Although most of the time is spent traveling, I think it's a good tour because you can go to Takachiho and come back in one day. I thought there would be a lot of mountain walking, but it wasn't that intense. If you don't have any issues with your legs, I don't think you need to worry too much.

Regarding the guide, Emily was wonderful. Her explanations were clear, and she was very professional. Unfortunately, the guide in charge of Japanese and Korean, Y, was disappointing. She spoke in such a quiet voice that the three Japanese guests sitting right in front of her couldn't hear her. She didn't use a microphone either. However, the Korean guide was loud enough to be heard.

Including the parking, Y was the last to return to the bus at three out of the five stops we made. While she expected the guests to be punctual, it was surprising that she was late three times. Emily had to remind her on the third occasion, but it seemed to upset Y, and her guiding after that was far from professional. Additionally, it may be a minor point, but I believe there are still a number of Japanese people who find it rude to guide while wearing AirPods. They might be used as hearing aids, but if that's the case, it would be better if she mentioned it at the beginning.

While the guiding experience wasn't as great as others have described, I still think it was a tour that was enjoyable overall.

移動時間がほとんどではありますが、一日で高千穂まで行って帰って来られるので、良いツアーだと思います。ものすごく山歩きするのかと思っていましたが、そこまでではありませんでした。足に不安がなければ、そんなに心配しなくて良いと思います。

ガイドについて、エミリーさんは素晴らしかったです。説明もよく分かり、プロフェッショナルでした。残念なのは日本語と韓国語のガイド担当のYさんです。目の前に座ってるたった3人の日本人客にも聞こえないような小さな声でしか説明をしない。マイクも使わない。でも韓国語でのガイドは充分聞こえる音量。
パーキングも含め、立ち寄った5ヶ所のうち3ヶ所で、Ｙさんが一番最後にバスに戻ってきました。客側には時間厳守を求めているのに。流石に３回目はエミリーさんが注意してくれたのですが、それが不満だったようで、その後のガイドぶりもプロとは言い難いものでした。また、細かい話かも知れませんが、AirPodsを耳に装着したままガイドすることを失礼と感じる日本人はまだ一定数いると思います。補聴器として使われているのかも知れませんが、それなら最初に一言断られた方が良いと思います。

ガイドについては他の方の体験談のような素晴らしさはありませんでしたが、それを除けば充分楽しめるツアーだと思いました。

Most of the people were from Taiwan, Europe, and America, and the tour guide announced in three languages, giving a sense of being on an international trip. It was very enjoyable, but since it was during Golden Week, the tourist spots were crowded with many people.

台湾やヨーロッパやアメリカ人の方が殆どで、添乗員さんも３カ国の言語でアナウンスされ、外国観光に行った感覚でした。
とても、楽しかったですが、ゴールデンウィークで、観光地に、たくさん来られてたので、人だらけでした。

I participated with a friend who came from afar. We had originally signed up for a different tour in the same area, but since it was canceled, we quickly registered for this one.

I felt it was good for planning since this tour was confirmed to operate.

The tour's itinerary was designed to allow for a leisurely pace, so it was nice to be able to move around without feeling rushed.

同じ方面の別ツアーに申し込んでいたのですが、不催行となったため、急遽こちらで申し込みました。
催行確定のツアーなので予定を立てるのには良いと感じました。

ツアーの内容はゆっくりと回れるコース設計となっていたので、無理せず動けて良かったです。

On the bus, there were just the two of us and the driver, who were Japanese, but thanks to the consideration of the female tour guide, we had great seats at the front, which was wonderful. I also appreciate the small attentions to detail. The service while speaking three languages was impressive. The driver's route to ease the traffic made for a comfortable journey, which was great. However, I would like everyone to strictly adhere to returning to the bus on time, as being late can cause inconvenience for everyone. I would love to participate again. Thank you!

バスのお客さんで日本人が私達二人と運転手さんでしたが、添乗員の女性の方の配慮で席は前で凄く良かったですし、細かな気遣いもありがとうございました。三カ国語を話しながらの接客には素晴らしかったです。
運転手さんの渋滞緩和のルートも快適な旅になり良かったです。
ただ、きちんと遅刻せずにバスに戻って来ないと全員に迷惑がかかる事を厳守してほしいです。また参加したいです。ありがとうございました〜

I participated in the Fukuoka sightseeing tour this time, and it was a very enjoyable day. The scenery in Itoshima was beautiful, and I was able to relax while being healed by the sea and nature. Unfortunately, it rained, but there were many spots perfect for taking Instagram-worthy photos, making it ideal for those who love to capture stylish pictures.

