The weather was unfortunately bad on the day, but I had a great time. If I have the opportunity to visit Hokkaido again, I would like to participate.

During my first visit to Hokkaido, I was worried since it was the season when snow started to fall, but I was able to fully enjoy the great nature and hot springs! Although it was snowing, it stopped at Lake Toya, allowing me to enjoy the distant scenery! Above all, it was definitely the right choice to soak in the hot springs! I had never seen a shampoo bar before, and the hot springs felt so good that I wanted to stay in them longer. Next time I go to Hokkaido, I want to see the lavender fields in Furano during early summer! I'll be counting on Beltora again!

初めての北海道で雪が降り出した季節と言うこともあり心配してましたが、大自然と温泉を満喫出来ました！
雪が降ってたましたが、洞爺湖では止んでて遠くの景色を楽しむことが出来ました！
何よりも温泉入って正解でした！
シャンプーバーなど見たことがなく、温泉も気持ちよく、もっと温泉入りたくなりました。
次に北海道行くときは初夏に富良野ラベンダー畑が見たいです！
またベルトラさんにお願いしますね！

You can easily experience the great nature of Hokkaido. A veteran guide is with you and teaches you everything. There were many solo travelers and families. I think it's more economical and efficient than traveling by rental car. Please be sure to try it at least once.

北海道の大自然を手軽に体験できます。
ベテランのガイドさんが付いていて、何でも教えてくれます。一人旅の方や家族連れが多かったです。レンタカーでまわるより経済的かつ効率的と思います。ぜひ一度体験してみて下さい。

I was able to enjoy the tour with a Taiwanese woman I met while staying at the guesthouse, who was also participating in the same tour!

Since I can't drive, I was grateful to be able to take a bus tour for a route that required driving.

ゲストハウスで宿泊した時に知り合った台湾の女性が同じツアーに参加される方で一緒に楽しむことができました！

車の運転ができないので、今回車を運転しないと回れないコースをバスツアーで回ることができまして、ありがたかったです！

Driver was kind, flexible, and we saw some beautiful things. Thankfully one of our party was fluent in Japanese so we could all converse throughout the trip, but everything would've run smoothly despite that I believe. The driver came out with us often to the sites and had great info to share. Highly recommend!

I used the course from Kushiro to Kushiro Airport. From the bus window, I was able to see red-crowned cranes and Ezo deer. The regular sightseeing bus route stops at Kushiro Airport at the end, but I learned from the bus announcement that it was also possible to transfer to a route bus heading to the airport from Lake Mashu, so I decided to change to the route bus at the last minute. They took me to the bus center for the route bus, and they also stored my luggage for free, allowing me to enjoy Lake Mashu until the bus departure time.

釧路から釧路空港までのコースを利用しました。
バスの車窓からですが、丹頂鶴と蝦夷鹿を見ることができました。
定期観光バスのルートで最後に釧路空港に立ち寄るのですが、摩周湖から空港に向かう路線バスに乗り換えも可能とバス中の案内でわかり、路線バスを利用することに急遽変更しました。路線バスのバスセンターまで送って頂き、荷物も無料で預かって頂けバスの時刻まで摩周湖を楽しみました。

The tourist bus information center was hard to find. I think the use of earphones on the bus is great because you can hear everything clearly. However, I was disappointed with the lunch. I had seen the previously posted messages, but the issues pointed out had not been fixed, and I was surprised that the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was served cold without a lid. Was it managed by a foreign company? I really think chawanmushi should be served warm. What was the purpose of the posts? The planning team should be the one to seek improvements! The guide and the driver were both good.

観光バスの案内所がわかりにくかったです。車内のイアホンの利用は、聞こえないということが無いのですごくいいと思います。
ただ、昼食は、ガッカリでした。予め投稿されたメッセージを見てましたが指摘されたことが直っていなくて茶碗蒸しの蓋がなくて冷たいのには驚きました。外資系の経営でしたか？やっぱり茶碗蒸しは、暖かいものを出して欲しいです。何のための投稿でしょうか？企画されたところが改善を求めるべきです！
ガイド、運転手さんの対応は良かったです。

I participated during a very cold period when even the water was freezing, but with the rental of dry suits and knit caps, I was able to fully enjoy the activities without worrying about the cold. The guide (a former ranger!) provided insights about the nature of the lake and took photos, allowing us to leisurely cruise around Lake Shikotsu and the Chitose River. Even as a beginner, I was able to paddle the kayak easily and without much effort. I definitely want to join again with my family (the kids) during summer vacation! Thank you to all the staff.

