I was anxious because there were mostly foreigners, but I enjoyed the high level of freedom. The menu had quite a bit of variety, and I was satisfied. I got tired.

The weather was very nice, which was great. Mei, who guided us, explained everything carefully while using multiple languages. I liked that we could go to various places, and this is my fifth time using this tour. Considering the travel time, I can't think of any other options (laughs). Personally, I appreciated being able to enjoy a drink while not having to drive. Since it was Friday, the return trip was crowded, but the driver was thoughtful about the route and drove safely, which was good.

This is my fourth time using Beltora tours. I always request them because I can go to various places each time.

This time, Mr. Li handled everything from gathering the group, driving, explaining, and guiding us. There was only one Japanese person this time, but he was very considerate and kind in his responses. It's perfectly fine to have just one Japanese person (laughs).

今回は李さんが集合、運転、説明、案内までこなした上に、今回日本人1人だったのですが、気を使わせてしまって親切に対応してくれていました。
日本人1人でも大丈夫です（笑）

The guide was a super tour conductor who handled the roles of driver, guide, and interpreter all by themselves. The sightseeing was efficiently organized, and the content was more than sufficient for a one-day tour. They were considerate of my wife, who had hurt her foot, allowing us to enjoy the experience. It was a wonderful tour conductor.

ドライバー、ガイド、通訳を一人でこなしてしまうスーパー添乗員でした。観光も効率よく周り1日観光としては十分すぎる内容でした、足を痛めていた妻にも気づかっていただき楽しむことができました。素晴らしい添乗員でした。

I visited Dazaifu Tenmangu for the first time, and it was compact and very easy to see. It was just the right season for plum blossoms, and they were beautiful. The ropeway and Yufuin were not that great, so I think other places might have been better. The guide was top-notch!

太宰府天満宮初めて行きましたが、こじんまりしていて、とても見やすかったです。
ちょうど梅のシーズンでとても綺麗でした。
ロープウェイと湯布院ははイマイチでしたので、他のところが良かったかな。
ガイドさんはピカイチでした！

There were many people from the Chinese region, but including us, there were three groups of Japanese. The guide and driver, although their Japanese was limited, were able to explain things in Japanese as well. It seemed that the places we visited and the duration of our stay were decided on the spot, and we arrived at Hakata Station at 6 PM. At Ichiran no Mori, we wrote our names in advance so that we could eat right away, and they had everything prepared for us. The initial anxiety disappeared, and we had a very enjoyable time.

中国圏の人も多かったが私たち含め3組日本人がおり、ガイド権運転手の方もつたない日本語ではあるが日本語でも説明をしていただけた

I was glad to experience various activities and see different sights in just one day. The tour guide was friendly, smiling, and easy to talk to. My husband, who has back pain, found it tough to sit for about two hours on the bus. He mentioned it would have been nice to stretch his back during the bathroom breaks.

1日で、色んな体験、景色が見れて良かった。添乗員さんも笑顔で優しく、話しやすかった。腰痛持ちの夫は、バスで2時間程、座りっぱなしなのは、きつかったらしい。途中トイレ休憩などで、腰を伸ばせたら良かったとの事。

I was very satisfied with how efficiently we were able to visit many places. Aside from the three of us, everyone else was from abroad (including the guide and the driver), but it was a completely comfortable day trip bus tour. Thank you again!

I finally went to Takachiho, a place I've wanted to visit for a long time. The beautiful scenery left me speechless. I had an amazing time. The guide was also unique and explained everything clearly, which was great.

ずっと行きたかった高千穂に行ってきました。綺麗な景色に感無量でした。最高に楽しかったです。ガイドさんも、ユニークな方で説明もわかりやすく良かったです。

Yō-san, our guide, is a wonderful woman who is a super bilingual in Japanese, English, and Chinese. She taught us about Takachiho Gorge, the myths of the gods, and Mount Aso in three languages to about 40 participants from America, Indonesia, China, and us four Japanese. She really knows her stuff. Thanks to Yō-san, it was a fun tour. I am grateful. Places like Takachiho Gorge are not easy to visit. I think it's a good idea to participate in tours like this.

