On the day of the visit, we were blessed with good weather, and the Shiretoko mountain range was clearly visible up to the peaks reflected in the Shiretoko Five Lakes. It was quiet except for the occasional chirping of birds, and we enjoyed a leisurely stroll. Mr. Umebayashi's explanations were easy to understand, and although it was a relaxed three-hour course, it was fulfilling enough that I wanted to explore more thoroughly. On the way back, we were also able to see the sunset at Cape Puyuni, which left me very satisfied. Thank you very much.

当日はお天気に恵まれて、知床五湖に映る知床連山も山頂までくっきりとしていました。たまに聞こえる鳥の囀りの他は静かで、ゆっくりと散策を楽しみました。梅林さんの解説がわかりやすく、ゆったりと3時間のコースでしたが、もっとじっくり周りたいと思える充実した内容でした。帰りにはプユニ岬の夕陽も見れて、大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

The meeting place is easy to find if you enter from National Route 36 and head towards Log House Hibi. If you go a little further along the road by the river across from it, you'll find a spot with boats.

After a brief explanation, since it was my first time, I had the guide accompany me to start. It seems that two people can go together, but in the end, it was a good decision to have the guide with us.

In the first half, we progressed along a wide river. The banks were lush with reeds, and the river surface was beautifully adorned with blooming yellow flowers of the water lily. The sky was high, and I felt a great sense of openness.

In the second half, the river narrowed significantly, and trees leaned in from both banks, creating a green tunnel as we moved along. It felt like we might collide with the shore if the guide hadn't been with us. We saw a heron flying and followed a kingfisher as we continued. It was very quiet, with only the sounds of birds. Since there were three of us paddling, we reached the endpoint in less than two hours. From there, we took a car through the forest back to the meeting place. The bumpy road added some thrill.

The guide was from Nepal, and it was enjoyable to hear not only about the river but also stories about Nepal. There were some troubles with the reservation, and the staff at Veltra worked hard to resolve them, but thanks to them, we were able to finish the tour in good spirits.

The parking lot at the meeting place only has a simple toilet, so it's better to take care of that beforehand, and be cautious of sunburn as there is no shade for the first 30 minutes.

集合場所は国道３６号線から入ってログハウスひびを目当てにするとわかりやすいです。向かいの川沿いの道を少し進むとボート付き場があります。
簡単な説明を受け、初めてなのでガイドさんに同乗してもらいスタート。二人でもよいそうですが、結果的には一緒に乗ってもらい正解でした。
前半は広々した川を進みます。両岸に葦が茂り、川面には満開のコウホネの黄色い花がきれいでした。空が高く、解放感いっぱいでした。
後半は川幅がぐっと狭くなり、両岸からは木々がせり出し、緑のトンネルの中を進んでいきました。ガイドさんが同乗していなかったら岸に衝突しそうな感じでした。アオサギが飛び、カワセミに先導されるように進んでいきました。とても静かで聞こえてくるのは鳥の声くらい。３人で漕いだので、２時間かからずに終点に到着しました。そこから迎えの車で森の中を走り、集合場所に帰ってきました。でこぼこ道でスリルがありましたよ。
ガイドさんはネパールの方で、川の説明のほかにもネパールの話も聞けて楽しかったです。
予約のトラブルでベルトラさんにはご苦労いただきましたが、おかげ様で気分良くツアーを終えることができました。
集合場所の駐車場には簡易トイレしかないので、トイレは事前に済ませておいたほうがよいのと、前半３０分は日陰がないので日焼けに注意が必要です。

I was deeply moved by the beauty of nature after being cooped up at home for so long during the self-restraint period. The guide's detailed explanations about the plants and animals enhanced my experience even more.

