I participated alone, but first of all, the meeting place was very hard to find. The map indicated a location outside the station, and it mentioned being adjacent to the taxi stand, so I didn't think it was inside the station. When I asked the taxi driver, he said he didn't know. The contact number for the day was only available from 9 AM, so I thought I wouldn't be able to reach anyone, which made me anxious about what to do in case of an emergency. It would be clearer if it stated that Mister Donut is inside the station.

The initial start was terrible, but the subsequent itinerary included all the spots I wanted to see, and it was just right—not too tight. Since I was traveling alone and didn't have a car, I had given up on Biei, but I thought it was easier to get around efficiently than renting a car. I also enjoyed having lunch with another solo traveler and had a nice conversation. The guide was kind and friendly.

1人で参加しましたが、まず集合場所がとてもわかりずらかったです。マップでの位置を示すが駅の外になっていたりタクシー乗り場隣接と書いてたので駅構内だとは思わずタクシー運転手に聞いても分からないと言われました。当日の連絡先も電話番号は9時からと書いていたので繋がらないと思い、緊急時どうしたら良いか不安でした。ミスタードーナツは駅構内と書いてるほうが分かりやすいです。

最初の出だしが最悪でしたが、その後の工程は見たかったスポットが全て入っていて、タイト過ぎずちょうど良かったです。
1人旅だったので、車がないので美瑛は諦めていましたが、効率よくまわってくれるのでレンタカーを借りるより楽だなと思いました。昼食も他の1人のかたと同席で楽しく話して過ごせました。ガイドさんも親切で優しかったです。

The Okurayama Jump Stadium was amazing and felt great. I was moved thinking about jumping from such a place. I recommended it to everyone when I got home.

大倉山ジャンプ競技場すごく気持ちよかったです。あんな所からジャンプするんだなーと思い感動です。
家に帰って来て皆んなに進めました

The content of the tour and the guide's explanations were very good. The food was delicious!

However, the width of the bus seats is narrow. It looks like a large bus, but my shoulders spill over and bump into the person next to me. It's tough when sharing with strangers, even if it's okay with family or friends. Since it's a long time, I would prefer no shared seating.

There is a waiting area after check-in, but it was dirty. Empty cans and plastic bottles were scattered around, and the drainage was poor, causing rainwater to pool in places. The flower beds were not taken care of, creating a gloomy atmosphere. Additionally, there was someone lying down who seemed to have spent the night drinking, which made me feel uncomfortable. I think waiting at the bus stop would be more pleasant than waiting there.

ツアーの内容やガイドさんの説明はとっても良かったです。食事も美味しかった！

バスの座席の幅が狭いです。
大きなバスに見えるのに…。肩幅がはみ出して隣の人と当たります。家族や友人ならまだしも、相席ではキツイ。長時間ですので相席は無しにしてほしい。

受付を済ませてから待つ場所があるのですが、汚い。空き缶やペットボトルが散乱しており、排水が悪く雨水が所々溜まっていました。
花壇の世話も出来ておらず陰気な雰囲気。　
さらに、お酒を飲んで朝を迎えたらしき人が寝転んでおり、いやーな気持ちになりました。
あそこで待つより、バス停で待つ方が気持ちが良いと思います。

I participated in the tour on August 11. Out of about 40 people, there were only three Japanese groups, and the guide was from China. I understood most of the information provided in English and Chinese, and the smartphone translation feature also helped with announcements in Japanese, so there were no issues with the destinations or departure times. However, I would have liked to have been informed in advance that it would be a tour with many foreigners. Additionally, the guide only covered the bare minimum, and especially at Showa Shinzan, the focus was mostly on the bear ranch, neglecting important details about Showa Shinzan itself and the visible Usu Mountain, which was disappointing.

8/11のツアーに参加しました。総勢40名くらいのうち、日本人は3組のみで、ガイドさんも中国の方…英語と中国語での案内でだいたいのことはわかりましたし、スマホの翻訳機能でも日本語で案内していただいたので、目的地や出発時間などは問題ありませんでした。しかし、このように外国人の多いツアーなら事前に教えていただきたかったです。それにガイドさんの案内も最低限のことだけで、とくに昭和新山ではクマ牧場のことばかりで、肝心の昭和新山や見えてる有珠山のことには触れなかったり、残念でした。

I had high expectations, but most of the tour participants were Chinese, and the tour guide was also Chinese. The guide hardly spoke any Japanese. The explanations were mainly in Chinese, with just a little bit of English. I felt I made a mistake in choosing this tour. Listening to the rapid-fire Chinese talk, I couldn't understand what was being said, and it was very stressful.