ガイドのようーさんは日本語、英語そして中国語を操る超バイリンガルの素敵な女性です。彼女は当日の参加者アメリカ、インドネシア、中国そして私達日本人４人合わせて40人位に３言語で高千穂峡について、神々の神話、阿蘇山等よ〜〜く教えてくれました。本当に勉強なさってます。ようーさんのおかげで楽しいツアーとなりました。感謝しています。高千穂峡のような場所はなかなかいけないような場所です。このようなツアーに参加すると良いと思います。

This time, we traveled with about 20 people, including some from the Chinese community, two Australians, and three Japanese, in a microbus. The guide and driver was a kind and attentive person who was bilingual in Japanese and Chinese, and occasionally spoke English as well. They were reliable, well-organized, and we enjoyed the entire trip without any delays.

The weather in Itoshima was nice, with gentle winds, making it a pleasant climate as long as you had a light jacket. The ladies in their fifties enjoyed looking at the swings and play equipment set up on the sandy beach (laughs). Before going to Ichiran Forest, I thought I wouldn’t need to eat ramen, but since I was hungry, I decided to try it. I bought a meal ticket and filled out a paper at my seat with my preferences for noodle firmness, green onions, garlic, and spiciness to place my order. There are actual stores in Nakasu and Hakata, but I had never been there or tried the food. I thought ordering would be complicated, but thanks to the guide's explanation, I was able to order confidently and enjoy the meal. It was a great experience.

The roadside station in Munakata had many products even though it was early afternoon, and I was excited to shop! The grilled mackerel sushi was delicious, especially the one with grilled mackerel and minced fish. I highly recommend it!

I had seen photos of the Miyajidake Shrine, but when I actually climbed the stairs and looked back, I was surprised by the straight view of the sea. The distance appeared hazy, creating a mysterious feeling as if it went on forever.

On the way back, there was a bit of traffic on the urban expressway, but we arrived smoothly at Hakata Station. It was a tour that I’m glad I went on. I hope to create opportunities to enjoy different courses in the future. Thank you to the guide and driver for accompanying us!

今回は中華系の方々とオーストラリアの方2名と日本人3名総勢20名位でマイクロバスで巡りました。ガイド兼ドライバーの方は親切丁寧な方で日中バイリンガル時々英語のトリリンガルで対応されてて頼もしくて、段取りが良く全工程が遅延もなく楽しめました。

糸島は天気も良く風もあまり強くなく上着があれば過ごせるいい気候でした♪
アラカン女子は砂浜に設置のブランコやらの遊具は見て楽しんでいました（笑）
一蘭の森は行く前はラーメン食べなくてもいいやと思ってましたが、お腹が空いてたので食べてみることにしまして食券を買い席で紙に麺の硬さにネギにニンニク辛味など記入してオーダー
中洲や博多にも実店舗はありますが、行ったことがなく食べたこともありませんでした。ましてやオーダーがめんどそうと思てました。今回はガイドさんの説明もあり安心してオーダーができ食べることができました。
いい経験になりました。

宗像の道の駅は昼過ぎでしたが商品も沢山あり買い物にテンションが上がりました♪焼き鯖寿司が美味しくて焼きサバとソボロ状のが入ったものが絶品です。ぜひぜひおすすめです♪

宮地嶽神社は写真などで見てましたが実際階段を登り振り返ると海まで一直線の景色にびっくりします、先は霞んで見えましたので永遠に続きそうな不思議な感覚になりました。

帰りは都市高速で少し渋滞していましたがスムーズに博多駅へ到着しました。
行ってよかったと思うツアーでした。機会を作って違うコースも堪能したいと思います。

Since it was almost the same amount as renting a car by myself, I decided to apply. Out of 19 people, I was the only Japanese, but the guide (whose name I forgot) was very considerate and had a gentle demeanor, so I was able to spend my time without any issues. It was the best cost-performance for touring the sightseeing spots around Hakata.

レンタカー1人で借りるのとほぼ同額だったので申し込みました。19人中日本人が私1人でしたが、ガイドさん(名前失念)が気を遣ってくれて、とても物腰の柔らかい気持ちのいい方でしたので問題なく過ごせました。博多近郊の観光地をぐるっと巡るにはコスパ最高でした。

This is a tour for overseas travelers (I applied because two tour companies for Japanese people canceled their tours).

I thought there wouldn't be any information in Japanese, but initially, there were announcements in Japanese, Chinese, and English.

This time, the bus stopped at the parking lot near Higashihongu, and since there wasn't much time, we visited the shrine in front of the torii gate. We skipped lunch and took a taxi from Takachiho Gorge to Takachiho Shrine as well.