ずっと自粛生活で家に籠っていたので、自然の美しさに感動しました。ガイドさんが決め細やかに植物、動物について解説してくれたため、感動が倍増しました。

The weather wasn't great, and we ended up exploring in heavy rain for part of the trip. The visibility was poor, and we couldn't see the mountains behind the lake at all. However, the guide's stories were all fascinating and helped lift my spirits. The explanations about the birds we occasionally heard and the animals that we would have missed if we were walking on our own were also very good. I would like to join this tour again someday, hopefully on a sunny day.

お天気が良くなくて、途中まで大粒の雨の中の散策となりました。景色も見通し悪く、湖の後ろにある山は全く見えず。でも、ガイドさんのお話はどれも興味深く残念な気持ちを吹き飛ばしてくれました。ときおり聞こえる鳥の声の説明や、自分達だけで歩いていたら見過ごしていただろう動物たちがここで生きている証の説明もとても良かったです。またいつか今度は晴れた日にこのツアーに参加したいと思います。

I participated on July 18, 2020. The weather was clear and the waves were calm, making it a perfect day for kayaking. The water was so clear that I could see all the way to the seabed, and I was able to observe many sea urchins and schools of fish clinging to the rocks from underneath the kayak. Furthermore, inside a pitch-black cave that could only be accessed by kayak, I had a truly mysterious experience where only the seawater touched by the paddle glowed a bluish-white. The guide was also very attentive, allowing us to enjoy the experience without any worries, and I was able to receive photos of myself kayaking after the experience.

令和２年の７月１８日に参加しました。天気は快晴で波も穏やか、絶好のカヤック日和でした。海の透明度は海底までくっきり確認できるほど高く、岩場に張り付く沢山のウニや魚の群れの姿を船底から観察することができました。さらに、このカヤックでしか進入できない真っ暗な洞窟のなかでは、オールに触れた海水のみが青白く輝く、とっても不思議な体験をしました。ガイドの方も丁寧で、不安なく楽しむことができ、またカヤックを漕ぐ姿を写真撮影して体験後に頂くことができました。

I participated in the Blue Cave for the first time with a friend from Hokkaido! My friend from Hokkaido had never been to the Blue Cave either, and it seems to be a relatively new attraction.

The canoe we used wasn't a regular canoe; it had a transparent bottom, allowing us to see the many sea urchins below! There were really a lot of them, and I was surprised.

Since the day we went was during high tide, the water level was just high enough to enter the cave. Inside the cave, it was pitch dark, and we cautiously made our way in. The reason it's called the Blue Cave is that when you turn around at the entrance, you can see the beautiful blue surface of the water.

When you tap the water surface, the spot you hit glows a brilliant emerald green, which was absolutely stunning! We also saw many divers in front of the cave. The deeper parts of the cave can be accessed by diving, and I've heard it's very beautiful there as well, so I would like to try diving next time.

It seems that canoeing offers more freedom and allows for various activities, so if you're visiting the cave for the first time, I recommend canoeing as it's relaxing and enjoyable! I'm also curious about visiting the cave when the water level is low, so I would like to participate again.

初めて青の洞窟に北海道出身の友達と参加しました！北海道出身の友達も青の洞窟は行ったことがなく、わりと最近出来た名所らしいです。
カヌーは普通のカヌーではなく底が透明のカヌーで下にいる沢山のウニが見られました！
本当に沢山いてびっくりしました。
行った日が満潮だったため洞窟に入れるギリギリの高さでした。
洞窟の中は真っ暗で探り探り入っていき、青の洞窟と言われる由縁は出る時に洞窟の入り口側へUターンをした時に青い綺麗な水面が見られます。
水面を叩くと叩いた箇所が光るようにエメラルドグリーンに輝きとても綺麗でした！！
洞窟前ではたくさんのダイビングの人達もみかけました。
洞窟の深いところはダイビングで行け、そこもとても綺麗らしいので次はダイビングもしたいなと思いました。
自由度はカヌーの方が高いらしく色々いけるらしいので、洞窟に初めていくのでしたらカヌーはゆっくりできて楽しめますのでおすすめです！
また水位が低い時の洞窟もきになりますので、参加したいと思います。

The captain was full of puns and consideration, and it was lively and fun. The covered boat provides peace of mind even in the rain. Even when the weather is good, there can be quite a bit of rocking, so make sure to get plenty of sleep the night before. If you're prone to motion sickness, take some medication and consider acupressure (around the wrist) for when you feel nauseous! Even in summer, it can feel chilly at times, so having a towel or scarf would be a good idea.

