Anyway, the weather was great, and at Cape Earth, the horizon was almost perfectly visible. The blue pond was beautifully blue, and the bears were incredibly cute. Everything was amazing! The guide was wonderful, and it was a very lovely bus trip!

Due to the impact of the typhoon, my flight back home was canceled, and my stay was extended, so I made a last-minute reservation to participate. This time, I attended alone. Most participants were in groups, but there were a few solo attendees, which made me feel more at ease.

It was a highly satisfying tour that allowed us to visit famous tourist spots in just one day. Lunch was included, and it was delicious. Drinks were extra, so I ordered separately. Since this is a famous wine region, I would have appreciated it if the drink cost was included as well.

I plan to join another course if there are any available.

台風の影響で自宅に戻る飛行機が欠航になり、滞在日数が増えてしまったため、急遽予約して参加しました。
今回は一人での参加でした。複数名での参加の方がほとんどでしたが、ちらほら一人参加の方もおり、安心しました。
有名な観光地を1日で回ることができ、非常満足度の高いツアーでした。昼ご飯もついていて、美味しくいただきました。ドリンクは有料なので、別途注文しました。
ワインの有名な地なので、強いて言えばワンドリンク代も込みだと嬉しかったですね。

You take a lift up to the height of the ski jump, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Sapporo! ⛷️ The lift moves slowly and is not very high off the ground, so it wasn't too scary! The guide will take photos for you.

At the Olympic Museum, you can learn about the history of the Olympics starting from ancient Greece, as well as the history of skiing.

You can choose between tickets for just the ski jump or those that include the museum, but since the tour time is limited, you won't have much time to explore the museum after visiting the ski jump.

② Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill
You can take photos with the statue of Dr. Clark. (Almost everyone was posing like that for photos, haha.)

You can also buy snacks and character goods at the souvenir shop above.

③ Guidance on the Bus
The announcements are automatically played through headphones (provided) that each person wears. You can choose from four languages (Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean).

Last week, I became a complete fan of the sightseeing tour by Hokkaido Chuo Bus on the Shakotan tour, and I ended up signing up for two consecutive weeks! The last time on Shakotan, we had a live guide, but this time we could listen to a guide in four languages through earphones. I thought this might be enjoyable for everyone on the bus, but the guide this time also had a calm and lovely voice, so I wished I could have experienced the live guide again.

As for the content, we visited all the must-see spots in the Furano area, and the lunch was delicious and just right. I felt happy in a world filled with colors and sky. At Shikisai no Oka, we had to line up to buy tickets for the tractor tour, and I thought it was wonderful to see the guide working hard to assist with that. It would have been even better if they had collected preferences on the bus, but I understand that there were some who didn’t want to participate.

Overall, it was a fantastic and very satisfying experience. I wish there were more various tours available. I was with children, and the staff kindly suggested that we could move to the back since there were empty seats. Both the driver and the guide were always cheerful and engaging, which was the best!

内容としては富良野方面のおさえるべきところ全て回ってくれて、お昼も美味しくてちょうど良くて、彩りと空のある世界って幸せだなと感じます。
四季彩の丘はトラクターツアーのチケットを買うために並ぶのですが、ガイドさんがその点も一生懸命フォローされている様子がわかって素敵だなと思いました。あれをまとめてバスの中で希望をとってくださったりしてくれたらより素晴らしいですが、乗らない方も確かにいらしたので仕方ないのかもしれません。
総じてすばらしく大満足の経験です。もっといろいろなツアーがあればいいのにと思います。
子連れだったのですが、席が空いてるからもしよかったら1番後ろへどうぞと気遣って下さったり、運転手さんもガイドさんも常ににこやかにお声がけくださり最高でした！

Due to the heavy rain in the morning, my arrival in Sapporo was delayed, and since time was limited, it was great to be able to visit the main attractions compactly on this tour. Okurayama Jump Stadium and Moerenuma Park can be quite challenging to reach on your own, so this bus tour was definitely the right choice. The rain cleared up, and we were able to see beautiful scenery. There are two bus stops at the north exit of Sapporo Station, which could have been confusing, but there was a tourist bus information center nearby that helped me, so there were no issues at all.

