Upon checking with the operations manager at the local company, we found that the driving time is set to be within 13 hours, and for this tour, the driving time is within 9 hours, with a distance of less than 400 km per day for vehicles equipped with digital tachographs (and less than 300 km for those without). Therefore, there are no issues in this regard. Additionally, regarding the driving speed you pointed out, we verified the records from the digital tachograph, which showed that the speed was within 100 km/h, so there are no problems there either.

However, it is a fact that we caused you to feel uneasy. We recognize that the driver's mission is not only to transport customers to their destinations but also to conduct the tour safely and securely, which is of utmost importance. We will continue to guide our drivers to ensure they are well-trained.

The road leading to the facility is very narrow, and there are limited places where the bus can park, so it can only be parked in designated areas. However, we regret that we did not inform you in advance that it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the facility, as this information was not included on our page. We appreciate your feedback, and we have added this information to the tour page.

We also sincerely apologize for any concerns regarding COVID-19 measures. While we provide free seating, we recognize that it was necessary for the tour guide to remind participants about COVID-19 precautions on the day of the tour.
