From the summit observation deck, everything was completely white with fog, and I couldn't see anything. On the way down in the cable car, I entered below the fog and could see a bit of the night view (the side where the night view is visible was crowded with people). It might depend on the season, but it feels like a gamble for the high price I paid. Since it's a special trip to Hokkaido, it takes time to get down to the base as well.

We visited with children for the first time in four years. This facility is heavily influenced by the season and weather. Four years ago, it was pouring rain and extremely cold, so this time we made sure to dress warmly. Watching the penguin parade in the rain while wearing a raincoat is quite tough. This time, it was snowing as well, so both my child and I were cold, and the penguins looked cold too.

Moving between buildings and to the restaurant is all done outside. The buildings are close together, so if you think, "We'll only be outside for a little bit," you might be caught off guard, and your child's smile will disappear. If you come prepared with proper cold-weather gear (and sun protection in summer), it’s a facility full of fun.

The staff is very friendly, and the quality of the shows is excellent. The experience workshops were also a big hit with the kids and a lot of fun.

4年ぶりに子連れできました。
とにかく季節や天気にかなり左右される施設です。4年前は大雨ですごく寒かったため、今回はしっかり防寒していきました。レインコートを着て雨の中ペンギンのパレード見るのはなかなか辛いです。今回も雪が降っていたので、自分も子供も寒かったしペンギンさんも寒そうでした。
建物から建物への移動、レストランへの移動、全部外です。
建物同士は近いので「ほんの少ししか外を歩かない」と思って油断すると子供の笑顔が消えます。しっかり防寒（夏は日よけ）対策をして訪れるなら、楽しさ満開の施設です。

スタッフさんは大変親切だし、ショーのクオリティも素晴らしい。
体験工房も子供が喜びとても楽しかったです。

The view was great. But the process of showing my Veltra confirmation and trying to exchange it for the tickets was not. The person at the ticket counter was adamant that I should needed to show a QR code, when Veltra did not send one. Veltra sends you a confirmation that you're supposed to show at the ticket office, and the ticket office "should know" to give you the tickets. This particular staff did not understand that and gave us a hard time.

I went after dinner, and the night view was absolutely wonderful. Perhaps because it was a weekday in mid-October, a group of school trip students arrived later, but when we got to T38 just after 8 PM, there were no people around, allowing us to take our time with photos.

As we continued taking pictures, we found that T’CAFE was open, so we ordered a cake set and enjoyed dessert at a window-side seat while taking in the beautiful night view. My husband and I savored this little happiness together.

Thanks to Veltra, we were able to enjoy a fantastic night at a great price. I’m really glad we went! Thank you very much.

夕食後に行きましたが、とっても素敵な夜景でした。
10月中旬の平日だからか、修学旅行生のグループが後でやってきましたが、T38 に到着した20時過ぎ時点では人影もなく、ゆっくり写真撮影ができました。
また、写真を撮りながら進んでいくとT’CAFEが営業していたので、ケーキセットを注文して、窓際の席で、素敵な夜景を鑑賞しながらデザートをゆったりと楽しむことができて、主人と二人、小さな幸せを満喫しました。
ベルトラさんのおかげでとってもお得に素敵な夜を楽しむことができて感謝しています。本当に行ってよかったです！

I was able to see the most beautiful night view ever! If you visit Hokkaido, this is definitely one place I would recommend.

I experienced downhill mountain biking for the first time this time. Although I was initially anxious, my past experience with motocross helped, and even though my speed was slow, the exhilaration of navigating the bumpy terrain while maintaining my balance was fantastic. I would like to try it again if I have the opportunity.

今回初めてマウンテンバイクのダウンヒルを体験しました。最初は不安はあったものの、昔モトクロスをやっていた経験が役に立ち、スピードは遅いものの、凸凹地面からの衝撃をバランスを整えながら走っていく爽快感は最高でした。また機会があれば行ってみたいと思います。

I was able to see multiple shows at this large aquarium. I was very satisfied. The dolphin show and the splashes were the best. It seems like it would delight tourists as well!

Before riding the ropeway and mini cable car, it was cloudy, and as we went higher, there were strong winds and rain, making visibility poor. I want to try again on a nice day.

