preferred a local restaurant with authentic Hida beef.

Wonderful tour made even more fun by our cheerful tourguide who spoke good English and was quite funny.

Shirakawa go and Takayama were very interesting esp. Shirakawa go.
Be prepared for very cold weather in Autumn.
Lunch , though was not that good. I would have preferred a local place with Hida beef.
Even then, the tour was excellent.

A must join tour! Beautiful sceneries, excellent tour guides, friendly, super well organized trip!

Nice tour! The guide was very good. They made sure I had a vegan lunch!
