I participated in several bus tours for the first time. Although I didn't have much time to spare, I was able to enjoy fulfilling moments at each destination. However, I didn't have a very good impression of the guide from the beginning. I believe that a bus tour relies heavily on the guide. Since the other tours I participated in were very good, I left feeling a bit disappointed on the last day...
But the content of the tour was good. If possible, I wish they could reduce the number of places visited so that we could enjoy each location a bit more leisurely.
初めてバスツアーをいくつか申し込んで参加しました。
時間の余裕はあまりないですが行く先々では充実した時間が過ごせました。
ただ.....最初からガイドさんにあまりいい印象を受けませんでした。
バスツアーはガイドさんあってのものだと思います。
他で参加したツアーがとても良かっただけに最終日ちょっと残念な気持ちで帰りました...
でもツアーの内容は良かったです。
可能ならば、行く場所の数を減らして一つの場所でもう少しゆっくり楽しめたらなぁと思いました。
白い恋人パークではお土産などショッピングを楽しんだり外での催し物を楽しみたい方は、工場見学はなるべく短時間で進むことをおすすめします！

I have visited Furano many times, but this is my first time visiting during this season. As expected, the lavender season was over, but I was able to enjoy plenty of other colorful flowers. The lunch was delicious, and I also took a tour of the Blue Pond... I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Furano efficiently. I highly recommend it.
富良野には何度も訪れたことがありますが、この時期に訪れるのは初めて。さすがにラベンダーの季節は終わっていましたが、その他彩り鮮やかな花々で充分楽しめました。

The guide and driver worked together smoothly to accommodate us. Managing time well is essential for such extensive travel. Most of the group were foreigners, but everything went nicely without any delays. The guide's knowledge of the area and restaurants was top-notch and couldn't be better!
We left Sapporo, enjoyed some potatoes at a mountain pass, efficiently visited Lake Toya and Noboribetsu, and we were lucky to have some sunny moments along the way. It was also Black Friday, and the last mall was great!

Due to the low number of reservations, we were picked up by a van instead of a bus. There was no tour guide, just the driver, so there was no information about where we were headed. When one passenger asked, "Where are we going now? Is there no guidance?" the driver replied, "I'm just the driver, so I don't know anything." It was shocking. As a result, there was no explanation about the sightseeing spots or the scenery along the way, and the van was silent. Although it was mentioned that we could see the scenery from the window, the heating inside the vehicle was so strong that the windows fogged up quickly, making it impossible to see anything. We were taken to various places, but with no explanations, it felt like we were just wandering around on our own.
Additionally, we had a plan to eat lunch at the Biei Town roadside station, but we were taken to a completely different roadside station that only had a hamburger shop. Since everyone concentrated there, they eventually stopped taking orders, and we couldn't order anything. Spending 80 minutes in such a place was unacceptable. At the Furano Cheese Factory, it was stated that we could enjoy experiences, but since we arrived after 3 PM, by the time we got there, the time for experiences had ended, and we could only look around. I wondered if we needed to make a reservation in advance to even participate in the experiences.
Since all the facilities were free and we had to pay for our own lunch, I felt that even though it was a one-day bus tour, 10,000 yen was too expensive. I signed up for the bus tour because it was my first trip to Hokkaido and I wanted to see various places, but there was really no guidance, and I was disappointed that I couldn't see the scenery I was looking forward to. It felt just like taking a taxi. I even thought that moving by taxi might have been better.
The only positive thing is that I was able to return home safely.
予約された方の人数が少なかったこともあってか、集合場所に来たのはバスではなくワゴン車でした。添乗員がおらず運転手のみだったので、最初にどこに向かうのかなど案内がなく、「今はどこに向かっているんですか？案内とかないんですか？」と一人の乗客が訪ねると「私は運転手だから何も分からない」と言われました。ビックリです。なので、観光する場所の説明や道中の景色の説明など一切なく無言の車内でした。景色は車窓からと書いてありますが、車内の暖房が強くすぐに曇ってしまい何も見えません。それぞれの場所に連れて行かれますが、本当に何も説明がないので自分達で勝手に見てまわる感じでした。また、美瑛町道の駅でお昼ごはんを食べるプランでしたが、連れて行かれたのが全く違う道の駅でハンバーガー屋さんしかなく、みんながそこに集中するので最後は注文を打ち切られ何も頼めませんでした。ここで80分過ごすのはありえない場所です。富良野チーズ工房では、体験なども楽しめますと書いてありますが、15時過ぎの到着だったので、着いた頃には体験できる時間は終わっておりただ見るだけでした。そもそも、事前予約しないと体験すら出来ないのではと思いました。どこも無料の施設でお昼ごはんも自分達で払うので、１日のバスツアーとはいえ1万円は高すぎるとすら感じました。そして、初めての北海道旅行で色んな所を見てまわりたいと思いバスツアーを申し込んだのですが、案内が本当に何もなく楽しみにしていた景色も見れず残念でした。これではタクシーと同じです。タクシー移動の方がマシだったのではと感じてます。
無事に帰って来れたのがなによりです。