朝の大雨で札幌到着が遅れて、時間が限られたので、このツアーで主な見どころをコンパクトに巡れてとても良かったです。大倉山ジャンプ場と羊ヶ丘は自分でいくと結構大変なので、このバスツアーは大正解でした。雨が上がって綺麗な景色がよく見えました。集合場所の札幌駅の北口のバス停は2つあり、戸惑う可能性がありましたが、すぐ近くに観光バスの案内所があって教えてもらったので、全く問題ありませんでした。

I considered renting a car, but driving for several hours through the vast Hokkaido seemed tough for my aging body, so I joined this tour. The two-hour journey from Sapporo felt long, but the lakes and flower fields I wanted to see were incredibly beautiful and moving! I was a bit worried about the tour being mainly in Chinese and English, but the guide was friendly and spoke to us in Japanese as well, providing announcements in Japanese too, so there were no issues. I was disappointed that I couldn't find where to enjoy all-you-can-eat melons, but overall, I was very satisfied and would like to use this service again.

レンタカーで回る事も考えましたが、広い北海道を数時間運転するのは老体には厳しいなと思い、このツアーに参加しました。
札幌から2時間の道のりは長くもありましたが、行きたかった湖も花畑も凄く綺麗で感動しました‼︎
ツアー言語が中国語英語メインとあり、そこが一番不安なところでしたが、ガイドさんは気さくな方で日本語で喋りかけて下さったり、アナウンスも日本語もして下さったので、問題ありませんでした。
メロン食べ放題がどこで出来るのかわからずありつけなかったのが残念でしたが、総合的に大変満足してるのでまた利用したいです。

I participated alone, but first of all, the meeting place was very hard to find. The map indicated a location outside the station, and it mentioned being adjacent to the taxi stand, so I didn't think it was inside the station. When I asked the taxi driver, he said he didn't know. The contact number for the day was only available from 9 AM, so I thought I wouldn't be able to reach anyone, which made me anxious about what to do in case of an emergency. The content of the tour and the guide's explanations were very good. The food was delicious!

However, the width of the bus seats is narrow. It looks like a large bus, but my shoulders spill over and bump into the person next to me. It's tough when sharing with strangers, even if it's okay with family or friends. Since it's a long time, I would prefer no shared seating.

There is a waiting area after check-in, but it was dirty. Empty cans and plastic bottles were scattered around, and the drainage was poor, causing rainwater to pool in places. The flower beds were not taken care of, creating a gloomy atmosphere. Additionally, there was someone lying down who seemed to have spent the night drinking, which made me feel uncomfortable. I think waiting at the bus stop would be more pleasant than waiting there.

ツアーの内容やガイドさんの説明はとっても良かったです。食事も美味しかった！

バスの座席の幅が狭いです。
大きなバスに見えるのに…。肩幅がはみ出して隣の人と当たります。家族や友人ならまだしも、相席ではキツイ。長時間ですので相席は無しにしてほしい。

受付を済ませてから待つ場所があるのですが、汚い。空き缶やペットボトルが散乱しており、排水が悪く雨水が所々溜まっていました。
花壇の世話も出来ておらず陰気な雰囲気。　
さらに、お酒を飲んで朝を迎えたらしき人が寝転んでおり、いやーな気持ちになりました。
あそこで待つより、バス停で待つ方が気持ちが良いと思います。

I participated in the tour on August 11. Out of about 40 people, there were only three Japanese groups, and the guide was from China. I understood most of the information provided in English and Chinese, and the smartphone translation feature also helped with announcements in Japanese, so there were no issues with the destinations or departure times. However, I would have liked to have been informed in advance that it would be a tour with many foreigners. Additionally, the guide only covered the bare minimum, and especially at Showa Shinzan, the focus was mostly on the bear ranch, neglecting important details about Showa Shinzan itself and the visible Usu Mountain, which was disappointing.