水も凍るとても寒い時期に参加しましたが、ドライスーツやニット帽のレンタルもあってアクティビティ中は寒さも気にならずに満喫しました。ガイドさん（元レンジャー！）が湖の自然をガイドしてくれたり写真を撮ってくれたりと終始のんびりと支笏湖&千歳川をクルージング。初心者でも簡単に、そしてそんなに力も要らずにカヤックが漕げました。次は夏休みに是非家族（子どもたち）と参加したいです！スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。

The weather was wonderful, and the scenery was beautiful everywhere. We took a sightseeing boat on Lake Akan, and on the way back, we took a different bus, but there was a detailed explanation, so I didn't get lost at all.

お天気に恵まれどこもきれいな景色でした。阿寒湖で遊覧船に乗ったため、帰りは違うバスに乗りましたが、その際も丁寧な説明があり、特に迷うことはありませんでした。

It was a satisfying tour where I could see the natural beauty of Hokkaido in just one day. However, I was disappointed that the lunch hot pot was somewhat undercooked, the vegetables were hard, and the fried items were cold.

1日で自然な北海道見れて満足できるツアーでした。ただ、ランチのお鍋は半生っぽいのもあって野菜も硬く、揚げ物も冷たかったのが残念でした。

The tour was on time and the tour counter was easy to locate. The guide was friendly and took time to explain the meeting and departure time to me in English even though everyone else spoke Japanese. The sights were all beautiful and definitely worth a visit. We had enough time at the convent, but I wished we had more time at Goryokaku and the park!

Once you ride a rickshaw, you'll want to ride it again. The person pulling the rickshaw is very good at explaining things and also skilled at taking photos. I had a great time in Otaru as well.

人力車は一度乗ったら、また乗りたくなります。
引く人が説明がとても上手で、写真の撮り方も上手なんです。
小樽でもとっても楽しく過ごすことができました。

It was very good. The guide and the driver were kind and it was fun. The snowy scenery was amazing.

There was one disappointing thing: lunch. First, the restaurant was cold. The rice was cold. The chawanmushi was also cold in a container without a lid. There was a chicken hot pot, but the meat was very large and I wondered if it was cooked through. The slices of carrot in the pot remained hard until the fire went out. The time for cooking with the fire starter was limited, yet it wasn't pre-cooked... Honestly, I was disappointed. The restaurant was cold, and although there were small cakes, there were no warm drinks... I might have needed to ask for them, but we left the restaurant early and had extra time afterward. I was really looking forward to lunch in Hokkaido, so it was disappointing. The taste was good, though... My friend who went with me said the same thing.

But other than that, it was really good. I'm grateful to the fun guide and driver. If it were the same guide and driver again, I would like to request them again. Thank you! Please keep up the good work.

残念なことがひとつ
昼食です。まずレストランが寒い。ごはんが冷めている。
茶碗蒸しも蓋のないままの容器で冷めている。
鶏のなべもついていたのですが肉がとても大きく火が通っているのか？
ニンジンのスライスも鍋に入っていたのですが結局　火が消える最後まで
硬いままでした。着火剤で煮える時間は限られているのに下茹でもしていない・・正直ガッカリでした。レストランも寒いし小さいケーキがあるのに
温かい飲み物もない・・こちらからお願いすればよかったのかもですが
早々にレストランを出て後は時間が余りました。
昼食は北海道だしとっても楽しみにしていたのに残念です。味は美味しかったから・・・。
一緒に行ったお友達も同じこと言ってました。

でもそれ以外はほんとによかったです。
楽しいガイドさんと運転手さんに感謝です。
今回のガイドさんと運転手さんだったらまたお願いしたいです。

It was great to efficiently tour Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. The audio guides are available not only in Japanese but also in Chinese and English, which was convenient as I didn't have to interpret for my companions who don't understand Japanese. However, since we were a group, it might be unavoidable, but at the restaurant at Manseikaku, while the taste wasn't bad, everything except the salt-grilled chicken hot pot was completely cold, which was disappointing. Since there was also a buffet at the same restaurant, I think it would be nice to have the option to switch to the buffet for the meal.

