I was worried about the weather and made a reservation the day before, but it was fully booked and I couldn't get a reservation for my desired time, so I recommend making a reservation as early as possible. It was a cloudy day, but the blue was very beautiful. The captain encouraged us to switch seats in turns, which allowed us to take great photos. It was a wonderful experience!

天候が心配で、前日に予約しましたが満席で希望時間の予約が取れなかったので、なるべく早い予約がおすすめです。
曇り空の日でしたがとてもキレイなブルーでした。船長さんが、交代での席交換を促してくれたので良い写真を撮ることができました。とても良い経験になりました！

The guide helped us find many animals. We saw deer, of course, and we also spotted a pair of red-crowned cranes twice, as well as a white-tailed eagle, which is usually very hard to find. The children had an excellent experience, and we are very grateful. Thanks to the guide's kind assistance, we had a comfortable canoeing experience. Thank you!

ガイドの方がたくさん動物を見つけてくれました。鹿はもちろんのこと、丹頂の親子連れともう一回は夫婦の2回、あと普通は絶対見つけられないようなオジロワシも見ることができました。子供たちは非常に良い体験ができ、感謝しております。ガイドの方の親切な対応で快適なカヌー体験ができました。ありがとうございます。

I was nervous about canoeing for the first time, but since the instructor chose a guided course, I was able to take videos and photos along the way. I wanted to paddle, but when I got too focused on paddling, I didn't have any time to look around or take pictures. So, I strongly recommend having the instructor with you for the first time! You can see kingfishers along the way, which is quite rare. The sound of the paddle slicing through the water is also very soothing. Definitely enjoy the full course with the instructor!

初めてのカヌーでドキドキでしたが、先生が同乗コースを選んだので、途中動画や写真を撮ることが出来ました。
カヌーをこぎたい気持ちはありましたが、こぐことに夢中になったり必死になると、ゆっくり周りをみたり写真をとる余裕が全くないです。
なので1回目は先生同乗をつよくお勧めします！！

The guide's stories were interesting, and I had a lot of fun exploring. I also got to see a mother deer and her fawn, which was very cute. I definitely want to come back again.

When I went to Lake Shikotsu before, I watched people kayaking from a bridge and thought, "I definitely want to do that next time!" This time, I fulfilled that wish.

Riding on the kayak while feeling the wind on the emerald green lake was an amazing experience. I'm glad I participated; it became a wonderful memory. If I could wish for anything, it would have been even better if I could have gone on a longer course.

前に支笏湖に行った時に橋の上からカヤックをする人達を眺めて是非次回はやるぞーと思っていたカヤック！今回念願果たしました。
とにかくエメラルドグリーンに染まった湖をカヤックに乗りながら風を感じられて最高の気分でした。参加して良い思い出になりました。
欲を言えばもう少し長いコースを行けたらもっと良かったかな？

It was a tour where I could fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Shikotsu. The staff were kind and taught us various interesting things about Lake Shikotsu. I would love to participate again.

支笏湖の美しさを満喫できるツアーでした。スタッフさんも親切で、支笏湖のことについて、いろいろ楽しく教えてくれました。また参加したいです。

The forecast definitely predicted rain. While moving from Lake Toya to Lake Shikotsu, the weather was a mix of rain and clear skies.

I arrived a little before the meeting time, so I took a stroll near the lake, but due to strong winds, activities like sightseeing boats and other lake leisure were canceled. I wondered if we could do clear SUP in that situation.

We ended up experiencing the Chitose River section, and although it was windy and looked cold, they lent us wetsuits and guided us enjoyably even in the cloudy weather, allowing us to fully enjoy the Chitose River. Finally, we crossed the red iron bridge and dipped a little into Lake Shikotsu.

The waves were high, so it was just a brief experience, but we couldn't fight the weather, and safety comes first, so it couldn't be helped. Just before we finished, the rain that had been holding back finally poured down heavily. We ended by jumping into the Chitose River and walked back to the shop while enjoying a rain shower. Experiencing Lake Shikotsu in the rain was also a great experience.

I would love to come back when the weather is beautifully clear.