The explanations were mainly in Chinese, with just a little bit of English. I felt I made a mistake in choosing this tour. やはり、日本人が参加するツアーに入りたかったので、事前に分かるように日本人むけ、中国人向けとか明記してほしいと思います。中国人の中に入ってしまったのは初めてだったのでとても驚いて緊張しながらだったので楽しめませんでした。今後は対策を取って頂かないと申し込みする事をためらいます。ご検討ください。

I expected it to be someone of the same gender, but it turned out to be a man who was quite large, and it felt like our legs were almost touching, which was intimidating and made me feel tense the whole time. The seafood bowl was just average.

I participated with my two sons, who are a middle schooler and a high schooler. I was glad that we could explore areas that are difficult to access without a car in just one day. We didn't have enough time at Lake Shikotsu and the Mushroom Kingdom where we had a free lunch, while we felt we had too much time at Lake Toya, so I think it would be better to reconsider the time allocation. Even though it was during the Obon holiday, there were no traffic jams, and it ended on time, which was great. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate in another course as well.

中学生と高校生の息子二人と参加しました。
車がない個人ではなかなか回れないエリアを一日で回れてよかったです。
支笏湖と自由昼食を取ったきのこ王国では時間が足りず、一方で洞爺湖では時間を持て余す感じだったので時間配分を見直すとなおよいと思います。
お盆の時期でしたが、渋滞などもなく、定刻通りに終了したのもよかったです。機会があれば、また別のコースにも参加してみたいです。

I started living in Sapporo in April, and when I asked the locals where to go right now, I received multiple responses suggesting Shakotan, so I thought I definitely have to go! However, since I was a paper driver, I was wondering how to get there, but it turns out there’s a tour that takes you directly from the station!

I participated with my child, not knowing what to expect, but both the driver and the guide were very friendly and wonderful. The guide's stories were fascinating, and I really enjoyed it! I was impressed by how much they remembered and their extensive experience. They took us around smoothly, and the timing was excellent, making it a fantastic tour.

Shakotan was unexpectedly adventurous, which was a delightful surprise. I recommend going with minimal luggage and wearing proper shoes. I was so satisfied that I felt like I wanted to conquer all the tours offered by Hokkaido Bus!

I often use VELTRA when traveling. It's recommended because you can easily enjoy day trips for sightseeing. This time, I went to the Shakotan Peninsula to enjoy the breathtaking nature. First, I brought the printed voucher to the counter for processing, but I think it might be better to switch to e-vouchers soon. They check the printed paper and give you a boarding ticket, but that paper is returned immediately after checking, so I think displaying it on my phone would be sufficient. Also, as mentioned in the notes, they can hold large luggage, so it's best to go directly without worrying about it. I unnecessarily stored mine in a coin locker. The Chuo Bus has power outlets at each seat, so you can easily charge your smartphone. This time, the bus was almost full, with about eight foreign passengers. 昼食後、神威岬に向かいました。ここは積丹半島の先頭にある岬です。断崖絶壁にへばりつくようにして、岬の先端まで歩きます。細い歩道を歩いて行きますが、片道20分近くかかりますが、ゴールの景色は格別です。北海道にしてはすごく暑い日で、汗が流れ落ちますが、すごく強風が吹いていて心地よかったです。風がヒューヒューと音を立てています。帽子などは飛ばないように気をつけたり、カメラや携帯を下に落とさないように気をつけたりしなくてはいけません。ここが旅の目的地、高台から景色を楽しみます。コバルトブルーの海がとても綺麗で、素敵な写真がたくさん撮れます。
その後、積丹水中展望船で海面から海中や岬の景色を楽しみます。こちらはオプションになっていますが、ほぼほぼ全員乗船し楽しみました。途中、船の下で水中を見ることができます。小さな魚やウニを見ることができます。船では景色を楽しむことができます。船では、前の部分や左側が景色が良いと思います。帰り道にかもめの餌付けができます。一人ひとりに小さなバケツでたくさんの餌がもらえるので、楽しみながらできます。すごい数のかもめが飛んできて迫力満点です。

Since it can be quite challenging to explore Sapporo individually, I signed up for a tour that included the places I wanted to visit. This was the right decision. The bus took us comfortably to our destinations, making it easy, and the duration of our stay was just right for me. The bus driving was careful and pleasant.