支笏湖・洞爺湖を効率的に観光出来て、良かったです。音声案内が日本語だけでなく、中国語や英語もあるので、日本語がわからない同行者に、通訳する必要もなく、便利でした。ただ、団体なので仕方ないのでしょうが、万世閣のレストランでの食事で、味も悪くはないのですが、とり塩小鍋以外は、すべてのものが冷え切っていて、残念でした。同じレストランでビュッフェもあったので、食事をビュッフェに変更できるオプションがあればいいと思いました。

At the highly transparent Lake Shikotsu, I was looking forward to enjoying a sightseeing boat, but it was canceled due to strong winds. It was very disappointing, but at Lake Toya, I was able to experience the lakeside of the hotel where I had my meal, the Usuzan Ropeway, and the Silo Observatory, all surrounded by nature. However, there wasn't much time left, so I couldn't enter the bear ranch, and I would have preferred to skip the Mushroom Kingdom before the meal to have more time at Usuzan. On the way back, it was convenient to be able to get off at places like Susukino.

透明度の高い支笏湖では、遊覧船を楽しみにしていたのですが強風のため運航中止。とても残念でしたが、洞爺湖では食事したホテルの湖畔や有珠山ロープウェイ、サイロ展望台と大自然に触れることが出来ました。
ただ、予定時間が余りなくクマ牧場へは入場出来ず、できれば食事前のキノコ王国を無しにして有珠山の時間をとってほしかった。
帰りは、すすきの等途中下車できるのが便利でした。

I had a great time being taken around from morning until evening. Both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya were very beautiful. Mount Usu was foggy, so I couldn't see anything from the ropeway, but I think I'll come back someday. The lunch at Banseikaku was also luxurious. The guide and the driver were cheerful, which was nice.

　朝から夕方まで連れまわしてもらい楽しかったです。支笏湖、洞爺湖ともにとても美しかったです。有珠山はガスっててロープウエイは何も見えなかったのでまたいつか来ようと思います。万世閣の昼ご飯も豪華でした。ガイドさんと運転手さんが明るくて良かったですね。

The clear kayak experience was amazing! I thought I might have to give up because of the strong winds at Lake Shikotsu, but surprisingly, they said, "You can do it!" We spent two hours on the Chitose River. There were various missions, and I might have enjoyed this more than the lake itself! The fun conversations with the guides and taking commemorative photos were great. I did have a little mishap getting out and ended up with one foot soaking wet, but that became a good memory! If you're going kayaking, I recommend Shikotsukamui!

クリアカヤック体験、支笏湖の風が強くて断念かと思いましたが、まさかの「できますよー」千歳川で2時間。色々ミッションもあって、ひょっとして湖よりこっちが楽しかったかも？と思いました。ガイドさん達との楽しい会話や記念撮影。下りるのにちょっと失敗して片足ずぶ濡れになったけどそれもいい思い出になりました！カヤックならシコツカムイ！おすすめです♬

Under the clear blue sky, we had an ambitious itinerary visiting Lake Mashu, Iouzan, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Akan. The guide's explanations were detailed and excellent, and their driving was skillful, allowing us to enjoy the trip with peace of mind. The price was also reasonable, making us feel like we got a great deal.

快晴の空の下、摩周湖、硫黄山、屈斜路、阿寒湖と欲張りなコース。ガイドさんのお話は詳しくてすごく良かったし、運転も上手で安心して旅を楽しむことが出来ました。お値段もお手頃でとっても得した気分です。

I participated in October. The guide's instructions were very satisfying, and the tour content was fulfilling. I think it was a great deal. I would like to visit during the snowy season as well.

10月に参加しました。ガイドさんの案内も大変満足のいくもので、充実したツアー内容でした。格安だと思います。雪の時期にも訪れたいと思います。

For those who do not drive, tours like this are affordable, convenient, and helpful.

When staying at the Akan Lake Onsen, you can get dropped off by the bus near the accommodation, but in that case, you need to walk to the Eco Museum Center after leaving your luggage at the inn.

It seems that there is no direct bus stop at the Eco Museum Center, so I think it would have been nice if they provided clearer explanations regarding that.

The cost performance is good.

車を運転しない者にとっては、こういったツアーは安く便利で助かります。

阿寒湖温泉に宿泊する際は、その宿の近くでバスを降ろしていただけるのですが、その場合宿に荷物を置いてそこからエコミュージアムセンターへは徒歩で行く必要があります。

また直接バスでエコミュージアムセンターに停まるということもないようなので、そのあたりの説明を分かりやすく書いていただけるとよかったかなと思います。

コストパフォーマンスはグッドです。

In mid-October, Hokkaido's autumn leaves are progressing, and as we travel by bus while enjoying the view from the window, we can see deer on the right, foxes on the left, cranes on both sides, and cranes flying in the sky. During the journey of about an hour and a half to Lake Mashu, I was able to see many animals, which made me truly feel that I was in Hokkaido. We were also blessed with good weather, and Lake Mashu, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Akan were all clear skies. The contrast with the autumn-colored mountains was beautiful. Since there was a guide on board who provided explanations at each sightseeing spot, it was definitely the right choice to ride the Pirika bus.