予報では確実に雨。洞爺湖から支笏湖への移動中も降ったり止んだりの天気でした。
集合時間より少し前に到着したので、湖の近くまで散策すると、強い風のため遊覧船、ボートなどの湖面レジャーは中止に、、、
クリアSUPやれるのか？という状況でした。
千歳川部分での体験となりましたが、風が強く寒そうなのでウエットスーツを貸してもらったり曇りのなかでも楽しく案内していただき、千歳川を満喫。最後に赤鉄橋を越えて、ちょっとだけ支笏湖に入りました。
波が高かったので、ちょっとだけ体験でしたが、天気には逆らえず、安全第一なのでしゃぁない。
終了間際に、今まで我慢していた雨がこらえきれずにどしゃ降りに。最後に千歳川にドボンして、雨シャワーを浴びながらショップまで歩きました。雨の支笏湖もいい体験。
また、きれいに晴れているときに来たいです。

The Blue Cave is certainly beautiful, but just cruising on the beautiful sea lifts your travel spirit. Hokkaido is full of nature.

The captain is from Russia and provides guidance in fluent Japanese. Is that a beautiful daughter at the reception? The clarity of the sea is great, and you can see all the way to the bottom.

Not only did they share stories about the stars, but they also told us about the red foxes and various other tales. On the way back, they kindly illuminated our path with their car, showing their kindness throughout the experience.

星だけでなく、キタキツネや、色々なお話も聞かせてくださいました。
帰りは車で進路を照らしてくださるなど、終始親切にしていただきました。

I thought we would be on a cruise with someone rowing for us, but it turned out to be a couple's cruise where we had to coordinate our efforts. It was challenging until we got in sync, but our guide, who was from Nepal, was fluent in Japanese and led us efficiently and enjoyably, making for a fun time. The occasional encounters with dangerous narrow spots added a thrilling element to the experience.

誰かに漕いでもらっての遊覧と思いきや、まさかの夫婦で息を合わせてのクルーズ。息が合うまで大変でしたが、ネパールの方でしたが日本語が堪能で、テキパキ楽しく導いてくださり、楽しい時間でした。時々遭遇する危険な狭い場所もスリルがあり楽しい体験させていただきました。

I had a one-on-one tour with a guide who knows the nature of Shiretoko inside and out, so I was able to spend a truly luxurious time. The guide shared various knowledge tailored to my interests and concerns, which was very educational. Since it was an all-day tour, I also enjoyed the leisurely experience of immersing myself in nature.

For lunch, we were supposed to eat individually, but the guide recommended a local restaurant, which felt like a great deal. By the end of the day, it felt like the six hours had flown by. I think I was so absorbed in exploring the Shiretoko forest that time just slipped away.

知床の自然を知り尽くしているガイドさんとマンツーマンツアーだったので、とても贅沢な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
私の興味や関心に沿って様々な知識を教えていただき、とても勉強になりました。終日ツアーということもあって、のんびりと自然を味わえたのもよかったです。
お昼ごはんは、各自で食べることになっていましたが、こちらも地元料理のおススメのお店を紹介していただいて、お得感がありました。
終日のツアーが終わった時にも、６時間があっという間に終わってしまったような感覚でした。それくらい自然散策に没頭して知床の森を楽しんでいたんだと思います。

The captain was very entertaining and introduced us to various points of interest! The service was also attentive, and I had a great time!

Although it was drizzling on and off, the clarity of the water remained unchanged, making for a very beautiful kayaking experience. Our family participated with our pet, and the guide assisted us with putting the life jacket on our dog and was attentive throughout the experience. However, due to the bad weather, we couldn't have the experience on Lake Shikotsu for safety reasons, but we still had plenty of fun on the Chitose River flowing out from Lake Shikotsu.

小雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが、水のクリア度に変わりがなくとてもキレイなカヤック体験となりました。
我が家はペット同伴での参加でしたが、ワンコのライフジャケット装着からガイドさんがアシストしてくださり、体験中も終始気にかけてくださりました。
ただ、悪天候でしたので支笏湖での体験は安全上の理由から出来ませんでしたが、支笏湖から流れ出す千歳川での体験でも充分楽しめました。

The waiting area has benches and chairs where you can sit and wait until boarding. The interior goods there have a great sense of style, reflecting the captain's attention to detail. It seems the captain is quite skilled; I heard from the canal cruise staff that this is the first sightseeing boat in Otaru, which was moored in the North Canal. It used to be a café and souvenir shop but went out of business due to a lack of successors. It seems the captain purchased it.