Additionally, our guide, Mr. Lee, was very kind and considerate, always looking out for us during the travel, which made me feel at ease. His explanations were easy to understand, and the atmosphere was fun throughout the tour.

今回の福岡巡りツアーに参加しましたが、とても楽しい1日でした。
糸島の景色は綺麗で、海や自然に癒されながらゆっくり過ごすことができました。あいにく雨でしたが、写真映えするスポットも多く、インスタ映えが好きな方や、おしゃれな写真を撮りたい方にもぴったりだと思います。

また、ガイドの李さんもとても親切で優しく、移動中もいろいろ気にかけてくださったので安心して参加できました。説明も分かりやすく、終始楽しい雰囲気でした。

It was a sudden order, but I'm glad we found just the right tour. The bus was a bit small, but well, it can't be helped.

急なオーダーでしたが、ちょうどよいツアーが見つかりよかったです。少しバスは小さかったですが、まあしかたないですね。

There were only four Japanese people, but the guide was kind and a nice person. It was my first time participating, but I'm glad I went.

During my recent visit to Fukuoka, I participated as a solo female traveler. As mentioned in other reviews, there were many international participants, and that day there were about 40 people, creating a multicultural atmosphere. Our guide, Ryu, made all the announcements in three languages, which I found truly impressive.

It felt like an overseas trip while being in Japan, which was a strange but delightful experience. The content of the tour was excellent, and I was very satisfied with it.

At the end, we enjoyed a foot bath in Beppu while sipping on Ramune, but it seemed that the international guests struggled with opening the Ramune bottles. It might have been helpful to provide a quick tutorial on the bus beforehand.

先日福岡を訪れた際、女性１人で参加しました。他の方の口コミにもあるように海外の方が多く、その日は40名くらいで多国籍な感じでした。ガイドのリュウさんは全てのアナウンスを３ヶ国語で行い、本当にすごいなぁと感心しきりでした。
日本にいながら海外旅行？みたいな不思議な感じでしたが、ツアーの内容もよく非常に満足できる内容でした。
最後の別府で足湯に入りながらラムネをいただいたのですが、海外の方はラムネの開け方がわからないようで苦戦してました。バスの中とかでレクチャーしておいてあげるとよかったのかもしれませんね。

I traveled alone to Hakata. I wanted to go to Itoshima, so I found this option.

Since I was the only Japanese person, it seemed like the driver had a tough time, but it was fun!

The driver seemed like a veteran, providing clear explanations, and everything went smoothly at Ichiran Forest.

I was also grateful for the recommendations for other great food in Hakata! I felt very safe during the ride.

一人旅で博多へ。糸島へ行きたかったのでこちらを見つけました。
日本人は１人でしたのでドライバーさんが大変そうでしたが、楽しかった！

ベテランのドライバーさんみたいで、わかりやすく説明してくれ、一蘭の森でもスムーズでした。

その他、博多のオススメ飯など教えて頂き有難かったです！
運転もとても安心して乗って居られました。

Kumamoto Castle, known as one of Japan's three great castles, has an interior designed like a museum, allowing visitors to understand its history from its construction to the post-war period. I completely agree with the evaluation that emphasizes restoration, experience, and storytelling.

I had heard that the Kusasenrigahama in Aso often has a lot of fog and many days when visibility is poor, but fortunately, there was no fog, and I could see clearly. However, due to volcanic restrictions, I couldn't enter the crater. Given that it's an active volcano, that's understandable.

三大名城と言われる熊本城は内部が博物館のようになっていて、築城から戦後まで理解できる設計。復興・体験・ストーリー重視という評価には納得。
阿蘇の草千里は霧が多く、見えない日が多いと聞いていたが、運良く霧もなく、ハッキリ見えた。
ただ、あいにく火山規制で火口には入れなかった。活火山なのでやむを得ない。

The Kamigami Kumanoza Shrine has a mystical charm, and I recommend climbing all the way to the top. The Amano Iwato Shrine and Takachiho Gorge also showcase the beauty of nature, but the presence of rowboats in Takachiho Gorge enhances its overall appeal.

上色見熊野座神社は神秘的な魅力があり、一番上まで登ることをオススメします。
天岩戸神社、高千穂峡とも自然がおりなす美であるが、高千穂峡はそこに手漕ぎの舟があることで完成度が上がる。

I was anxious because there were mostly foreigners, but I enjoyed the high level of freedom. The menu had quite a bit of variety, and I was satisfied. I got tired.