ロープウェイ、ミニケーブルカーに乗る前には曇りで、上に行けば行く程、強風と雨で視界不良、もう一度天気の良い日に再チャレンジしたいです。

It's similar to Tokyo Tower; I just realized that even though I'm from Hokkaido, I hadn't been there. It's good to use when you're in Sapporo Station and have a date, but your plans after dinner are a bit uncertain. The view is great, and it's a fun experience that's out of the ordinary.

東京タワーと同じで、そう言えば道民だけど行ってなかったなぁ、とか、札幌駅でデートしたけど晩御飯後の予定も微妙だな、という時に使うと良いです。
やっぱり眺めもいいし、非日常体験で楽しいです。

I gave it 5 stars because the tickets were easy to use with advance reservation. It was cloudy on the day, so it was disappointing that I couldn't see the view. 😢

Depending on the weather, there is a possibility of disappointing results, but on clear days, you can expect breathtaking views. The facility itself is a clean and simple observation deck, and if it's not crowded, I think it’s a space where you can spend time quietly and leisurely. There is also a café and a small souvenir shop. The elevator to the 38th floor is not very fast, so you might find yourself thinking, "Is it here yet?" while riding.

お天気次第ではガッカリな結果になる可能性もありますが、好天の日には息をのむような眺望が期待できます。
施設自体はスッキリとシンプルな展望台となっており、混んでいなければゆっくり静かに過ごせるスペースだと思います。カフェと小さなお土産屋さんもあります。
38階までのエレベーターは高速ではないので乗っていて「まだかな～」という気持ちになります。

Compared to Mount Hakodate, the transportation and observation deck are on a smaller scale, but I was still able to fully enjoy the night view of Sapporo. I went just before closing on a holiday, but the shuttle bus from the streetcar station, the ropeway, and the cable car were all fully booked for round trips. I wondered how long I would have had to wait if it had been peak time for the night view. (Other sites sell priority boarding tickets at regular price, but since the only priority lane is for the outbound ropeway, I think Veltra's discounted tickets are a better deal.)

Also, it states that "cancellations are free up to one hour before the participation date," but there is no specific time indicated, so it seems that the cancellation fee becomes 100% one hour before closing the day before the event. I was glad I could participate on the scheduled day, but I felt a bit deceived.

　函館山などと比べると、交通機関も展望台もミニサイズですが、十分に札幌の夜景を堪能することができました。
　ただ、休日の閉園ギリギリに行きましたが、市電乗り場からの送迎バス、ロープウェイ、その先のケーブルカーのいずれも往復満員で、これが夜景のピーク時間帯だったらどれだけ待たされたか気になりました。（他社サイトで、優先乗車できるチケットを定価で販売していますが、優先レーンがあるのは往路のロープウェイだけなので、Veltraの割引チケットの方がお得かと。）
　また「参加日時の１時間前までキャンセル無料」と記載されていますが、そもそも時間指定はないので、参加前日の閉園１時間前からキャンセル料１００％になるようです。予定日に参加できたから良かったものの、ちょっと騙された気分。

The night view might be more beautiful than during the day. The round trip to the ropeway entrance was on a snowy path, so the descent on the way back is dangerous.

日中より夜景の方が綺麗かもしれません。ロープウェイ入口までの往復が雪道だったので帰りの下りは危ないですね。

The direction of the sunrise was covered by clouds. The weather can't be helped, but there were some filming methods that were a bit bothersome due to the presence of the Insta360, so I think it would be better to impose some restrictions.

日の出方向が雲に覆われていました。天気は仕方がないですけど。インスタ360が映り込んでちょっと迷惑な撮影方法もあったので制限などした方が良いと思われます。

We visited during a 1-night, 2-day trip to Noboribetsu with children during winter vacation.

Since we couldn't stick to the schedule we had planned in advance, we only managed to visit Nix Castle, but it seems the kids were impressed in various ways. Additionally, we had purchased tickets that included a 1,000 yen voucher for in-house use, which was great for shopping at the souvenir shop for stuffed animals and other items.

It's a shame we couldn't see the much-anticipated penguin parade and various performances, but overall, we were satisfied. If possible, I hope we can create another opportunity to enjoy all the performances next time!