If it had been clearly stated in the tour information, I wouldn't have signed up. At the meeting point at the TV Tower, I felt very lonely surrounded by so many Chinese participants. I really wanted to join a tour with Japanese participants, so I think it would be helpful to clearly indicate whether the tour is for Japanese or Chinese participants in advance. It was my first time being in a group of Chinese people, and I was very surprised and nervous, which made it hard to enjoy the experience. If measures are not taken in the future, I will hesitate to sign up again. Please consider this.

とても期待していたのですが、ツアーの参加者がほとんど中国人。ツアー添乗員も中国人。日本語はほとんど話せない添乗員でした。中国語での説明が主で他に少しの英語。ツアーの選定ミスをしたと思いました。とにかく中国語でまくしたてる様なトークで聞いていて何を喋っているのか分からず、とても緊張しました。
ツアーの案内に書かれていたら申し込みはしなかったはずです。テレビ塔の集合の時点で中国人だらけでとても心細かった。
やはり、日本人が参加するツアーに入りたかったので、事前に分かるように日本人むけ、中国人向けとか明記してほしいと思います。中国人の中に入ってしまったのは初めてだったのでとても驚いて緊張しながらだったので楽しめませんでした。今後は対策を取って頂かないと申し込みする事をためらいます。ご検討ください。

It was a short tour, but the bus facilities were very clean, and in addition to the guide's explanations, there was also commentary through headphones, making it very easy to understand. It was a tour full of content.

短時間のツアーでしたが、バスの設備がとても綺麗で、ｶﾞｲﾄﾞさんの解説に加えイヤホンでの解説も有り、とても良く判り、内容の詰まったツアーでした。

The guide was terrible in terms of manners. They didn't properly check the number of people, abandoned the customers, and after saying they would compensate for their mistake, they stopped communicating.

ガイドさん、マナー最悪。 人数チェックをちゃんとしないで顧客を捨てて行って自分が悪かったと賠償してくれると言っておきながら連絡がなくなった。

The weather wasn't very good, but we were able to go to Cape Kamoi Lighthouse. There were some tough spots along the way, but the scenery was beautiful! The guide spoke three languages, which was impressive, but it was a bit disappointing that there were fewer explanations in Japanese. Also, our stay in Otaru was shorter than planned, so I wished we could have done a bit more sightseeing.

天気があまり良くはありませんでしたが、神威灯台まで行くことができました。道中きついところもありましたが、景色はよかったです！
ガイドさんは３カ国語話されており、とてもすごかったですが、若干日本語の説明が少なく、残念なところもありました。あと、予定よりも小樽での滞在時間が短かったので、もう少し観光できたらと思いました。

When traveling alone, my biggest concern is having to share a table with someone. I expected it to be someone of the same gender, but it turned out to be a man who was quite large, and it felt like our legs were almost touching, which was intimidating and made me feel tense the whole time. The seafood bowl was just average.

一人旅で1番、心配なのは相席になる事も仕方ないけど、同性の人だろうと思っていたら、男の方で、身体も大きくて、足もくっつきそうな感じで威圧感もあり、ずっと緊張してしまいました。海鮮丼は、普通でした。

It rained, but the guidance from our guide was incredibly helpful. I would like to thank Lisa (Yang) for her assistance. Also, it was enjoyable to see bears, visit Hell Valley, and take in the scenery of Lake Toya. If possible, I would definitely like to travel again in the winter.

雨が降りましたが、ガイドさんの案内いただき、すごく助かりました。ガイドのLisa（楊さん）に感謝致します。また、熊を見たり、地獄谷を行ったり、洞爺湖の風景を見ますことが楽しいでした。都合が良ければ、ぜひ冬の時に二度と旅行に行きます。

The blue pond was very beautiful. At Tomita Farm, it was a bit disappointing that there was only a little lavender left since the harvest had already finished. However, the lavender soft serve was delicious. Ningle Terrace, with its lodges scattered throughout the forest, was lovely, but it was a bit unfortunate that some of the lodge shops were closed depending on the timing of the visit (those shops were the most interesting). Shirahige Falls looked beautiful because the weather was nice. The tour guide was kind, and the plan allowed us to choose our own lunch, which suited my needs. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

青い池がとても綺麗でした。富田ファームは、ラベンダーの刈り入れが終わった後だったので、少ししか無かったのがちょっと残念でした。でもラベンダーソフトは美味しかったです。ニングルテラスは、森の中にロッジが点在する様子は素敵でしたが、訪れたタイミングによって、ロッジの店が閉まっていたり(そういう店ほど興味深い)するので、少し残念でした。白髭の滝は天気が良かったので、綺麗に見えました。添乗員さんも親切で、ランチも各自、自由に取るプランだったので、私のニーズに合っていました。機会があればまた利用したいです。

Since it was a long holiday, they changed the order of our itinerary to consider the traffic. They took us to Aoiike first, so we were able to stick to our schedule time-wise, which was great.