外国人ばかりで不安でしたが、自由度が高く楽しめました。結構ボリュームあるメニューで満足しました。疲れました。

I stopped by Josenji, famous for its weeping cherry blossoms, instead of the colorful Kumanoza Shrine. It seems to be part of the cherry blossom viewing season (it was a nice place, but I gave it four stars because I found out about the course change on the day of my visit).

Additionally, it was great to efficiently visit Takachiho Gorge, Amano Iwato Shrine, and Amano Yasugawara, which can be quite challenging to access individually. I was worried that I might return to Hakata Station late on Sunday, but I made it on time and didn't have to change my later plans.

上色見熊野座神社でなく枝垂れ桜で有名な浄専寺に立ち寄りました。花見シーズンのコースだそうです（良いところでしたが、コース変更を当日知ったので星4つにしました）。
この他、個人で行くにはなかなか大変な高千穂峡、天岩戸神社、天安河原を効率よく回れて良かったです。
日曜日で博多駅帰着が遅れるかも？と思っていましたが、時間通りで後の予定を変更せずにすみました。

The weather was favorable, and it turned out to be a trip where I could really feel the negative ions. The guide was cool, providing explanations in both Japanese and English during the day.

天気にも恵まれかなりマイナスイオンを感じられる旅になりました。ガイドさんが日中英でガイド説明しててかっこよかったです。

The weather was very nice, which was great. Mei, who guided us, explained everything carefully while using multiple languages. I liked that we could go to various places, and this is my fifth time using this tour. Considering the travel time, I can't think of any other options (laughs). Personally, I appreciated being able to enjoy a drink while not having to drive. Since it was Friday, the return trip was crowded, but the driver was thoughtful about the route and drove safely, which was good.

This is my fourth time using Beltora tours. I always request them because I can go to various places each time.

This time, Mr. Li handled everything from gathering the group, driving, explaining, and guiding us. There was only one Japanese person this time, but he was very considerate and kind in his responses. It's perfectly fine to have just one Japanese person (laughs).

今回は李さんが集合、運転、説明、案内までこなした上に、今回日本人1人だったのですが、気を使わせてしまって親切に対応してくれていました。

The guide was a super tour conductor who handled the roles of driver, guide, and interpreter all by themselves. The sightseeing was efficiently organized, and the content was more than sufficient for a one-day tour. They were considerate of my wife, who had hurt her foot, allowing us to enjoy the experience. It was a wonderful tour conductor.

ドライバー、ガイド、通訳を一人でこなしてしまうスーパー添乗員でした。観光も効率よく周り1日観光としては十分すぎる内容でした、足を痛めていた妻にも気づかっていただき楽しむことができました。素晴らしい添乗員でした。

I visited Dazaifu Tenmangu for the first time, and it was compact and very easy to see. It was just the right season for plum blossoms, and they were beautiful. The ropeway and Yufuin were not that great, so I think other places might have been better. The guide was top-notch!

太宰府天満宮初めて行きましたが、こじんまりしていて、とても見やすかったです。
ちょうど梅のシーズンでとても綺麗でした。
ロープウェイと湯布院ははイマイチでしたので、他のところが良かったかな。
ガイドさんはピカイチでした！

There were many people from the Chinese region, but including us, there were three groups of Japanese. The guide and driver, although their Japanese was limited, were able to explain things in Japanese as well. It seemed that the places we visited and the duration of our stay were decided on the spot, and we arrived at Hakata Station at 6 PM. At Ichiran no Mori, we wrote our names in advance so that we could eat right away, and they had everything prepared for us. The initial anxiety disappeared, and we had a very enjoyable time.

中国圏の人も多かったが私たち含め3組日本人がおり、ガイド権運転手の方もつたない日本語ではあるが日本語でも説明をしていただけた

I was glad to experience various activities and see different sights in just one day. The tour guide was friendly, smiling, and easy to talk to. My husband, who has back pain, found it tough to sit for about two hours on the bus. He mentioned it would have been nice to stretch his back during the bathroom breaks.

1日で、色んな体験、景色が見れて良かった。添乗員さんも笑顔で優しく、話しやすかった。腰痛持ちの夫は、バスで2時間程、座りっぱなしなのは、きつかったらしい。途中トイレ休憩などで、腰を伸ばせたら良かったとの事。

I finally went to Takachiho, a place I've wanted to visit for a long time. The beautiful scenery left me speechless. I had an amazing time. The guide was also unique and explained everything clearly, which was great.