The cruise itself was impressive, providing explanations about various spots until we reached the Blue Cave, ensuring that we were never bored. The Blue Cave was, of course, beautiful.

乗場にはベンチ、チェアなど乗船まで座って待てます。そこにあるインテリアグッズにセンスがあり船長のこだわりが伺えます。船長はやり手のようで、北運河に係留されている小樽最初の観光船、数年前までカフェとお土産ショップだったそうですが後継者なく廃業されたようですが、これを購入されたような話を運河クルーズの方から伺いました。
クルーズ自体も青の洞窟に向かうまでのスポットの解説もあり、退屈させないのがお見事です。
青の洞窟は言うまでもなく綺麗でした。

I had a great time with the captain's fun stories and playful driving techniques. This was the most exciting tour I've ever experienced, and I was truly moved. I was worried about the rain, but it was reassuring to have a roof over us. When we actually got on, it didn't rain at all, and we were blessed with sunny weather.

船長さんの楽しい話と、遊び心満載のドライブテクニックで非常に楽しめました。こんなにワクワクしたツアーは初めてだったので感動しました。雨が心配でしたが屋根付きだったので安心。実際に乗る時には全く雨は降らず晴れて天気にも恵まれました。

For my first visit to Shiretoko, I decided to go trekking at Shiretoko Five Lakes after reading reviews. We took our time exploring the 3-kilometer course over three hours. We only spotted deer from a distance and didn't see any brown bears, but our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and had interesting stories to share, making it a great experience for both the children and adults in our group. The guide was very well-informed about the ecology of brown bears, claw marks left on trees, insects, mushrooms, and the various creatures and plants found at Shiretoko Five Lakes, and they answered every question we had right away. I was amazed by the depth of their knowledge. The family we were grouped with was also very friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

初めての知床観光、知床五湖のトレッキングをやりたい！と口コミを見て決めました。
3キロのコースを、3時間かけてゆっくり散策します。鹿は遠目のみ、ヒグマも観察できませんでしたが、ガイドさんがとても知識が豊富でお話が面白く、小中学生の子供たちにも、大人にもとても良い体験が出来ました。ヒグマの生態や、木に残る爪痕、昆虫達、キノコなど知床五湖で見られる生き物や植物にとても詳しく、何を聞いても即座に答えてくださいます。その知識の深さに驚きました。一緒のグループになったご家族もとてもフレンドリーで、和気あいあいと楽しめたのもよかったです。

On the day of the tour, I participated with a bit of disappointment due to the rain, but the detailed explanations from our guide, Ayano, were wonderful and made it very enjoyable. The rain stopped partway through, and the weather improved, so the scenery was fantastic, and I was very satisfied. I heard there will be a winter tour as well, so I would like to join that next time. Thank you very much.

当日は、雨で少し残念な気持ちでツアーに参加しましたがガイドの綾野さんの詳しい説明が素晴らしくてとても楽しかったです。
途中から雨も上がり、お天気も回復して来たので景色も素晴らしく大満足です。
冬のツアーもあるとの事なので、次は冬に参加したいです。

I was able to take a private lecture and walk around, but there were many things I learned that I wouldn't have understood without the guide's explanations. It was a very educational half-day about bear ecology, the forest, and the mountains.

個人でレクチャーを受けて歩くことも出来ましたが、ガイドさんに説明を受けないと分からないことがたくさん知ることが出来ました。
クマの生態や森のこと山のこと、すごく勉強になった半日でした。

On August 10, 2022, I participated in the 12:00 tour from Lake Tōro to Hosoo. "Healing Canoe Kushiro" is operated by a single guide, Mr. Ichinohe, so it's a tour with just one canoe. Experiencing the quiet flow through the serene wetlands was a first in my life. I believe this will be an unforgettable experience for a long time to come. The wildlife I was able to see from the Canadian canoe included the Japanese crane, Ezo deer, red fox, white-tailed eagle, heron, and ducks. All the stars of the Kushiro Wetlands were gathered. In group tours with multiple canoes, even if the lead canoe spots wildlife, by the time the last canoe arrives, the animals may have already fled. In that respect, "Healing Canoe Kushiro" allows for quiet observation since we go out with just one canoe. As we drift through the wetlands, it feels like both my mind and body are being refreshed.