船長さんはダジャレあり気配りあり、元気で楽しかったです。屋根つきのボートで雨でも安心。
天気が良くても揺れがかなり激しい時もあるので、前日は睡眠をしっかり、酔い易い方は酔い止めの薬、酔った時に効くツボ押し(手首の辺り)など対策を！夏でも寒く感じる時もあるので、タオルマフラーなどあると良いと思います。

I experienced sea kayaking in mid-July. The weather was perfect, and I was able to see the calm Shakotan Blue with no wind or waves. I entered the sea in a transparent sea kayak, and when I looked at the seabed, I was surprised to see sea urchins living among the rocks! Shakotan's sea urchins are famous, but I didn't expect to see so many of them. It's all thanks to the high transparency of Shakotan's waters.

The Blue Cave involves moving through a completely dark cave. Once my eyes adjusted, I tapped the surface with my paddle, and it turned a beautiful blue! The emerald blue surface glowing in the darkness was magical.

Our guide shared information about the characteristics of Shakotan's sea, recommended delicious sea urchin rice bowl restaurants, and pointed out sightseeing spots for later, allowing us to fully enjoy Shakotan.

It was great that we could also share photos taken during the sea kayaking, so we could keep those memories.

I had a very valuable experience and enjoyed it so much that I want to try snorkeling next time. Thank you!

7月中旬にシーカヤックを体験しました。
お天気に恵まれて、風と波がなく穏やかな積丹ブルーを見ることができました。
スケルトンのシーカヤックで海に入り、海底を見るとウニがゴロゴロと岩場に生息していて驚き！
積丹のウニは有名ですが、まさかこんなにたくさんのウニが見られるとは思っていませんでした。
透明度が高い積丹の海だからこそですね。

青の洞窟は、真っ暗の洞窟の中を進みます。
目が慣れた頃に、パドルで水面を叩くとキレイな青色に！真っ暗闇の中でエメラルドブルーに光る水面は幻想的でした。

ガイドさんからは積丹の海の特徴、美味しいウニ丼のお店、この後の観光スポットを教えて頂き、積丹を大満喫できました。

シーカヤック中の写真も共有してもらえたので、思い出も残すことができるのはいいですね。

とても貴重な体験ができて楽しかったので、次回はシュノーケリングもやってみたいです。

Amidst the various tours being suspended due to COVID-19, I was drawn to this beautiful photo of a mysterious world tour that I found. There were several tours to the Blue Cave, but I was right to choose this one, as many people have shared wonderful experiences about it.

We participated in a private tour with my two children, and we excitedly boarded the boat. The captain provided attentive and kind service, and we enjoyed a fun time filled with jokes as we made our way to the Blue Cave. My children had a great time standing at the back of the deck during the cruise.

The waves were such that the captain mentioned he was considering canceling the tour, but we hardly noticed them and had a great time. Unusually for this time of year, there were no other boats waiting, so we were truly lucky to take our time and fully enjoy the beauty of the Blue Cave.

Unfortunately, my daughter got seasick at this point, and the captain was very considerate, hurrying us back. However, he continued to offer us water and encouraged us to take our time until she felt better. We had a wonderful time. During that time, the captain also shared his dreams for the future, which deeply moved me.

I am truly grateful for the wonderful memories and time we spent. Thank you very much.