ずっと行きたかった高千穂に行ってきました。綺麗な景色に感無量でした。最高に楽しかったです。ガイドさんも、ユニークな方で説明もわかりやすく良かったです。

Yō-san, our guide, is a wonderful woman who is a super bilingual in Japanese, English, and Chinese. She taught us about Takachiho Gorge, the myths of the gods, and Mount Aso in three languages to about 40 participants from America, Indonesia, China, and us four Japanese. She really knows her stuff. Thanks to Yō-san, it was a fun tour. I am grateful. Places like Takachiho Gorge are not easy to visit. I think it's a good idea to participate in tours like this.

ガイドのようーさんは日本語、英語そして中国語を操る超バイリンガルの素敵な女性です。彼女は当日の参加者アメリカ、インドネシア、中国そして私達日本人４人合わせて40人位に３言語で高千穂峡について、神々の神話、阿蘇山等よ〜〜く教えてくれました。本当に勉強なさってます。ようーさんのおかげで楽しいツアーとなりました。感謝しています。高千穂峡のような場所はなかなかいけないような場所です。このようなツアーに参加すると良いと思います。

This time, we traveled with about 20 people, including some from the Chinese community, two Australians, and three Japanese, in a microbus. The guide and driver was a kind and attentive person who was bilingual in Japanese and Chinese, and occasionally spoke English as well. They were reliable, well-organized, and we enjoyed the entire trip without any delays.

The weather in Itoshima was nice, with gentle winds, making it a pleasant climate as long as you had a light jacket. The ladies in their fifties enjoyed looking at the swings and play equipment set up on the sandy beach (laughs). Before going to Ichiran Forest, I thought I wouldn’t need to eat ramen, but since I was hungry, I decided to try it. I bought a meal ticket and filled out a paper at my seat with my preferences for noodle firmness, green onions, garlic, and spiciness to place my order. There are actual stores in Nakasu and Hakata, but I had never been there or tried the food. I thought ordering would be complicated, but thanks to the guide's explanation, I was able to order confidently and enjoy the meal. It was a great experience.

The roadside station in Munakata had many products even though it was early afternoon, and I was excited to shop! The grilled mackerel sushi was delicious, especially the one with grilled mackerel and minced fish. I highly recommend it!

I had seen photos of the Miyajidake Shrine, but when I actually climbed the stairs and looked back, I was surprised by the straight view of the sea. The distance appeared hazy, creating a mysterious feeling as if it went on forever.

On the way back, there was a bit of traffic on the urban expressway, but we arrived smoothly at Hakata Station. It was a tour that I’m glad I went on. I hope to create opportunities to enjoy different courses in the future. Thank you to the guide and driver for accompanying us!

今回は中華系の方々とオーストラリアの方2名と日本人3名総勢20名位でマイクロバスで巡りました。ガイド兼ドライバーの方は親切丁寧な方で日中バイリンガル時々英語のトリリンガルで対応されてて頼もしくて、段取りが良く全工程が遅延もなく楽しめました。

糸島は天気も良く風もあまり強くなく上着があれば過ごせるいい気候でした♪
アラカン女子は砂浜に設置のブランコやらの遊具は見て楽しんでいました（笑）
一蘭の森は行く前はラーメン食べなくてもいいやと思ってましたが、お腹が空いてたので食べてみることにしまして食券を買い席で紙に麺の硬さにネギにニンニク辛味など記入してオーダー
中洲や博多にも実店舗はありますが、行ったことがなく食べたこともありませんでした。ましてやオーダーがめんどそうと思てました。今回はガイドさんの説明もあり安心してオーダーができ食べることができました。
いい経験になりました。

宗像の道の駅は昼過ぎでしたが商品も沢山あり買い物にテンションが上がりました♪焼き鯖寿司が美味しくて焼きサバとソボロ状のが入ったものが絶品です。ぜひぜひおすすめです♪

宮地嶽神社は写真などで見てましたが実際階段を登り振り返ると海まで一直線の景色にびっくりします、先は霞んで見えましたので永遠に続きそうな不思議な感覚になりました。

帰りは都市高速で少し渋滞していましたがスムーズに博多駅へ到着しました。
行ってよかったと思うツアーでした。機会を作って違うコースも堪能したいと思います。

Since it was almost the same amount as renting a car by myself, I decided to apply. Out of 19 people, I was the only Japanese, but the guide (whose name I forgot) was very considerate and had a gentle demeanor, so I was able to spend my time without any issues. It was the best cost-performance for touring the sightseeing spots around Hakata.