2022年08月10日、塘路湖～細岡コース12：00発に参加しました。「ヒーリングカヌー釧路」はガイドの一戸（いちのへ）さんひとりで運営しているので１艇だけでのツーリングです。静かな湿原の中を、静かに静かに流れて行く経験はこれまでの人生で初。この先もずーっと忘れられない経験になると思います。カナディアンカヌーから見ることのできた野生動物はタンチョウヅル、エゾシカ、キタキツネ、オジロワシ、アオサギ、カモ。釧路湿原のスターが勢ぞろいでした。何艇かのグループツーリングだと、先頭のカヌーが野生動物を発見しても、最後尾ではすでに逃げた後...なんてこともあるそうです。その点「ヒーリングカヌー釧路」は１艇で出かけるので静かに観察することができます。湿原を流れて行くとアタマとカラダがきれいになるような気分になりますよ。

On the last afternoon in Sapporo, I signed up for a full course with transportation included. The weather was occasionally drizzly. They provided simple raincoats at the tour location. The full course goes through narrow areas, so there may be times when it doesn't go smoothly, but I think as long as you paddle calmly, there's no need to worry. I was satisfied to see water plants, delicate flowers, and even a kingfisher. I was also able to take photos with my smartphone. However, it was a bit concerning that there was one guide for five boats, possibly due to the holiday crowd or maybe it's always like that. The guide was experienced, but he often had to remind us about paddling techniques and course precautions.

札幌最終日の午後、送迎付きのフルコースを申込みました。天候は時々小雨。ツアー先で簡易カッパも用意してくれました。フルコースは狭い所も通るのでスムーズにいかない時もありますが、落ち着いて漕げば先ず心配ないかと思います。水草や可憐な花、カワセミも見ることができ満足です。写真もスマホで撮ってもらえました。ただお盆で混んでいたのか、通常もそうなのか5隻にガイド1人で少々不安でした。ガイドさんは慣れていましたが、漕ぎ方やコースの注意等に声をかけることが多かったです。

The captain was very unique. Not only did he provide a detailed introduction to the main Blue Cave, but he also shared information about the spots along the way, making the journey to the Blue Cave very enjoyable. It became a wonderful memory of my trip to Hokkaido. Thank you very much.

There were several boat cruises at the Blue Cave, but I was glad I booked this one. The captain was a foreigner who, while speaking in a polite yet amusingly broken Japanese, explained a lot while steering the boat and guided us to various famous spots. He was very considerate towards those who got seasick, offering them bags and checking in on them. Inside the cave, he skillfully showcased the beautiful emerald blue moments for everyone to enjoy. I was extremely satisfied!

青の洞窟のボートクルージングはいくつかありましたが、ここを予約して正解でした。船長は外国の方ですが、丁寧なんだけどカタコト風なおもしろい日本語で一生懸命たくさん説明しながら操船して数々の名所を案内してくれて、船酔いしてしまった方にも凄い気を使って声かけや袋をくれたり、洞窟内では皆んなが綺麗なエメラルドブルーの瞬間を見れるように巧みなテクニックで見せてくれたり、大満足！！

I participated with my son, who is in his first year of junior high school, and my husband. Highly recommended! This tour is a must if you want to experience Shiretoko, as it takes you to places you can't visit on your own!

In the morning, we toured five lakes, and in the afternoon, we went trekking in the primeval forest, which was packed with activities. Initially, I was worried about my child's stamina, but since he loves biology, I really wanted him to join the trekking in the untouched primeval forest. I managed to convince my family to book the tour, and finally, the day arrived.

Our guide had over 15 years of experience, as mentioned in the tour details. In the morning, he engaged the children from two other families with lots of quizzes while we enjoyed trekking. It was a popular tourist spot, so there were many visitors, but everyone walked quietly, allowing us to listen to the sounds of birds, cicadas, and the wind, making the trekking experience very pleasant in nature.

In the afternoon, during the primeval forest trekking, we learned about deer and bear parenting and how trees grow in the forest. We even encountered a three-generation family of deer! It’s rare to see deer nowadays, so we felt lucky to have this encounter! Additionally, we were able to view the male waterfall from the cliffs, which can only be seen from a sightseeing boat, and we passed through areas where deer survive the winter, experiencing the grandeur of Shiretoko's nature.

This kind of experience is something you shouldn't miss at least once in your lifetime! Be sure to enjoy a full day tour of Shiretoko!