I was glad that everything I wanted to see was included in the package. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to go to Amano Iwato Shrine, so I hope to come back someday. It would be convenient to have tours that can be enjoyed from Fukuoka. I would like to participate in a different tour next time.

日本語の案内は無いと思っていましたが最初に日本語、中国語、英語の案内でした

今回東本宮側の駐車場へバスが停車しました、時間はないので鳥居の前からお参りしました　昼食抜きにして高千穂峡からタクシーで高千穂神社へも参拝しました　

自分が見たい場所全てセットになっていて良かったです
時間が足りず天安河原宮へ行けなかったのでまたいつか来たいと思います
福岡拠点で楽しめるツアーがあると便利です
また違うツアーに参加してみたいと思います

I was the only Japanese person in the group. I started by visiting Kumamoto Castle, which has changed quite a bit since before the earthquake. At Kusasenri, there were remnants of controlled burns here and there, and the aftermath of the burns might not be very pretty. The basashi (raw horse meat) rice bowl at the drive-in was delicious. The coffee was brewed using a unique method with roasted beans, but I gave up due to the long line.

At the Aso roadside station, you can buy local specialties and vegetables. There is a Kumamon monument at the Aso roadside station, and you can see a statue of Usopp from One Piece at the nearby Aso Station. Unfortunately, the area around the crater is off-limits due to a helicopter accident, so the caldera will have to wait for next time. I am very grateful to the female tour guide and the driver for their hard work, which allowed us to return early, and they also recommended a dinner place. The tour guide's stories were very interesting. She speaks Chinese and Korean as well, so if you prefer only Japanese, you should consider expanding your options, but today's tour is enjoyable enough for Japanese participants as well. Since there is a lot of movement, it is more suited for those who want to see specific points rather than many sights.

日本人は私1人でした。熊本城をはじめにみて、震災前と大分変わっていました。
草千里は野焼きの跡が所々あり、野焼きの跡はあまり綺麗ではないかもしれません。ドライブインで馬刺し丼が美味しかったです。珈琲は焙煎したコーヒーを独自の製法で出していましたが、長蛇の列で断念しました。
道の駅阿蘇では特産品や野菜を買えます。道の駅阿蘇でくまモンのモニュメントが、向かいの阿蘇駅でワンピースのウソップの銅像がみれます。
残念ながら、ヘリコプター事故で火口周辺は立ち入り禁止、カルデラはまた次回。女性添乗員と、ドライバーが最後まで頑張ってくれて早めに帰ることができ、夕食のお店も教えてくれて大変感謝です。添乗員さんのお話がとても面白かったです。中国語、韓国語も喋るので、日本語だけを希望する場合は選択肢を拡げるべきですが、今日のツアーは日本人にも充分楽しめます。移動が多いので、数見たいではなく、ピンポイントで見たい人向けです。

There was one Japanese person, and the rest were from various countries.

The Kamado Hell and Umi Hell in Beppu are impressive onsens that you can't enter, especially for first-timers. The pudding and onsen eggs at Kamado Hell are delicious.

At the African Safari, the animals were just lounging around, so it wasn't very thrilling.

In Yufuin, I enjoyed walking around and eating, trying the grilled shiitake mushrooms, fried chicken, and croquettes recommended by the guide, which were exquisite. It seems they only accept cash.

After soaking in the onsen, my skin became smooth.

日本人1人の、あとは多国籍でした。
別府のかまど地獄と海地獄ははじめての人には迫力のある入ることの出来ないおんせんです。かまど地獄のプリンと温泉たまごが美味しいです。
アフリカンサファリは動物たちがもうのんびりしちゃって迫力なかったです。
由布院は食べ歩きで、ガイドさんに教えて貰った椎茸焼きと唐揚げ、コロッケを食べ、絶品でした。現金のみの対応のようです。
温泉に入り、お肌スベスベになりました。
1日ありがとうございました。

The tour content was excellent. The guide, Ms. Li, was a wonderful person, and thanks to her, it was a fun trip! I participated as a Japanese person, and there was also Japanese interpretation available. There were a few other Japanese participants as well! I highly recommend it!

Takachiho Gorge was just as beautiful as the pictures and videos I had seen, but the actual scenery was even more enchanting. Not only was the weather perfect, making it a wonderful experience, but I was also very satisfied with the tour guide, who was from China and explained everything clearly after being very well-prepared.