冬休みを利用しての1泊2日の子連れ登別旅行の際に訪れました。

事前に組み立てていたスケジュール通りとならなかった為、到着時間がズレてしまいニクス城のみでしたが、子どもたちは随所に感激していた様です。
また、子どもたちの多少のおねだりに応えられる様に館内利用券1000円付きのチケットを購入していたので、土産ショップでぬいぐるみ等の買い物にも有効利用出来るのは嬉しかったです。

楽しみにしていたペンギンパレードや各パフォーマンスが見られなかったのは残念ですが、概ね満足です。
出来れば、パフォーマンスも全部楽しめる様にまた機会を作って行ければいいな～と思っています。

Taking the ropeway and mini cable car to the summit of Mount Moiwa, the views along the way are simply wonderful.

At the end of October, the summit is very windy and quite cold. However, the scenery is breathtaking.

Upon closer inspection, I could also recognize the TV tower and Hokkaido University. I'm glad I went.

I forgot to submit my experience, so here it is now. I was happy to save 210 yen. However, I needed to exchange the ticket, which meant I had to stand in line, and that was quite a hassle. (I received the ticket after saying my name at the ticket counter.) I think it would be convenient if I could purchase the ticket through Veltra and avoid waiting in line at the ticket counter on the day of the event. The night view was beautiful, but it was a bit cold.

体験談の提出を忘れてましたので今になりました。210円安くなることは、うれしかったです。ただ、チケットに交換が必要で、結局列に並ぶ必要があり大変でした。（チケットカウンターで名前を言って確認したらチケットもらえました。）ベルトラでチケットが購入できれば当日、チケットカウンターに並ばずに便利だと思います。
夜景は綺麗でしたが、少し寒かったです。

I thought I could just go with this reservation ticket, but I had to wait in line quite a bit at the counter for the exchange. The scenery was very beautiful, but it was quite cold, so I recommend wearing warm clothing. The ropeway was crowded and there was a long wait, so if you want to take your time, I suggest going on a weekday.

この予約チケットで、そのまま行けると思ったら、窓口での引換でかなり並びました。
景色は、とても綺麗でしたが、かなり寒かったので、暖かい服装をおすすめします。
ロープウェイは、混んでいてかなり待つので、ゆっくり見たい方は平日に。

I thought the scale was not very large, but I was glad that it allowed us to feel close to the bears. During the feeding experience, my child was so engrossed that they kept buying more food. It seems they were captivated to the point of wanting to feed the bears again!

さほど大きくない規模に思いましたが、それが熊を身近に感じる事が出来て良かったと思います。
餌やり体験では、子供が何回も餌を買い足すくらいに夢中になって楽しんでいました。
また熊に餌やりをしたいという程に虜になった様です♪

I thought it would go smoothly since I had purchased the tickets in advance, but unfortunately, it took longer because I had to change the tickets.

However, the scenery was more beautiful than I expected.

チケットを先に購入してたのでスムーズに行けるかと思ったら、結局チケットに変更しないといけないため時間がかかってしまって残念だった。

ただ、景色は思った以上に綺麗だった。

I think it's an attractive facility where you can experience vast nature. The trip became memorable with the 10 cm thick tomatoes that can yield 20,000 pieces, beautiful gardens, and sheepdog shows. However, I have one complaint about the farm tour staff. When I asked how long we would stop to explore the surroundings, I was firmly told, "Until you come back." Since it's a distance that can be walked easily, I don't think it's necessary to participate in the farm tour if it means feeling scared.

広大な自然が味わえる魅力的な施設だと思います。
20000個も収穫できる幹の太さが10cmのトマト、美しい庭園、牧羊犬ショーなど思い出深い旅になりました。
一点だけ、ファームツアーのスタッフには不満があります。
途中停車して周囲を散策する時間があり、何分ぐらい停車しますか？と聞いたところ、私が戻れというまでですと強い声色で返されました。
普通に歩いて回れる距離なので、怖い思いをしてまで敢えてファームツアーには参加しなくても良いと思います。

I was a resident of Sapporo for nine years about 40 years ago. It's been 33 years since I left Hokkaido, and this was my first visit to the Moiwa Mountain Observation Deck in ten years.

I was worried because the weather forecast wasn't promising right up until the last minute, but it turned out beautifully sunny, allowing me to enjoy a panoramic view of the nostalgic city of Sapporo.