コロナでいろいろなツアーが運行停止中の中、
こちらで見つけた美しい写真に惹かれた神秘の世界のツアーでした。
いくつか青の洞窟へのツアーはありましたが、たくさんの方が素敵な体験談を投稿されているこちらのツアーを選んで正解でした。
子ども達２人と一緒に参加した3人で貸し切りツアーになり　ワクワクしながら船に乗り込み船長さんの丁寧で優しい対応とジョーク混じりのガイドの楽しい時間を過ごしながら目的の青の洞窟に到着しました。
子ども達は後ろのデッキに立ちながらこのクルーズをとても楽しんでいました。
船長さんが今日は中止にしようか迷ったと話されるほどの波のようでしたが、ほとんど気にならず楽しめました。
今回は　この時期には珍しく他に待機している船がいないとの事で　ゆっくりと時間をとって青の洞窟の美しさを堪能出来て本当にラッキーでした。
あいにく娘がこの時点で船酔いになり、船長さんが気にして下さり残りは大急ぎで帰ってきましたが　船を降りてからもお水をくださったり気分が良くなるまで好きなだけゆっくりして行ってください。と素晴らしい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
その間　船長さんのこれからの夢なども語って下さり、澄んだ心に改めて感動しました。
本当に素敵な思い出と時間を過ごさせていただき感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

Although it was an experience affected by the weather, I can't say I was satisfied since we couldn't go out on the lake and the experience ended in just 30 minutes.

天候に左右される体験とは言え、湖に出れなかった上、30分で体験終了したので、満足とはとても言えませんでした。

The weather was perfect, and the sea in Shakotan was truly clear, allowing us to see all the way to the bottom. When viewed from a clear kayak, we could see sea urchins scattered on the seabed, and it felt like we could reach down and grab them. The color of the sea was an indescribable blue (Shakotan Blue), and gliding smoothly over it in the kayak was the best feeling, melting away all the stress of daily life. Additionally, entering a cave formed by the cliffs, the dark cave was illuminated by light coming from the entrance, making the sea shine a beautiful blue! It was truly the "Blue Cave." We also had the incredible experience of being taken to places that could only be accessed by kayak, such as observing seabirds on the steep cliffs by the sea.

お天気にも恵まれ、積丹の海はホントに透明度が高く底までくっきりと見えます。クリアカヤックで見ると底にはウニがゴロゴロしていて、手を伸ばせば取れそうな感じ。海の色もなんとも言えない青い色（積丹ブルー）をしていて、その上をカヤックでスーッと滑るように移動していくのは、最高の気分で、日頃のストレスがすべて溶けてなくなりました。また、崖にできた洞窟の中に入って行くと、真っ暗な洞窟の中は入り口から差し込む光で、海が青く輝いていてホントにキレイ！まさに「青の洞窟」です。他にも、海から切り立った崖にある海鳥を見物したりとカヤックで無ければいけない場所に連れていってもらい最高に素敵な体験が出来ました。

The instructor was very kind and it was incredibly fun, making it easy for beginners and anyone to enjoy! The sea was really beautiful, and the caves were breathtaking!

This experience became such a wonderful memory that only those who have experienced it can truly understand, so I definitely want everyone to try it!

I heard that bringing a phone can be risky because it might fall into the sea, so I think it's a good idea to prepare a waterproof case that you can hang around your neck to take photos freely! I used a GoPro during the experience and was able to take many amazing pictures!

初心者でも誰でも簡単に楽しめるように、インストラクターさんがとっても優しくてすごい楽しかったです！とにかく海がすごい綺麗で洞窟も感動もんでした！

この感動は体験した人にしかわからないくらいすごいいい思い出になったので、ぜひみなさんにも体験して欲しいです！

携帯を持っての体験は海に落とす危険があるそうなので、首からさげれる防水ケースなどを用意すると自由に写真が撮れていいと思います！
私はGoProを持って体験しましたが、すごい素敵な写真が沢山撮れました！

On July 1, after the request for self-restraint was lifted, my family of four participated in kayaking. It was everyone's first experience, and since my mother, who is over 60, was with us, we had some concerns. However, after calling in advance and receiving detailed explanations, we applied without hesitation.