高千穂峡は写真や映像で見たままの景色でしたが、実景はさらに幻想的なものでした。
天候にも恵まれて素晴らしい体験だっただけでなく、ツアーガイドの方が中国の方でしたがとてもよく勉強されていて分かりやすく説明してくれた事に大満足です。

This is my third time using Veltra, and the guide was very considerate, making my trip enjoyable as always. I think they pay extra attention since there are fewer Japanese customers. I haven't decided where to go next time, but I plan to use Veltra again. Thank you very much!

ベルトラは今回で３回目なのですが、ガイドさんが色々と気遣いして頂き、いつも楽しい旅行を満喫しています。日本人のお客さんは少ないので余計に気を遣って頂いているのだと思います。次回もどこに行くかは決まってませんが、ベルトラを利用しようと思っています。有難う御座いました。

It was an efficient trip that covered all the tourist spots. The meeting point in front of the Oriental Hotel Lawson was crowded with foreign tourists, but I was able to find the guide right away. There were some comments about the lunch being mediocre, but the meat was very delicious, and I was extremely satisfied.

観光スポットをしっかりおさえた、効率的な旅行でした。
集合のオリエンタルホテルローソン前は外国人観光客でごった返してるのですが、すぐにガイドさんを見つけられました。
お昼ご飯が微妙というコメントもありましたが、お肉がとても美味しくて大満足です。

I was really wondering if we could visit all these places, but it turned out to be just right for my impatient self who likes to move quickly. We didn't have time to ride a boat at Takachiho Gorge, and my child was saying they wanted to go on one. It was a shame that we didn't have time to buy souvenirs at each location. Since our stay at the parking area was short, we couldn't do any shopping. Maybe it's a good thing we didn't spend any money.

本当にこんなにまわれるのかなぁ～と思ってましたが、
さっさと周ってせっかちな私にはちょうど良かったです。
高千穂峡で船に乗る時間が無くて子供が乗りたかったと言ってました。
その場所場所でお土産を買う時間がなかったのが残念でした。
パーキングの滞在も少しだったので買い物が出来ず。
出費が無くて良かったかも。

I'm glad I was able to visit various places starting from Dazaifu, then to Yufuin, and finally to the Kamado Hell in Beppu. Yufuin has so many shops that I almost got lost, so having a map would be really helpful. At Kamado Hell, there were quite a few tourists, so I couldn't enjoy the foot bath. However, it was fun to interact with a foreigner who didn't know how to open a Ramune bottle. The tour guide was amazing! I was surprised by how they explained everything in multiple languages. The driver also engaged with us, and their combination was great, making it a really wonderful tour.

太宰府から始まって湯布院、別府のかまど地獄へと色々行けて良かったです。湯布院ではたくさんお店があって道にも迷いそうだったのでマップがあると有難いですね。かまど地獄ではかなり観光客が多く足湯は無理でした。でもラムネの開け方のわからない外国人と交流したり楽しかったです。添乗員さんが凄い！何ヶ国語も駆使して説明して頂けてビックリしました。運転手さんも何かと声を掛けてくれたり、２人のコンビネーションも良く、凄く良いツアーでした。

The rice was just okay and not very tasty, which was a bit disappointing. However, I was satisfied because I got to see a lot of Takachiho.

After completing the reservation and checking the confirmation screen, I noticed that it was set to [mainly Chinese, with Japanese as a secondary language], but I participated without changing it. The bus guide was trilingual, and there were only two Japanese participants, but she made sure to explain everything while looking us in the eye. Before arriving at each sightseeing spot, she shared several points, such as [the location of clean restrooms] and [recommended spots for riding the cable car], which was very helpful. I had a great time.

予約が済み確認画面をみたら【中国語メイン、日本語サブ】であることに気付きましたが、そのまま変更せずに参加しました。
バスガイドさんはトリリンガルで、日本人は2名のみの参加でしたがしっかり目を見て説明してくれました。
各名所に到着する前にバスの中で【綺麗なトイレの場所】【ロープウェイ乗車時のオススメの場所】などポイントをいくつも教えてくれて、とても良かったです。
いい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

In Dazaifu, the annual mochi-pounding and zenzai event was held, and I was able to enjoy a cup for 200 yen (as a gesture of goodwill).