連休だったので、渋滞を考慮してまわる順番を変えてくれました。青池を先にしてくれたので、時間的にも予定どおりまわれて良かったです。

The Shakotan Blue was truly a beautiful shade of blue. It was quite challenging to reach the tip due to the difficult footing (my companion with a fear of heights gave up), but it was worth it for the sense of satisfaction. Exploring Otaru was nice, but it was unfortunate that we had a late lunch and arrived at the Shiroi Koibito Park after the visiting hours had ended. It was also great that there were only a few participants in the tour, allowing for more flexibility.

積丹ブルーは、本当にきれいな青かった
先端まで行くのは結構足元も悪く大変でしたが(高所恐怖症の同伴者は断念しましたが)その分満足感がありました。
小樽散策はよかったのですが、お昼ごはんが遅くなってしまったのと、せっかく立ちよった白い恋人パークは、見学時間が過ぎた時間に到着したのが残念でした
コース参加者が少人数で小回りがきいたのもよかったです。

I participated with my two sons, who are a middle schooler and a high schooler. I was glad that we could explore areas that are difficult to access without a car in just one day. We didn't have enough time at Lake Shikotsu and the Mushroom Kingdom where we had a free lunch, while we felt we had too much time at Lake Toya, so I think it would be better to reconsider the time allocation. Even though it was during the Obon holiday, there were no traffic jams, and it ended on time, which was great. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate in another course as well.

中学生と高校生の息子二人と参加しました。
車がない個人ではなかなか回れないエリアを一日で回れてよかったです。
支笏湖と自由昼食を取ったきのこ王国では時間が足りず、一方で洞爺湖では時間を持て余す感じだったので時間配分を見直すとなおよいと思います。
お盆の時期でしたが、渋滞などもなく、定刻通りに終了したのもよかったです。機会があれば、また別のコースにも参加してみたいです。

The food was not good.
Perhaps because there are many foreign guests, the announcements were just loud.

The itinerary was reasonable and well-structured, but due to the presence of many international participants, there were language issues. I would have appreciated more sightseeing information and explanations. I wasn't aware that international participants would be joining when I made the reservation, so I would like that information to be included on the booking site. There was no issue with the guide themselves, but I would have liked a note indicating whether it was "Japanese only" or "open to international participants."

リーズナブルで行程内容は良かったのですが、
海外の方が多く言葉の問題があるためか、
もっと観光案内、説明等がほしかったです。
海外の方も参加する旨が、予約する際に分からなかったので、予約サイトに記載していただきたいです。
ガイドさん自体に問題はないので、「日本人のみ」、「海外の方も参加」のように、
その旨の記載があってほしかったです。

I started living in Sapporo in April, and when I asked the locals where to go right now, I received multiple responses suggesting Shakotan, so I thought I definitely have to go! However, since I was a paper driver, I was wondering how to get there, but it turns out there’s a tour that takes you directly from the station!

I participated with my child, not knowing what to expect, but both the driver and the guide were very friendly and wonderful. The guide's stories were fascinating, and I really enjoyed it! I was impressed by how much they remembered and their extensive experience. They took us around smoothly, and the timing was excellent, making it a fantastic tour.

Shakotan was unexpectedly adventurous, which was a delightful surprise. I recommend going with minimal luggage and wearing proper shoes. I was so satisfied that I felt like I wanted to conquer all the tours offered by Hokkaido Bus!

4月から札幌に住み始め、道民の方に今行くならどこ？と聞いてみると積丹との回答を複数からもらいましたので、これはいくっきゃない！と。でもペーパードライバーだったのでどう行くかなと思っていたらなんとピッタリ駅前から連れて行ってくれるツアーがあるじゃないですか！！
どんなものかわからず子連れで参加しましたが、運転手さんもガイドさんもとても対応が柔らかくて素敵です。
ガイドさんのお話も興味深くかなり楽しめました！ほぼ記憶されていて経験値がすごいなと感服です。
小気味よくあちこち連れて行ってくれます。時間の目安もなるほど抜群で素晴らしいツアーでした。
積丹はまさかのアドベンチャーで、嬉しい想定外でした。荷物は少なく、きちんとした靴で行くことをお勧めします。
北海道バスさんのツアー全部制覇したい気持ちになるくらい満足しました！