On the morning of the event, we first received a lecture on how to hold the oars, paddle, turn, and safety precautions on land, and then we set off for the cave exploration at sea level 0m! The sea around the Shakotan Peninsula was more beautiful than I had imagined, shining in a mystical blue. It was so clear that you could see to the bottom, and the sea urchins scattered around seemed within reach. As we progressed deeper into the cave, it became pitch dark, but gradually our eyes adjusted. When we splashed the surface with the oars, the water sparkled brightly, allowing us to see the stunning Shakotan blue even more beautifully.

Thank you to our instructor, Mr. Aizawa, and the two staff members who were very friendly and took care of us from start to finish. It was a fun experience. I heard that there will be filming for EXILE on the 7th. I'm looking forward to watching the broadcast.

外出自粛後の７月1日家族4人でカヤックに参加しました。
全員初めての経験で、60歳越えの母も一緒だったので不安もあり事前に電話でお聞きしますと、詳しく説明頂き迷いもなく申し込みました。
当日の朝、最初は陸でオールの持ち方.こぎ方.回転の仕方.注意点等レクチャーを受けて、いざ海抜0mの洞窟探検に出発へ❗
積丹半島の海は、想像以上に神秘的なブルーに輝く美しさでした。海の底まで透き通り、あちこちに点在する雲丹が手を伸ばせばつかめるようでした。洞窟の奥へと進んで行くと真っ暗やみになりますが、徐々に目が慣れてきてオールで水面を叩くと不思議にぱぁーっと水面が明るく輝き一段と美しい積丹ブルーを見る事が出来ました。
インストラクターの相澤様、はじめ２名のスタッフの方は、とても気さくで最初から最期までお世話になり有り難うございました。楽しい体験でした。
7日には、EXILEの撮影もあるとお聞きしてます。放映を見るのが楽しみです。

I went rafting in June.
Since it was just the two of us, we had the whole place to ourselves and could relax.
You should wear sneakers because you have to walk down the mountain slope to get to the boat.
There are ropes, but it was slippery going down, which was a bit scary.
The weather was sunny during the rafting, and the scenery was amazing!
Since it was just the two of us, we were able to borrow waterproof suits and shoes, so our clothes stayed mostly dry.
The guide was also really funny!
I want to go again in the fall.

6月にラフティングしてきました
友人と2人で貸し切り状態だったのでゆったりできました
ボートに乗るまでに山の斜面を降りて行くので、スニーカーを履いていった方がいいです
ロープはありますけど降りるのは滑るので怖かったです
ラフティング中は晴れてて景色も最高！
2人だったからか防水スーツとくつも貸してもらえたので服はほぼ濡れませんでした
ガイドのお兄さんも面白かったです！
秋にまた行きたいです

It was unfortunately rainy, but we were able to enjoy the sightseeing without getting wet since the boat had a roof.

The Russian guide spoke Japanese fluently and occasionally made jokes in Japanese, which was funny.

Also, the Blue Cave is beautiful and mysterious. There's no doubt you'll create wonderful memories there.

Additionally, since it was a rainy day and the sea was rough, the boat swayed a bit. I think it's a good idea for those who are prone to motion sickness to take anti-nausea medication in advance!

あいにくの雨でしたが、屋根が付いてるボートなので濡れずに観光ができました。

ロシア人のガイドさんは日本語がペラペラです。時折、日本語でギャグも言ってきます笑。

そして、青の洞窟は美しく神秘的。最高の思い出ができることは間違いなし。

また、雨の日で海が荒れていたので船が多少揺れました。酔いやすい方は、事前に酔い止め薬を飲むといいと思います！

On March 29, the weather was nice, and the lake was calm and very beautiful. The guide was pleasant, and we had a great time. We participated as a pair, and although they said we could each take a kayak individually, it was easier on our bodies to work together.