１０月中旬の北海道は紅葉も進み、車窓からは紅葉を楽しみながらバスを進めていくと、右に鹿、左にはきつね、左右にタンチョウ、空には飛んでいるタンチョウなど、摩周湖に到着するまで約１時間半ちょっと間にたくさんの動物たち見ることが出来、北海道にいることを実感致しました。天気にも恵まれ、摩周湖、屈斜路湖、阿寒湖は快晴。紅葉の山とのコントラストもキレイでした。
ガイドさんが乗車していることをあり、観光地ごとに説明して下さるので、ピリカ号に乗って正解でした。

I had a very, very enjoyable day! The meeting time wasn't too early, and the meeting place was easy to find near Sapporo Station. Plus, since it was by bus, we could listen to explanations while traveling.

We visited the Rokkatei souvenir shop, had cheese fondue and hamburgers for lunch, went to Farm Tomita, saw the roller coaster from the bus window, visited Shikisai no Oka, the Blue Pond, saw the patchwork hills from the bus window, and then returned to the city.

Both the driver and the guide were kind. We were able to efficiently visit many places, take lots of photos, and I ended up sleeping soundly on the way back, enjoying the sightseeing.

I visited in early October, but I would like to use this tour again in the middle of summer. Thank you very much!

集合時間も早くなく、待ち合わせ場所も札幌駅近くと分かりやすいです。
そして、ﾊﾞｽなので解説を聞きながら移動が出来ます。
六花亭のお土産屋さん→ﾁｰｽﾞﾌｫﾝﾃﾞｨｭとﾊﾝﾊﾞｰｸﾞのﾗﾝﾁ→ﾌｧｰﾑ富田→（車窓からｼﾞｪｯﾄｺｰｽﾀｰの道）→四季彩の丘→青い池→（車窓からﾊﾟｯﾁﾜｰｸの丘）→市街地へ戻り
運転手さん、ｶﾞｲﾄﾞさん共に優しいかたでした(^^)
効率良く回れ、写真もたくさん撮れ、帰りは爆睡して観光を楽しめました。
訪れたのが10月初旬でしたが、次は真夏にまたこのﾂｱｰを利用したいと思いました、

The cost performance was excellent. I was able to enjoy both the lake and the mountains at this price. The view is beautiful and very soothing. The lunch was also quite delicious.

コスパが最高でした。この値段でみずうみも山も楽しむことができました。眺めが綺麗で、癒やしです。昼食も結構美味しいですよ。

What seemed like just a lake tour turned out to be quite enjoyable, as each lake had its own unique features—some were frozen, some had swans, and some were shrouded in mist (like Lake Mashu).

I also learned for the first time during my visit that there was a winter festival at the frozen lake (I can't remember the name, maybe Lake Akan?), where I spontaneously rode a buggy (I went around twice!) and had fun on a banana boat. They were also doing smelt fishing. By the way, I received a discount coupon in the car, but it couldn't be used for the ticket I purchased.

The guide provided various information, and the scenery along the way was beautiful, so I never felt bored.

At Showa Shinzan, sulfur was blowing out from various spots on the snowy mountains, and it was quite charming to walk on the untouched new snow to get a closer look.

The temperature was below minus 10°C, but I didn't feel cold either inside the car or outside.

Some swans are used to people, so if you say "hello" and bow your head, some will bow back in greeting. (I think it was at Lake Mashu?)

I highly recommend this tour to enjoy winter in Eastern Hokkaido! I traveled alone, but I had an incredibly fun time!