I often use VELTRA when traveling. It's recommended because you can easily enjoy day trips for sightseeing. This time, I went to the Shakotan Peninsula to enjoy the breathtaking nature. First, I brought the printed voucher to the counter for processing, but I think it might be better to switch to e-vouchers soon. They check the printed paper and give you a boarding ticket, but that paper is returned immediately after checking, so I think displaying it on my phone would be sufficient. Also, as mentioned in the notes, they can hold large luggage, so it's best to go directly without worrying about it. I unnecessarily stored mine in a coin locker. The Chuo Bus has power outlets at each seat, so you can easily charge your smartphone. This time, the bus was almost full, with about eight foreign passengers. The guide was a Japanese person who was a bit shy with foreign languages but was very skilled at explaining, making the bus ride comfortable.

At Cape Shakotan, the weather was good, and we could see the wonderful scenery of the steep cliffs. After that, we had a seafood bowl at Hamazushi, which was also exquisite. It seemed there was fishing that day, so we could enjoy the local specialty of fresh sea urchin, but it was a bit pricey due to market prices. (A small plate costs 1500 yen extra.) It looked incredibly delicious.

After lunch, we headed to Cape Kamui. This is the cape at the tip of the Shakotan Peninsula. We walked to the tip, clinging to the steep cliffs. It takes nearly 20 minutes one way on a narrow path, but the view at the end is exceptional. It was an unusually hot day for Hokkaido, and I was sweating, but there was a strong, pleasant wind blowing. The wind made a whistling sound. You need to be careful not to let your hat fly away or drop your camera or phone. This is the destination of the trip, where you can enjoy the view from a high point. The cobalt blue sea is very beautiful, and you can take many wonderful photos.

After that, we enjoyed the underwater scenery from the Shakotan Underwater Observatory Boat. This is optional, but almost everyone boarded and enjoyed it. Along the way, you can see underwater from the bottom of the boat, where you can spot small fish and sea urchins. You can enjoy the scenery from the boat, and I think the front and left sides have the best views. On the way back, you can feed the seagulls. Each person receives a small bucket of food, making it a fun experience. A huge number of seagulls come flying in, creating an impressive sight.

Finally, we stopped by Tanaka Sake Brewery for a factory tour and tasting. Some people got off here to go sightseeing in Otaru. On the way back, we were dropped off at various locations, making it a very enjoyable day trip. It was great to be guided by bus to places that are hard to visit alone. Although it can be affected by the weather, I think if it's sunny, you can fully enjoy nature.

旅行の際に、このVELTRAをよく利用しています。気軽に日帰りで観光が楽しめるので、お勧めです。
今回は絶景の自然を楽しめる積丹半島へ行きました。はじめに印刷したバウチャーを持って窓口で手続きをするのですが、こちらはそろそろｅバウチャーに変えたほうがいいかなと思いました。紙で印刷したものを確認して乗車券をいただくのですが、その紙も確認をしたらすぐ戻されるので、携帯表示で充分かなと思います。また備考にも書いてありますが、大きな荷物を預かってくれるので、そのまま行くといいと思います。私はわざわざコインロッカーに預けてしまった。中央バスは、一人ひとりの座席にコンセントがあるので、スマートフォンの電源が気軽に取れます。今回バスはほぼ満席で、外国の方が8人程度乗っていました。ガイドさんは、日本の方で外国語がちょっと苦手のベテランの方でした。とても説明が上手で、バスの中も快適に過ごすことができました。
積丹岬のしまむい海岸は、天候も良く、断崖絶壁の素晴らしい景色が見られました。その後、はま寿司で海鮮丼を食べますか、これもまた絶品のうまさ。その日は漁があったようで地元名産の生ウニも食べることができますが、時価ともあり若干高めです。〈ちっちゃな小皿で1500円別料金。〉凄く美味しそうでした。
昼食後、神威岬に向かいました。ここは積丹半島の先頭にある岬です。断崖絶壁にへばりつくようにして、岬の先端まで歩きます。細い歩道を歩いて行きますが、片道20分近くかかりますが、ゴールの景色は格別です。北海道にしてはすごく暑い日で、汗が流れ落ちますが、すごく強風が吹いていて心地よかったです。風がヒューヒューと音を立てています。帽子などは飛ばないように気をつけたり、カメラや携帯を下に落とさないように気をつけたりしなくてはいけません。ここが旅の目的地、高台から景色を楽しみます。コバルトブルーの海がとても綺麗で、素敵な写真がたくさん撮れます。
その後、積丹水中展望船で海面から海中や岬の景色を楽しみます。こちらはオプションになっていますが、ほぼほぼ全員乗船し楽しみました。途中、船の下で水中を見ることができます。小さな魚やウニを見ることができます。船では景色を楽しむことができます。船では、前の部分や左側が景色が良いと思います。帰り道にかもめの餌付けができます。一人ひとりに小さなバケツでたくさんの餌がもらえるので、楽しみながらできます。すごい数のかもめが飛んできて迫力満点です。
最後に、田中酒造へより工場見学をしたり試飲をしたりしました。ここで降りて、小樽に観光に出かける方もいました。帰りはそれぞれの場所で降ろしていただき、とても楽しい日替わり旅行になりました。
なかなか1人で行けないところをバスで案内していただきとても良かったです。天候にも左右されますが、晴れていたらとっても自然を満喫できると思います。

