- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 8 business days to 17:00 local time, 6 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 6 business days to 17:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 2 business days to 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Adult course:
Children must be above 130 cm and below 110 kg and are able to play on a jungle gym are able to participate. Primary schoolchildren need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. - Child course:
Course for children 110-130 cm tall. Children are welcome to try on their own, but must be accompanied by an adult who will not enter the course. For children who wish to join this course, please book as child (height 110-130 cm). - Child fee applies to high school students and below
- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, sport shoes and socks. You can not participate with sandals or shoes with high heels.
Other requirements
- You are to move to the site in the forest by yourself by your car. The last 400 meters of road is unpaved, and may not be suited for very low rise cars.
Additional notes
- Activity will be held in light rain. When strong rain is expected, we may contact you.
- Adult course duration is about 2 hours. Child course duration is about 30 minutes - 1 hour.
- Child course will use a harness and other supporting equipment. However, a helmet will not be used.
