I chose the 5-hour course, but it felt like there wasn't enough time. The driver took a lot of photos for us and provided various explanations, which was great. It was nice that we were taken to the places we wanted to visit. If we had a little more time, I would have liked to explore around Motomachi as well.
5時間コースにしたのですが、時間が足りないくらいでした。
運転手さんに沢山写真撮ってもらって、それに色々説明して頂き大変良かったです。
行きたい所にも連れて行ってもらい良かったです。

I took a 5-hour sightseeing tour this time. The driver was very, very nice. While sightseeing, he explained the history like a guide, mixed in with information about filming locations for dramas, and took a lot of photos for us.
We went over time due to shopping and meals, but he was flexible and accommodating, which was a great help. Generally, he took us to recommended places, but he also made sure to go to the spots we wanted to visit. I think it's best to communicate any places you want to go at the beginning.
It was a wonderful sightseeing experience. I highly recommend it!
今回5時間コースで観光しました。運転手さんがとてもとても良い方でした。観光してる時、車の中とガイドさんみたいに歴史を織りまぜながら説明してくれたり、ドラマ等の撮影場所だとかの説明もあり、写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。
買い物、食事等で時間オーバーになってしまったけれど臨機応変に対応して下さり助かりました。
概ね、運転手さんのおすすめ場所に連れて行ってくれますが、こちらの要望の場所にもちゃんと行ってくれます。行きたい場所があったらはじめに伝えたら良いと思います。
とても良い観光になりました。

I used it from Sapporo to Tomamu. Perhaps because it was a weekday in September, there seemed to be no one boarding from New Chitose Airport, so we went directly to Tomamu and arrived in about 2 hours. Depending on traffic conditions, you may need to consider a range of travel times.

During the line at the Goryokaku ticket booth, they quickly made the decision to dash to a convenience store to purchase tickets efficiently, and they responded to sudden requests by taking us to the breathtaking viewpoint at the summit. They also accommodated changes to the pickup location on the day, which left us very satisfied. It was a tour experience that we could never have managed on our own.
五稜郭チケット売り場での行列時は、素早い判断でコンビニへ車を飛ばしサクッとチケットを購入して下さったり、急なリクエストに応えて山頂の絶景ポイントへ。当日の送迎場所の変更も対応頂き大満足でした。自分たちでは決してまわることの出来ないツアー体験となりました。

We were a group of six, consisting of four seniors and two guides. We chose this sightseeing taxi service because of the excellent reviews. Initially, I was pleased as they responded to various requests just like the reviews mentioned, making for an enjoyable trip. However, during the morning pickup, they mentioned that it would be fine to return to either Hakodate Station or Hakodate Hokuto Station. Since we had accumulated more luggage, I requested to go to Hakodate Hokuto Station, but the response was, "Will the gas last?" I was taken aback and couldn't respond immediately, feeling a bit panicked. Is that really a thing? They did head towards Hokuto Station, but there were several deep sighs, and the atmosphere in the car became tense and silent. In the end, a dark cloud hung over what had been a fun trip. If I had said Hakodate Station instead, would they have driven us pleasantly? Was it really true that Hakodate Station was fine? Even now, after the trip has ended, I still feel uneasy about it. Other than that, they treated us very well.
年配者4人、引率2人計6人での利用でした。口コミがかなりよかったのでこちらの観光タクシーを利用させていただきました。最初は口コミのようにいろいろリクエストにお応えいただき、楽しい旅行でよかったと思っていました。朝の迎えの時点で帰りは函館駅でも函館北斗駅でも大丈夫ですという回答だったので荷物も増えたので函館北斗駅までお願いしたいと言ったら…ガソリンがもつか…との返事でした。えっ？と思いすぐに回答ができずちょっと気持ちがパニックに…そんなことありますか？とりあえず北斗駅に向かってはくれたのですが、大きなため息が何度か…車中に暗い空気がながれみんな無言…最後の最後に楽しい旅行に暗い空気が流れました。函館駅までといえば気持ちよく運転してもらえたのでしょうか…
函館駅でいいというのが本当だったのでしょうか…旅行が終わった今もまだ気持ちがモヤモヤしてます。
それ以外はとてもよくしていただきました。

Every year, six old men go on a trip together. This time, we gathered in Hakodate and were moved by the night view from Mount Hakodate. The next day, we toured Onuma Quasi-National Park, Goryokaku Park, the Hakodate Magistrate's Office, the Russian Orthodox Church, Hachiman-zaka, and Tachimachi Cape with the guidance of Nakamura Taxi. Nakamura's guidance was excellent, and we had a great time. Thank you very much.