Since it can be quite challenging to explore Sapporo individually, I signed up for a tour that included the places I wanted to visit. This was the right decision. The bus took us comfortably to our destinations, making it easy, and the duration of our stay was just right for me. The bus driving was careful and pleasant.

The Okurayama Jump Stadium was truly impressive and worth seeing. At the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, I could overlook the vast grasslands and really feel that I was in Hokkaido. Since dinner was in Susukino, I was grateful to be dropped off there on the way back, saving time.

If I have the chance to come to Hokkaido again, I would like to participate in a different tour.

札幌観光を個人で別々に行くのも大変なので、丁度行きたいところがツアーにあったので申し込みました。
これが正解でした。　バスでゆったりと目的地まで連れて行ってくれるので楽だし、私にとって滞在時間も丁度良かったです。　
バスの運転も丁寧で心地良かったです。
大倉山のジャンプ台は本当に圧巻でした。見る価値あります。
羊ヶ丘展望台も広い草原が見渡せて「北海道に来た」と実感出来ます。
夕飯の場所がすすきのだったので、帰りもそこで降ろして貰えたので時間の無駄も無く有り難かったです。
次回、北海道に来る事あれば、また違うツアーに参加してみたいと思いました。

I was very satisfied, just as the title suggests, and I'm glad I went.

Honestly, the meeting point in the morning was hard to find. I ended up looking for a "VELTRA" sign like I would for a tour abroad, and the location indicated on the Google Maps on the site was off from the tourist information center where the reception was. I wandered around the area for 20 minutes without being able to find the reception, and even asked a woman in a bus guide uniform and at a police box, but no one knew where it was. I was really worried I wouldn't make it in time.

(I wish they would mention something like, "There is no VELTRA sign; we are partnered with such-and-such sightseeing bus," and I hope the Google Maps location is accurate.)

The last person I asked finally told me where it was, and I made it just in time...

It started off with that anxiety, but the bus guide was fun and entertaining right from the start, and as I listened to her talk, my mood completely lifted.

This year, since June was hot, the lavender was already finished, but I enjoyed other flowers, and the blue pond was beautiful. My husband and I laughed and enjoyed the experience, saying, "We often see blooming lavender in photos and videos, but seeing withered lavender is actually a rare experience."

The cheese fondue and hamburger for lunch were delicious! The factory-limited Hokkaido wine I ordered separately by the glass (I ordered both red and white, but the white was definitely better!) was also really tasty, and I bought some as souvenirs at the shop after the meal.

The guide, who said she was often told she resembled the Asagaya Sisters, was interesting and shared various stories that made me go "Wow!" continuously, but she wasn't pushy at all. It was the best. Thank you!

タイトルのとおりで大満足、行ってよかったです。

正直、朝の集合場所は分かりづらかった。海外でのツアーのように「VELTRA」のサインを探してしまったうえ、サイト内のGooglemapの示す位置が受付場所の観光案内所とズレていた。２０分前からずっと現場のあたりをウロウロしてたのに受付場所が見つけられず、何ならバスガイドの制服を着た女性や交番で尋ねたけど分からず、間に合わないかと本当に不安でした。

（「VELTRAのサインはありません、何々観光バスと提携しています」など書いてほしいし、Googlemapの位置も正確にしてほしいと思います。）

最後に声をかけた人が教えてくれて、ギリギリセーフ、、、

という不安な始まりでしたが、バスガイドさんが朝いちばんから楽しく面白く、ガイドさんのトークを聞いてるうちにすっかり気分は晴れ晴れ。

今年は６月が暑かったからラベンダーはすっかり終わってしまったとのことでしたが、他の花も楽しめたし、青い池も美しかったし、「咲き誇るラベンダーは写真や映像でよく見るけど枯れたラベンダーを見るなんて逆にレアな体験だよね」と夫と笑って楽しみました。