単なる湖めぐりと思いきや、湖も三者(湖)三様で凍っているのもあり、白鳥がいるのもあり、霧がかっているのもあり(摩周湖)で楽しめました。

また実際に行って初めて知りましたが、凍っている湖(名前失念。阿寒湖？)では冬祭りをやっていて、急遽バギーに乗ったり(1周単位で2周しました！)、バナナボートでも楽しみました。わかさぎ釣りもやっていましたよ。
ちなみに車内で割引券をもらいましたが、私が買ったチケットには使えなかったです。

ガイドさんが色々案内してくれるし、途中の景色はきれいなので退屈しません。

昭和新山では雪山の所々から硫黄が吹き出ていて、足跡のついていない新雪を踏んで近くまで見に行くのもまた風情がありました。

気温はマイナス10℃以下でしたが、車内・屋外共に寒さを感じませんでした。

白鳥は人慣れしているコもいるので、「こんにちは。」と頭を下げると、こんにちは。と首を下げて挨拶してくれるコもいますよ。(摩周湖だったかな？)

冬の道東を楽しむツアーとして、ぜひおすすめします！

The driver was like a guide, and their explanations and guidance were excellent and efficient. They took many photos, and everyone was very happy. Thank you very much. I wish we had a bit more time; three hours wasn't enough, so I recommend five hours.

ガイドさんのような運転手さんで、説明も案内もてきぱきと素晴らしかったです。写真もたくさん撮って頂きみんな大喜びでした。有り難うございました。もう少し時間に余裕が有ったら良かったなと、3時間では足りませんので、5時間がお勧めですね。

The driver was very nice. The delicious katsu-don was the best part of the trip. Out of the 9 days on this cruise, it was the most delicious! ✨

The guide's explanation was very clear and easy to understand. For those who want to take their time at Lake Akan, it was mentioned that you can switch to a local bus to reach your final destination, which is great as it allows everyone to adjust according to their own plans. On the day I participated, I was very lucky to see both the misty Lake Mashu and the clear Lake Mashu. Coincidentally, I also spotted cranes, deer, and cows along the way, which was truly impressive—just like Hokkaido! For those getting off at Lake Akan, the bus will stop in front of the hotel, so you don't have to wander around looking for it with your luggage, making it very convenient.

ガイドさんの、案内があり、とてもよくわかりました。
阿寒湖でゆっくり時間を使いたい人は路線バスに乗り換えて最終目的地迄移動してOKということでしたので、各自の予定にあわせられるので、良いと思います。
参加した日は、霧の摩周湖と、霧が晴れた摩周湖を見れ、とてもラッキーでした。
偶然にも、鶴、鹿、牛と移動の途中の道で見れて、さすが北海道！と感動しました
阿寒湖で、下車する人は、ホテル前にバスを止めてくれます。荷物をもって、うろうろホテルを探さなくて良いので楽チンですよ

I was able to visit various places in one day, making it a very fulfilling trip! Although the lavender season had ended, there were many other colorful flowers blooming, which were beautiful and more than satisfying. For lunch, I had the cheese fondue at Furano Wine House, which was exquisite—I would love to have it again! The bus rides were enjoyable as well, as I could admire the vast scenery of Hokkaido from the window. If I have the opportunity, I would like to join another tour. Thank you very much!

１日で色々なところに行けたのでとても、充実した旅になりました！
ラベンダーは時期が終わってしまったタイミングでしたが他にもカラフルなお花が咲いていてとても綺麗で十分満足できました。
ランチはふらのワインハウスで食べたチーズフォンデュが絶品でリピートしたいくらいです。笑
バスの移動時間も広大な北海道の景色が車窓から眺めていられるので楽しかったです。
また機会がありましたら別のツアーにも参加してみたいです。

Despite the heavy rain, it was still enjoyable. Lake Shikotsu was beautiful even in the rain, and kayaking on the lake made for great memories.

大雨の中でしたが、それでも楽しかったです。
支笏湖は、雨でも綺麗でしたし、カヤックで湖を散策できて、いい思い出になりました。

I enjoyed riding a boat on Lake Shikotsu, taking in the clear lake bottom and surrounding scenery. At Lake Toya, I savored a meal and enjoyed the hot springs, and at Mount Usu, I took the ropeway and enjoyed the view from the summit while eating soft serve ice cream. Unfortunately, due to rain, I couldn't take photos of Nakajima Island in Lake Toya from the Silo Observatory, but it was a well-balanced tour. I tend to get bored if there’s too much focus on nature, scenery, transportation, or food, but the overall length of the tour was just right.

支笏湖で船に乗り、透明感の高い湖底や周囲の景色を楽しみ、洞爺湖では食事と温泉を楽しみ、有珠山ではロープウェイや山頂からの景色を楽しみソフトクリームを食べました。残念ながら、サイロ展望台では雨のため洞爺湖の中島を含む写真を撮れなかったのですがバランスがよいツアーでした。どうして自然、景色、乗り物、食事などに偏りがあると飽きてしまうのですがツアー全体の時間の長さもちょうど良かったです。