I used this tour on the last day of my trip (late November 2025). The tour departs from Sapporo Station at 8:30 AM and arrives back around 1:30 PM. Both the driver and the guide were Japanese. It was a weekday, and there were about six participants, all of whom were Japanese.
The bus was large and red, making it easy to avoid getting lost at tourist spots. The interior was warm, and there was no need for jackets. Large luggage (like rolling suitcases) could be stored in the bus's luggage compartment. Upon boarding, we received disposable earphones, which we plugged into the sockets near our seats to listen to the tour guide. The explanations were very clear, providing insights into both the tourist sites and the history of Sapporo. By the way, it seems you can listen in Japanese, Chinese, and English (if I remember correctly).
First, we viewed the former Hokkaido Government Office from the bus as we headed to the Okurayama Jump Stadium. The visit lasted exactly one hour. After the guide's explanation upon arrival, we had free time. We took the lift to the observation deck, where we could leisurely enjoy the beautiful scenery and see where the athletes actually start. One hour was sufficient for this.
Next, we went to the Shiroi Koibito Park. The visit here also lasted one hour. If you take your time to look at each part of the factory tour, it might cut into your shopping time. We moved through the factory tour quickly and then chose our souvenirs. It might be tight on time to see the entire process of the large mechanical clock outside, but it's beautiful, so I recommend at least taking a quick look. It might also be a good idea to check out souvenirs online in advance.
Then we headed to the Sapporo Outer Market. Since we moved smoothly, we had about an hour and a half here. The guide provided a map of the entire market and discount coupons for some shops. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there were fewer people, allowing us to explore comfortably. There are many places to eat, as well as shops selling vegetables and seafood, all lined up on either side of the road. It felt like we made a complete loop.

乗車とともに使い捨てのイヤフォンをもらい座席付近にある差し込み口に刺して利用します。イヤフォンで観光ガイドを聞きながら進んでいきます。説明はとてもわかりやすく観光地と合わせて札幌の歴史なども教えてくれます。ちなみに日本語、中国語、英語（だったかな）などでも聞けるそうです。
まずはバスの中から北海道庁旧本庁舎を見ながら大倉山ジャンプ競技場にいきます。見学時間はピッタリ1時間。到着後ガイドさんの説明があった後は自由時間。リフトに乗って展望台に上がりキレイな景色や選手が実際にスタートする場所などをゆっくり見学できます。1時間で十分でした。
次に白い恋人パークへ。こちらも見学時間１時間。工場見学は一つ一つをじっくり見ると買い物の時間が短くなると思います。工場見学をさらっと見ながら進み、お土産を選ぶという流れで動きました。外にある大きなからくり時計が動く工程を全て見るのは時間的に厳しそうですが、キレイなのでちょっとだけでもご覧になるのをオススメします。あらかじめお土産をインターネットでチェックしていくのもいいかもしれません。
次に札幌場外市場へ。スムーズに回れたのでここでは1時間半ほど時間が取れました。ガイドさんから市場全体の地図と一部店舗で使える割引券がもらえます。平日だったせいか人が少なくゆったり回れました。お食事ができるところ、野菜、海鮮などたくさんのお店が道路を挟んで両端にあります。ぐるーんと一周まわるような感じです。
全体的にタイトにまわりますがそれぞれ十分楽しめました。
運転手さんはとても丁寧な運転をしてくれます。車酔いしやすい子供と一緒でしたが全く大丈夫でした。ガイドさんも暖かく親切、丁寧な方でお話も楽しかったです。
旅行最終日にとても良い思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。
ツアー終了後、札幌駅13時 34分札発の快速エアポートに乗れたので空港にはかなり余裕を持って到着することができました。（千歳空港17時半発の飛行機の予定）参考までに。

I felt that a three-hour stay, including time for arrival and meals, was just right. Since it was a round-trip bus ride, it was stress-free and easy even with kids. The driver was kind, and the veteran bus guide's stories were very enjoyable. I was able to hear a variety of explanations about the places the bus passed, historical anecdotes, and recommendations for souvenirs, which made it a lot of fun. I went to Sapporo for a Mrs. concert. Since my flight was in the evening the next day, I searched online to pass the time and found this tour, which I booked. The autumn leaves at Okurayama were very beautiful, and the view from the observation deck of the ski jump was fantastic. The Shiroi Koibito Park was also a very cute place that was soothing, and the seafood bowl I had at the market was delicious. I came with my grandchild, and we made wonderful memories. Since there were fewer participants than usual, I was able to have enjoyable interactions with the wonderful guide, driver, and other participants. We traveled while admiring the beautiful autumn leaves of Hokkaido from the window. At the Okurayama Jump Stadium, we couldn't ride the lift because the competition was the next day, but I was moved to see famous athletes practicing their jumps! The weather was my biggest concern, but it was nice from departure to arrival, and the scenery was very beautiful. The lunch was also luxurious and delicious. Although it was unfortunately rainy, I was able to efficiently tour around in a day. However, if you go to the bear ranch, there won't be time to explore Showa Shinzan. The guide recommended several lunch spots around Lake Toya. I had a great time sightseeing in Sapporo, despite the limited time. First of all, I would like to thank our guide for their cheerful and upbeat guidance. Even though it was drizzling a bit right before departure, as soon as the bus started moving, the weather cleared up, and I was able to enjoy the wonderful scenery of Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the ropeway at Mount Usu, all mixed with autumn leaves.