ランチのチーズフォンデュとハンバーグもおいしかった！　グラスで別注文した工場限定の北海道ワイン（赤白頼みましたが、断然白！）もすごくおいしくて、食後、売店でお土産に買いました。

「阿佐ヶ谷姉妹に似てると言われる」というガイドさん、面白くいろんな話をしてくださって「へえ～」の連続、でも押しつけがましさはなく、最高でした。ありがとうございました！

The explanation from the veteran guide was great. I was impressed that the driver greeted each person every time we got off.
Unfortunately, there were noisy foreign children, which was quite bothersome. I couldn't get angry, but I wished I could have changed my seat.
We were blessed with good weather and were able to go to the tip of Cape Kamoi, and we also got to ride the glass-bottom boat. It was a chance to make up for what we couldn't do last time due to strong winds.

　ベテランのガイドさんの説明は良かったです。運転手さんも降車毎に一人一人に挨拶されて感心しました。
　残念なのは、外国人の子供ずれがやかましくてまいりました。怒るわけにもいかず、イライラして席を変えてもらいたかったです。
　天気に恵まれて神威岬の先端まで行けましたし、グラスボートにも乗れました。前回は強風でできなかったことがリベンジできました。

During my 2-night, 3-day trip to Hokkaido, I wanted to make sure to visit the lavender fields in Furano, the Blue Pond in Biei, Shirahige Falls, and the Patchwork Hill. I didn't place much importance on lunch, so a light meal was fine for me. This tour, which included no lunch and a quick snack on the bus, perfectly met my needs. And the tour guide's skills were impressive! Not only was their smile lovely and dependable, but they also kept perfect time and provided explanations and guidance at each sightseeing spot in both Japanese and beautifully pronounced native-level English. I was truly impressed. The trip was smooth without any traffic, so we returned to Sapporo about an hour early, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing at the Clock Tower and have a leisurely evening. I thought the 50 minutes we spent at Tomita Farm's lavender fields was just right, but I wished we could have taken a bit more time to explore and shop. It depends on the person, but I think 90 minutes would have allowed for a more enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a very satisfying tour. Thank you for your assistance!

２泊3日の北海道旅行で、富良野のラベンダー畑、美瑛の青い池、白髭の滝、パッチワークの丘は外したくないと思っていました。ランチはそれほど重要視していず、軽食でよかったので、ランチ無し+バス車内でパッと済ませるこのツアーはばっちりニーズに合っていました。そして、添乗員さんの能力の高さ！笑顔が素敵で頼りになるのはもちろん、タイムキープも完璧で、ずっと日本語とネイティブのような美しい発音の英語で各観光地の説明やガイドをお一人通訳されていて、本当に頭が下がりました。ずっと渋滞が無くスムーズでしたので、帰りは１時間ほど早く札幌に戻れたので、時計台観光をしたり、夜をゆっくり過ごすことができました。ラベンダー畑の富田ファームの滞在時間が50分と、ちょうどいいかと思っていたのですが、見るところや買い物ももう少しゆっくりできるとよいと思いました。人にもよると思いますが、９０分はあるともう少し堪能できたと思います。大満足のツアーでした。お世話になり、ありがとうございました。

The sightseeing in Sapporo was fantastic in a short time. I've been to Sapporo many times, but at Hokkaido Shrine, I drew a great fortune! At Okurayama Jump Stadium, I was able to watch the athletes practice, and my grandchild was very happy to experience Hokkaido for the first time.

何度も札幌は行ってますが北海道神宮ではおみくじ大吉！大倉山ジャンプ競技場では選手の練習も見れて孫は初めての北海道とても喜んでいました

At Jigokudani, we took a leisurely stroll. My mother, who has difficulty walking, was with us, but we had plenty of time to explore, so we were able to walk quite far. We also had about an hour for a break at a spot where we could enjoy the view of Showa Shinzan, and although it was a bit rushed, we managed to use the Usuzan Ropeway. At Lake Toya, the view from the Silo Observatory was great, and we were able to take a lot of photos. We also got to meet the "master" of the Silo Observatory, Haru-chan the cat. In Otaru, we had plenty of time, so after shopping, we enjoyed some food, which kept us quite busy. This time, since there were only a few of us, our driver also acted as our guide, and in addition to explaining the tourist spots, we received a lot of information about delicious food, which made us very happy. We were grateful for our considerate driver.