レンタカー1人で借りるのとほぼ同額だったので申し込みました。19人中日本人が私1人でしたが、ガイドさん(名前失念)が気を遣ってくれて、とても物腰の柔らかい気持ちのいい方でしたので問題なく過ごせました。博多近郊の観光地をぐるっと巡るにはコスパ最高でした。

This is a tour for overseas travelers (I applied because two tour companies for Japanese people canceled their tours).

I thought there wouldn't be any information in Japanese, but initially, there were announcements in Japanese, Chinese, and English.

This time, the bus stopped at the parking lot near Higashihongu, and since there wasn't much time, we visited the shrine in front of the torii gate. We skipped lunch and took a taxi from Takachiho Gorge to Takachiho Shrine as well.

I was glad that everything I wanted to see was included in the package. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to go to Amano Iwato Shrine, so I hope to come back someday. It would be convenient to have tours that can be enjoyed from Fukuoka. I would like to participate in a different tour next time.

日本語の案内は無いと思っていましたが最初に日本語、中国語、英語の案内でした

今回東本宮側の駐車場へバスが停車しました、時間はないので鳥居の前からお参りしました　昼食抜きにして高千穂峡からタクシーで高千穂神社へも参拝しました　

自分が見たい場所全てセットになっていて良かったです
時間が足りず天安河原宮へ行けなかったのでまたいつか来たいと思います
福岡拠点で楽しめるツアーがあると便利です
また違うツアーに参加してみたいと思います

I was the only Japanese person in the group. I started by visiting Kumamoto Castle, which has changed quite a bit since before the earthquake. At Kusasenri, there were remnants of controlled burns here and there, and the aftermath of the burns might not be very pretty. The basashi (raw horse meat) rice bowl at the drive-in was delicious. The coffee was brewed using a unique method with roasted beans, but I gave up due to the long line.

At the Aso roadside station, you can buy local specialties and vegetables. There is a Kumamon monument at the Aso roadside station, and you can see a statue of Usopp from One Piece at the nearby Aso Station. Unfortunately, the area around the crater is off-limits due to a helicopter accident, so the caldera will have to wait for next time. I am very grateful to the female tour guide and the driver for their hard work, which allowed us to return early, and they also recommended a dinner place. The tour guide's stories were very interesting. She speaks Chinese and Korean as well, so if you prefer only Japanese, you should consider expanding your options, but today's tour is enjoyable enough for Japanese participants as well. Since there is a lot of movement, it is more suited for those who want to see specific points rather than many sights.

日本人は私1人でした。熊本城をはじめにみて、震災前と大分変わっていました。
草千里は野焼きの跡が所々あり、野焼きの跡はあまり綺麗ではないかもしれません。ドライブインで馬刺し丼が美味しかったです。珈琲は焙煎したコーヒーを独自の製法で出していましたが、長蛇の列で断念しました。
道の駅阿蘇では特産品や野菜を買えます。道の駅阿蘇でくまモンのモニュメントが、向かいの阿蘇駅でワンピースのウソップの銅像がみれます。
残念ながら、ヘリコプター事故で火口周辺は立ち入り禁止、カルデラはまた次回。女性添乗員と、ドライバーが最後まで頑張ってくれて早めに帰ることができ、夕食のお店も教えてくれて大変感謝です。添乗員さんのお話がとても面白かったです。中国語、韓国語も喋るので、日本語だけを希望する場合は選択肢を拡げるべきですが、今日のツアーは日本人にも充分楽しめます。移動が多いので、数見たいではなく、ピンポイントで見たい人向けです。

There was one Japanese person, and the rest were from various countries.

The Kamado Hell and Umi Hell in Beppu are impressive onsens that you can't enter, especially for first-timers. The pudding and onsen eggs at Kamado Hell are delicious.

At the African Safari, the animals were just lounging around, so it wasn't very thrilling.

In Yufuin, I enjoyed walking around and eating, trying the grilled shiitake mushrooms, fried chicken, and croquettes recommended by the guide, which were exquisite. It seems they only accept cash.

After soaking in the onsen, my skin became smooth.

日本人1人の、あとは多国籍でした。
別府のかまど地獄と海地獄ははじめての人には迫力のある入ることの出来ないおんせんです。かまど地獄のプリンと温泉たまごが美味しいです。
アフリカンサファリは動物たちがもうのんびりしちゃって迫力なかったです。
由布院は食べ歩きで、ガイドさんに教えて貰った椎茸焼きと唐揚げ、コロッケを食べ、絶品でした。現金のみの対応のようです。
温泉に入り、お肌スベスベになりました。