The Okurayama Jump Stadium was truly impressive and worth seeing. At the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, I could overlook the vast grasslands and really feel that I was in Hokkaido. Since dinner was in Susukino, I was grateful to be dropped off there on the way back, saving time.

If I have the chance to come to Hokkaido again, I would like to participate in a different tour.

札幌観光を個人で別々に行くのも大変なので、丁度行きたいところがツアーにあったので申し込みました。
これが正解でした。　バスでゆったりと目的地まで連れて行ってくれるので楽だし、私にとって滞在時間も丁度良かったです。　
バスの運転も丁寧で心地良かったです。
大倉山のジャンプ台は本当に圧巻でした。見る価値あります。
羊ヶ丘展望台も広い草原が見渡せて「北海道に来た」と実感出来ます。
夕飯の場所がすすきのだったので、帰りもそこで降ろして貰えたので時間の無駄も無く有り難かったです。
次回、北海道に来る事あれば、また違うツアーに参加してみたいと思いました。

Honestly, the meeting point in the morning was hard to find. I ended up looking for a "VELTRA" sign like I would for a tour abroad, and the location indicated on the Google Maps on the site was off from the tourist information center where the reception was. I wandered around the area for 20 minutes without being able to find the reception, and even asked a woman in a bus guide uniform and at a police box, but no one knew where it was. I was really worried I wouldn't make it in time.

(I wish they would mention something like, "There is no VELTRA sign; we are partnered with such-and-such sightseeing bus," and I hope the Google Maps location is accurate.)

The last person I asked finally told me where it was, and I made it just in time...

It started off with that anxiety, but the bus guide was fun and entertaining right from the start, and as I listened to her talk, my mood completely lifted.

This year, since June was hot, the lavender was already finished, but I enjoyed other flowers, and the blue pond was beautiful. 正直、朝の集合場所は分かりづらかった。海外でのツアーのように「VELTRA」のサインを探してしまったうえ、サイト内のGooglemapの示す位置が受付場所の観光案内所とズレていた。２０分前からずっと現場のあたりをウロウロしてたのに受付場所が見つけられず、何ならバスガイドの制服を着た女性や交番で尋ねたけど分からず、間に合わないかと本当に不安でした。

（「VELTRAのサインはありません、何々観光バスと提携しています」など書いてほしいし、Googlemapの位置も正確にしてほしいと思います。）

最後に声をかけた人が教えてくれて、ギリギリセーフ、、、

という不安な始まりでしたが、バスガイドさんが朝いちばんから楽しく面白く、ガイドさんのトークを聞いてるうちにすっかり気分は晴れ晴れ。

今年は６月が暑かったからラベンダーはすっかり終わってしまったとのことでしたが、他の花も楽しめたし、青い池も美しかったし、「咲き誇るラベンダーは写真や映像でよく見るけど枯れたラベンダーを見るなんて逆にレアな体験だよね」と夫と笑って楽しみました。

ランチのチーズフォンデュとハンバーグもおいしかった！　グラスで別注文した工場限定の北海道ワイン（赤白頼みましたが、断然白！）もすごくおいしくて、食後、売店でお土産に買いました。

「阿佐ヶ谷姉妹に似てると言われる」というガイドさん、面白くいろんな話をしてくださって「へえ～」の連続、でも押しつけがましさはなく、最高でした。ありがとうございました！