地獄谷では、ゆっくり散策。
足の悪い母も一緒でしたが、散策時間は時間がたっぷりあったので
かなり先まで歩けました。
また昭和新山の景色が楽しめる場所での休憩も、1時間ほどあったので
駆け足でしたが、有珠山ロープウェーも利用することができました。
洞爺湖では、サイロ展望台からの景色もよく、写真もたくさん撮れましたね。
またサイロ展望台の主(笑)、猫のはるちゃんにも会えました。
小樽も、時間がたっぷりあったので、買い物したら食べたり、なかなか忙しかったです。
今回は人数が少なかったので、ドライバー兼ガイドさんでしたが、
要所要所で観光地の説明のほか、おいしい食べ物の情報もたくさん聞けたので、こちらも凄く嬉しかったです。
気遣いの細やかなドライバーさんでありがたかったです。

As someone who is not local, I wanted to walk as efficiently as possible within my limited travel time! However, due to my age and lack of confidence in my stamina during my one-week stay in Hokkaido, I couldn't make a reservation for this option, which seemed to involve a fast-paced tour. But around the halfway point of my stay in Hokkaido, I really wanted to see the lake before heading back, and since I felt I had enough energy, I made a last-minute booking! Although it was last-minute, I appreciated the quick response and assistance.

There was a notice indicating that the meeting place might be difficult to find due to construction, but it was clear, and as a solo participant, I didn't feel anxious. The explanations for everything were very thorough, which was great! When I wanted to ask for a photo, they approached me first! Thank you! I was also impressed by their fluency in Japanese, Chinese, and English! They repeated important points in all languages twice. There were more inbound tourists than locals, but I was able to enjoy the sightseeing without any reservations.

I was satisfied with both the timing and content of the itinerary. Although the weather at Cape Erimo was unfortunate, it added to the charm of the trip and made me want to come back!

My primary destinations were Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, but Hell Valley was also impressive. I was surprised by how clear the water was in both lakes! I had a soft serve ice cream with shaved ice at Showa Shinzan. This course is perfect for those who want to sightsee efficiently!

While multiple languages were spoken, they were mainly about the highlights of the next location, meeting times, and requests, not about listening to an incomprehensible language for a long time. The bus tour participants included solo travelers, couples, and groups. The bus ride was surprisingly quiet and relaxing, which was nice.

It became a wonderful memory of my stay in Hokkaido! I want to participate with my whole family next time! It was a tour that made me feel that way! Thank you very much to the driver and guide of Bus No. 2!

地元でない私は、限られた旅行時間の中でとにかく効率よく歩きたい！と思いました。ただ、年齢的にも１週間北海道滞在のなかで、体力的に自信がなくて、急足で回るイメージだったこのオプションは旅立つ前には予約できませんでした。しかし、北海道滞在も折り返しをすぎたあたりに、やはりどうしても湖をみて帰りたいなと思い、体力もありあまっていたので急遽の申し込みをしました！急遽でしたが、返信等の対応も迅速でありがたかったです。

集合場所も工事中でわかりずらいかもしれませんというような案内があったので、分かりやすく、ひとり参加の私でしたが、不安をいだきませんでした。何に対しても説明を丁寧にしていただいたのでとても良かったです！
写真撮影をお願いしようとしたら、先に声をかけてくださいました！ありがとうございます！
あとは日本語、中国語、英語の順で流暢に話されててすごいなと感心しました！全ての言語で、大事なところは二回ずつ言ってくださいました。人数は約半数以上、インバウンドの方が多かったですが、なにひとつ気兼ねせず、雰囲気よく観光できました…

行程通りで時間も内容も満足です。
地球岬の天候が残念でしたが、それもまた来たいと思わせる旅の醍醐味、また訪れたいです！

わたしの第一目的は洞爺湖と支笏湖でしたが、地獄谷も迫力があってよかったです。いずれの湖も水がきれいで驚きました！
昭和新山ではかき氷ソフトを食べました。
効率的に観光をしたい方にはもってこいのコースです！

多言語が飛び交いますが、それは次の場所の見どころや集合時間、お願い事などであり、ずっと（長い時間、理解できない言語を）聞いていると言うことではないです。
バスツアーの方々は、ひとり参加の方やご夫婦、グループの参加でした。移動のバス車内も驚くほど静かでまったりできて良かったです。

北海道滞在期間のとても良い思い出になりました！
次回は家族みんなで参加したい！そう思えたツアーでした！

I was planning to rent a car and go to various places during my trip from Aichi, but I realized it would be difficult, so I opted for a bus tour. Honestly, it was a short time, but I was able to visit many places and it was fun. If I have the opportunity again, I will use it.