The bus will have a 2-2 seating arrangement. I used it on a Saturday in mid-February, and there were about 30% of the seats filled for the bus to Tomamu.

I use the Hokkaido Access Network bus every year, but this time it was the worst. I thought this system was reliable because it strictly adheres to the transfer times between flights and buses and doesn't accept reservations if there isn't enough time. However, this time, the JAL flight was delayed by 45 minutes, and we had to circle for 25 minutes due to snow removal at Asahikawa Airport. The bus that was scheduled to depart at 10:05 actually left at 10:50. Terrifyingly, I heard that the company was instructed to allow departures until 11:00.
Since we were on a JAL flight, we didn't have enough transfer time, so we specifically made a reservation for an ANA flight. We ended up waiting at the airport for over an hour.
It is unreasonable for the bus company to accept a JAL flight that doesn't meet the transfer time and then wait for the arrival of a JAL flight that was delayed by 45 minutes. Please ensure that the bus departs on time. If not, please issue a refund. This is not due to bad weather or an accident; it's simply the bus company's arbitrary reasoning, which is unacceptable.

The price is higher than that of a regular bus, but the departure time at 16:50 is 45 minutes later than the regular bus, allowing us to relax at the hotel. We arrived at the airport on time and got there earlier than the regular bus that departed before us. Since there were no other passengers boarding from anywhere other than New Furano Prince, it was a direct trip to Asahikawa Airport.

In the end, I was able to arrive at the meeting place on time, but during unexpected events, hearing "There's no need to hurry" was truly appreciated. It was really convenient to be able to take a taxi right from the airport to the hotel. We stopped for a bathroom break at a place where we could buy bread and rice balls, so we enjoyed the scenery while eating in the car, and the kids stayed calm and entertained until the end. It was also nice not to have to worry about the fare since it was a fixed rate. I would like to use this service again when I go to Niseko.

Of course, there were explanations at the stop points, but I also enjoyed hearing information about delicious restaurants and stories from Nakamura-san's past, making the time spent in the car enjoyable. The "Onuma Dango" and the "soft serve ice cream" from the Danshaku Lounge that I was told about were very delicious.
Thanks to the taxi tour on the first day, I was able to grasp an overview of the city, which made sightseeing the next day much easier. I highly recommend this for those who want to efficiently explore Hakodate and Onuma.
6/13に空港スタート、宿泊ホテル終わりの4時間コースを利用しました。

到着初日にタクシーで回っていただき市街の概要がつかめたことで、翌日の観光がしやすかったです。

Although it was a weekday, there were many passengers from Niseko, and even couples and groups were using one seat each, making it feel full in a way.
I had a hard time finding a place to sit because people were reluctant to share seats with luggage on them.
I would like the staff to instruct couples and groups to share seats based on the number of passengers.

I used the bus from New Chitose Airport to Furano. Considering it's 5,000 yen one way per person and 10,000 yen for a round trip, it's a significant expense, but it was really convenient to go directly to the hotel by bus. Even if I transfer between trains and buses, it would cost about the same, so I think I'll use the bus again next time. There aren't many buses available in a day, so I wish there were a few more options!

Since we visited on December 31, many places were closed, but the driver who planned various itineraries for us was very kind. Despite the unfortunate rain, he provided umbrellas and was considerate when helping us get in and out of the car. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to enjoy our sightseeing comfortably despite the bad weather. We also took many family photos together.
I didn't have the confidence to rent a car and drive on snowy roads, and there were time constraints with public transportation, so having this kind of taxi tour was truly appreciated.
観光した日が12/31という事もあり、閉館している所が多い中、色々と行程を考えてくださったドライバーさんはとても良い方でした。生憎の雨でしたが、傘も用意してくださり、車の乗り降りにも気を遣って下さり、悪天候にもかかわらず、快適に観光する事が出来ました。家族全員での写真も沢山撮っていただきました。
雪道をレンタカーを借りて観光する自信もなく、公共交通機関で周るには時間にも限界があったので、このようなタクシーツアーがあるのは、本当に有り難かったです。