中学一年生の息子、主人と参加しました。
超お奨め！個人では行けないところにいけるので、知床を知るならぜったいお奨めツアーです！
午前中は5湖巡り、午後は原生林のトレッキングと超もりだくさん。
予約当初は子供の体力が心配だったものの、生物好きの子供には手付かずの原生林のトレッキングはぜひ参加させたかったので、ツアー予約を家族に納得してもらい、いよいよ当日。
ガイドさんはツアー詳細の通り15年以上の経験豊富なガイドさんで、午前中はほか2家族の子供達にたくさんのクイズを出し楽しみながらトレッキング、さすがに観光スポットだけあってたくさんの方が訪れていましたが、皆さん静かに歩いていたので鳥やセミに鳴き声や風の音を聴きながらのトレッキングだったので自然の心地良さを味合いました。
午後は原生林のトレッキングでシカや熊の子育てや原生林の木の生え方など丁寧に教えていただきました。
原生林では、なんとシカの3世代家族に遭遇！
今は滅多にシカに遭遇することがないこととにことでしたが、3世代家族に遭遇してラッキー！
また、遊覧船でしか観れない男滝を断崖から臨めたり、シカが冬を越す生活の場も通ったり、と知床の壮大な自然を体験することができました。

こんな体験、一生に一度はしないと損！
ぜふ丸一日のツアーで知床を満喫してくださいね。

The captain's explanation was very interesting. The wind felt nice, the scenery was amazing, and the caves were beautifully blue. At first, I was sitting inside, but I was able to take turns going out on the deck, which felt really good.

最初は中で座ってましたが、交替でデッキに出たりできてとても気持ち良かったです。

I had a great opportunity to learn about the ecology of plants and animals from the guide, who provided detailed and enjoyable explanations that helped us notice things we wouldn't have on our own. Additionally, the breathtaking views in places that we could only access with the guide were truly remarkable. We also got some wonderful photos at the photo spots, and I am really satisfied with the experience. I would love to participate again in a different season.

ガイドさんから丁寧に植物や動物の生態などの解説を楽しく聞けたことで、自分達では気づかないことを知る機会となり良かったです。また、ガイドさんなしでは入れない場所はやはり絶景でした。写真スポットでは素敵な写真も撮っていただき、本当に満足しています。
シーズンを変えて再度参加したいと思いました。

At first, I thought I could eat what I caught, so I was a bit disappointed to learn that wasn't the case. However, when I actually started fishing, I found that many of the fish were not really the right size to eat, but I had a great time catching a lot of them and immersing myself in nature. Additionally, the staff were kind and provided support for everything related to fishing, so even as a beginner, I was able to enjoy it without any stress.

最初は、釣ったら食べられるかなと思っていたので、そうでないと知り少し残念に思いました。
ですが、実際に釣ってみると、サイズ的に食べる感じではないものが多かったですが、沢山釣れたこと、大自然の中にどんどん入っていけたことがとても楽しかったです。
また、スタッフさんが優しく、釣りに関して全てサポートしてくれるので、釣り初心者でもストレスなく楽しめました。

My friend and I participated together. It was my first time canoeing, but the guide kindly taught us how to paddle at the beginning, so I felt at ease. During the tour, the guide also managed the overall pace and directed the course, allowing us to participate until the end without overexerting ourselves. We had a really enjoyable time. Cruising with a group of four was an amazing experience. I was looking forward to the Blue Cave, but I was also moved by the scenery along the way. The sights created by nature can only be seen from a boat. I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!" Riding the waves and feeling the pleasant breeze while turning around made the cruising itself enjoyable. The captain was considerate and made sure we could switch places in a safe area to enjoy the views. Even though we just say "blue," I was able to experience completely different shades of "blue" depending on the light and angle.

　４グループでのクルージング。青の洞窟はもちろん楽しみにしていたが、そこへ行くまでの景色に感動。船でなければ見れない自然が作り出した光景。主まず「すごーい」と声が出てしまう。波に乗のり、旋回してもらいながら風の心地よさも感じることができ、クルージングそのものも楽しませてもらった。場所は、安全なところで入れ替わり、景色を楽しむことができるよう、船長に配慮してもらった。「青」とい一言で言っても、光によって角度によって全く違う「あお」が体感できた。

The people are great! The experience itself was incredibly fun! We were blessed with miraculous weather and had a wonderful time! Since it's summer, the water felt amazing!! This is the best memory from the trip!