The check-in at the ticket counter was smooth, and the crowd was just right, making for a very comfortable experience. Both the ropeway and mini cable car are short rides, but I believe that both first-time visitors and repeat guests can thoroughly enjoy the scenery from the observation deck.

約40年前の9年間、札幌市民でした。北海道を離れて33年、藻岩山展望台は10年ぶりでした。
直前まで天気予報が芳しくなく心配しましたが、見事に晴れて、懐かしい札幌の街を一望できました。
チケットカウンターでのチェックインも円滑で、混み具合もほどよく、たいへん快適な時間を過ごしました。
ロープウェイ、ミニケーブルカーともに短時間ですが、展望台からの景色も含め、初めての人もリピーターも十分楽しめると思います。

It was raining a little, but the night view was beautiful. The convenience from the station was good, and I recommend it as a little event before returning to the hotel after having dinner at a restaurant!

I went according to the sunset time, but even after staying until after 8 PM, it didn't get completely dark. Considering the crowd for the return cable car, I decided to head back early.

It was quite crowded, so it was difficult to get to the front row by the fence. Fortunately, there were extra cable cars running for the return trip, so I was able to descend faster than expected. However, there were no extra shuttle buses to the streetcar station, so I walked to the station.

Since it was downhill, I arrived at the station in about 7 minutes.

Originally, the price was already lower than the regular fare, and with the discount for paying with an AEON card, plus using points, I was able to use it at a very affordable rate.

日没時間に合わせて行きましたが20時過ぎまで滞在してもなかなか真っ暗にならず、帰りのロープウェイの混雑を考慮して早めに帰りました。
とにかく混んでいるのでなかなか柵の前の最前列までは行けません。
帰りのロープウェイは臨時便を出してくださっていたので思ったよりも早く下山出来ましたが、市電の駅までのシャトルバスは臨時便はないので歩いて駅へ向かいました。
下り坂ですのでサクサク歩いて7分ほどで駅に着きました。

元々正規料金よりもお安い上にイオンカードでの支払いで割引、さらにポイントを使ってかなりお安く利用出来ました。

The grid-like streets of Sapporo are breathtaking. I was captivated by their beauty, which exceeded my imagination. The night view from Mount Moiwa is also wonderful, but I highly recommend this as well.

210円割引になりましたし、チケット購入に手間取る事がなくすぐに列に並ぶ事が出来ました。チケットカウンターで名前を言って確認したらチケットもらえました。行く事が決まっていたら購入しておくと便利だと思います。

The night view was wonderful. It sparkled like a box of jewels. However, the wait time for the cable car and ropeway on the way back was 45 minutes. It's understandable because it was busy, but it's best to be mindful of the timing. I highly recommend this to anyone heading to Sapporo.

夜景は素晴らしかったです。宝石箱ひっくり返したみたいにキラキラしていました。
ただ帰りのケーブルカーとロープウェイが待ち時間45分。
集中するから仕方ないけど、時間の読みを気をつけた方が良いですね。

Although the weather wasn't great, I stayed from 6 PM to just after 7 PM, knowing that I could enjoy the night view once it got dark! It's best to visit considering the sunset; on this day, the sunset was at 6:48 PM. You can see the darkness gradually setting in and the city lights slowly coming on one by one. Once it gets completely dark, the sparkling night view captivates your heart. During the waiting time, there aren't many chairs, so it's better to secure a spot early.

あんまりお天気は良くない日の参加でしたが、夜になれば夜景は見れる！と夕方１８時から１９時過ぎまで滞在しました。
日没を鑑みて訪れると最高！この日は１８時４８分日没。暗くなる様子、街に灯りがポツリまたポツリと増えていく様子を見ることができます。
真っ暗になると、キラキラ輝く夜景に心を奪われます。
待ち時間の間、椅子の数があまりないので早めに確保したほうが良いです。

I was able to see the beautiful night view in time for sunset. It's vast and breathtaking. It was great that I could ride the ropeway and cable car without much waiting.

日没の時間に合わせて夜景も綺麗に見れました。
広大で絶景ですね。ロープウェイ、カープルカーもさほと待たずに乗れてよかったです。