愛知からの旅行で、レンタカー借りて色々行こうとしたけど大変だなってことがわかったので、バス旅行にしました。
正直短時間でしたがいろいろ回れて楽しかったです。また、機会があれば使わせていただきます。

This time, we participated in a bus tour in Furano with three family members! Initially, we considered renting a car, but since Hokkaido is vast and moving around can be challenging, we chose the bus tour. After participating, I can say it was definitely the right choice! They took us to all the major sightseeing spots, and above all, it was really easy on our stamina. The lunch was delicious, and I have no complaints. There are time constraints for sightseeing, but if that doesn't bother you, I think I can recommend it!

今回は家族3人で富良野バスツアーに参加！　当初はレンタカーも検討しましたが、北海道は広くて移動が大変と考え、バスツアーを選択しました。　参加してみての感想は大正解でした！　主要な観光スポットはまわってくれるし、何より体力的にめっちゃ楽でした。ランチも美味しくて文句ありません。観光時間の制約はありますが、それが嫌でなければオススメできると思います！

I used it on the last day of my trip to Hokkaido, on a weekday. I had enough time before my flight at 5 PM. I really enjoyed the Jingu and the Olympic ski jump.

At Shiroi Koibito Park, there wasn't much time, and it was crowded with school trip students and Asian tourists. Be careful as there were long lines for souvenirs.

The outer market was quite disappointing if you imagine it like Tsukiji, so be cautious. I just killed time there and chose to eat at Ramen Yokocho without waiting around 3 PM after arriving at New Chitose Airport.

Overall, it was a nice tour on the last day.

北海道旅行最終日の平日に利用
17時発の飛行機までの間に利用させてもらいました。もちろん十分飛行機には間に合いました。
神宮、オリンピックジャンプ台と非常に楽しめました。
白い恋人パークは時間も少なく修学旅行生、東洋系外国人旅行客でごった返してます。お土産はかなり列ができてますので注意が必要です。
場外市場は築地を、イメージするとかなりがっかりしますので注意が必要です。自分はひたすら時間潰すだけでした、15時ぐらいに新千歳空港についてラーメン横丁で待ちなしで食べる選択しました。
結果的には最終日にいい感じのツアーでした。

I participated on a weekday in early July during the high season, alone. Since it was high season, I couldn't spend enough time at Tomita Farm, but I think it's a good idea to decide on the points you want to see in advance. You won't be able to see everything. There will be lines for souvenirs and food, so it's best to jump into the shorter lines quickly.

The Blue Pond had a long line and was crowded with Asian tourists, making it difficult to fully enjoy. I think the view of Shirohige Falls is quite nice, but there are hardly any shops around. I was eating small bites at rest stops, so I didn't have too much trouble, but it might have been good to buy some convenience store rice balls or snacks in advance.

The tour guide and the driver were very nice, and I was very satisfied with that aspect.

7月上旬のハイシーズン平日に参加しました、一人です。
ハイシーズンということもあり冨田ファームは十分な時間はとれませんでしたが、見に行くポイントを決めておくといいと思います。すべては廻れません。お土産や飲食は並びますので空いてる列にはすかさずという感じで
青い池は大行列&東洋系外国人観光客で十分に楽しむのは困難でした、白ひげの滝はかなりいい眺望だと思いますがお店等はほとんどありません。
食事は立ち寄り所で細細と食べていたので思ったよりは困りませんでした、コンビニおにぎりとかお菓子ぐらい買っておくと良かったかもです。
添乗員さんと運転手さんがとても良い感じでその点は大満足でした。

I visited around early July, when it felt like the rainy season was ending. I participated alone on a weekday.

The tour was great, especially at Lake Shikotsu, but personally, I think I would have preferred to explore on foot instead of taking the sightseeing boat.

I was very satisfied with Mount Usu and Lake Toya; the view from the observation deck at the end of the ropeway was truly beautiful. There are stairs to the observation deck, but the ascent is gentle. It does require some physical effort, but it's not a difficult course, so I encourage you to give it a try.

However, be aware that you need to line up for the return ropeway about 10 minutes in advance, so it's best to check your schedule carefully. I think it's a course worth experiencing at least once.

7月上旬梅雨明け？って感じの頃に利用しました。一人で平日参加です。
ツアーでは支笏湖は大変良かったのですが、自分的には遊覧船は乗らずに散策していた方が良かったかも、というスタートでした。
有珠山、洞爺湖については大満足でした、ロープウェイの先の展望台はホントにキレイでした。展望台までは階段有りですが緩やかな登りです。ちょっと体力使いますが無理なコースではありませんのでチャレンジしてみてください。
ただし帰りのロープウェイは10分ぐらい前から並びますのでスケジュールはしっかりと確認してからがいいと思います。
1度は廻ってみたいコースだと思います。