It warmed both my heart and body, and I was very grateful (*>ᴗ<*)

Due to a heavy snow warning, the expressway to Yufuin was completely closed!! Additionally, because of strong winds, I couldn't ride the Beppu Ropeway and had to change to a course exploring the Sea Hell, but I had a great time without significant delays on the way back ♬♡

I enjoyed the unique scent of sulfur from the hot springs, savored onsen tamago (hot spring eggs), and drank hot spring water at about 80°C, fully enjoying my trip 😊

大宰府では 年に1度のもちつきぜんざい会が行われており、1杯200円(お気持ち)で頂くことができました

心も体も温まり、とても有難かったです(*>ᴗ<*)

大雪警報のために、湯布院までの高速道路が全面通行止めに!!
また、強風のために別府ロープウェイには乗ることが出来ず 海地獄散策のコースに変更になりましたが 帰りの時刻が大幅に遅れることもなく、とても楽しめました♬♡

温泉ならではの硫黄の香りを楽しみ、温泉たまごに 80℃ほどの飲む温泉水を頂き 旅を満喫しました😊

I wanted to hike a bit longer at Takachiho Gorge. I knew it would be a long travel time for the tour, but I still wished I could have walked more to refresh myself and burn some calories.

高千穂峡はもう少し長めにハイキングしたかった。
分かってはいたけど、やはり移動時間が長いツアーなので、もっとたくさん歩いてリフレッシュ＆カロリー消費　したかったな、と思いました。

This was my first time participating! Unfortunately, due to New Year's traffic and unexpected snowy weather, we couldn't visit Dazaifu and the Beppu Ropeway, which was disappointing. I did enjoy Yufuin and Hell Valley Onsen, but everywhere was packed with tourists! In Yufuin, during lunchtime, all the restaurants had long lines, and we couldn't get in (（ ; ; ）). The guide was very kind, and the bus driver was excellent! I think I might avoid bus tours during New Year's in the future, but this was a good experience overall.

初めての参加でした！正月の渋滞と予想外の雪の天候で、コースに含まれてた太宰府と、別府ロープウェイが行けなくなり残念。
湯布院と、地獄温泉のみ満喫しましたが、どこも観光客で大混雑！！湯布院では昼食時どの店も長い列で入る事もできず（（ ; ; ）
ガイドさんはとても親切で、バスの運転手さんも素晴らしい運転でした！
今後、お正月のバスツアーは避けようかなと今回はいい経験になりました。

I was able to manage my time well at each location. For the last hell tour, I wish I had about 5 more minutes. But overall, I was very satisfied.

About 80% of the participants were from China, and everyone was very well-mannered and kept to the schedule. The guide provided explanations in Chinese, which made it feel like I was traveling in China, and it was quite interesting. Of course, they also kindly informed us about the meeting times and local specialties in Japanese, which was very helpful.

いずれの場所もいい時間配分で行けます。最後の地獄めぐりだけ、あと5分ほど時間あれば良かったかな。でも、とても満足しました。
中国の方が約8割でしたが、皆さんとてもマナーが良く、時間もしっかり守っていました。
ガイドさんも中国語で説明ですが、なんだか中国に旅行している気分にもなって面白かったです。もちろん日本語でもしっかり集合時間や、行き先地の名物なども教えてくれ、とても親切でした。

Traveling from Kanto to Fukuoka.
To enjoy Kyushu, I participated in this tour.
It was a small group tour with a few groups from Taiwan and just us, a single Japanese group, traveling in a minibus.
Our guide, Mr. Zhang, provided us with a thorough and fluent explanation in Japanese for our small group.
We were able to leisurely explore Kumamoto Castle.
Although we couldn't visit the crater of Mount Aso due to restrictions, he did his best and never gave up until the end.
He also shared many recommendations for shops and souvenirs in Fukuoka, making for a very enjoyable trip.
I would love to request him as a guide for other tours as well.

関東から福岡への旅行。
九州を楽しむため、こちらのツアーに参加させて頂きました。
台湾の方数組と日本人は私達一組の少人数のツアーで小型バスでの旅でした。
ガイドして頂いた張さんは少数の私達の為に、流暢な日本語で丁寧に案内下さいました。
熊本城もゆっくり観光出来ました。
阿蘇山の火口は規制が解けず観光出来ませんでしたが、最後まで諦めず最善を尽くして下さいました。