当日3月29日は天気が良く、湖の波もなく、とってもキレイでした。
ガイドの方も感じ良く、楽しめました。
二人で参加し、一人ずつでもカヤックに乗せてくれるとの事でしたが、二人で協力した方が体は楽です。

Not had this much fun in a while. Bearing in mind that the session only lasts for 2 hours from pick up to drop off, I felt like I got a full day's worth of fun and excitement out of it.

The activity was professionally organised from start to end, with a friendly and helpful crew. They really knew how to turn fishing into an experience. They were great at explaining what to do and were on hand to help out...getting to you before you even have a chance to say something. For example, when the yarn on the fishing rod got tangled up, I had a new one in my hand before I even knew it.

The tempura feast at the end was the icing on the cake. I can only recommend this activity! Go book it now.

Didn’t expect that It was so fun smelt ice fishing at the frozen lake for the family. V Punctual pick up & drop off. V Friendly & helpful throughout the fishing even though the weather was v cold ! Tent & chairs are already prepared in advance. Deep fried fish & hot soup are really delicious. Highly recommended for anyone going to Abashiri Hokkaido during winter season.

The instructor was very kind and explained everything in detail, which allowed me to successfully ride the kayak. Due to strong winds from the typhoon, we couldn't go to Lake Shikotsu and instead paddled up the Chitose River. The Chitose River... the water was so clear. I was thrilled when I saw fish and shrimp. During the kayaking, the instructor took many photos, and I received them immediately after the experience via AirDrop. It was a fun and fulfilling experience.

　インストラクターさんがとても親切で丁寧に説明をしてくださったので，うまくカヤックに乗ることができました。
　台風からの強風で波が高く，支笏湖には行くことができず，千歳川をのぼっていきました。千歳川・・・とても水がきれいでした。魚やスジエビが見れた時にはテンションがあがりました。
　カヤック中はインストラクターさんが何枚も写真を撮ってくれ，写真は体験終了後にair dropを通じてすぐいただけます。
　楽しく充実した体験でした。
　

The weather was unfortunately bad on the day, but I had a great time. If I have the opportunity to visit Hokkaido again, I would like to participate.

当日はあいにくの天候でしたが非常に楽しめました。
また北海道に遊びに行く機会があれば参加したいです。

There were foreigners, so they explained to the customers in both English and Japanese. The explanations were very polite, and the humorous speaking style made it enjoyable. Thank you very much.

外国人もいたので、英語と日本語でお客様に説明されていました。とても丁寧な説明で、ユーモアな喋り口調で楽しかったです。ありがとうございました。

I participated during a very cold period when even the water was freezing, but with the rental of dry suits and knit caps, I was able to fully enjoy the activities without worrying about the cold. The guide (a former ranger!) provided insights about the nature of the lake and took photos, allowing us to leisurely cruise around Lake Shikotsu and the Chitose River. Even as a beginner, I was able to paddle the kayak easily and without much effort. I definitely want to join again with my family (the kids) during summer vacation! Thank you to all the staff.

水も凍るとても寒い時期に参加しましたが、ドライスーツやニット帽のレンタルもあってアクティビティ中は寒さも気にならずに満喫しました。ガイドさん（元レンジャー！）が湖の自然をガイドしてくれたり写真を撮ってくれたりと終始のんびりと支笏湖&千歳川をクルージング。初心者でも簡単に、そしてそんなに力も要らずにカヤックが漕げました。次は夏休みに是非家族（子どもたち）と参加したいです！スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。

I experienced rafting in mid-October, and while I thought it wouldn't be too intense since it was October, we ended up just floating on the boat without getting a single drop of water on us. I was really looking forward to it, so I was truly disappointed.

However, since we were just floating, I was able to take a few pictures of the autumn leaves, so that was a plus. Still, I think 5,000 yen is too expensive for this experience. I believe they should provide a proper explanation or lower the price a bit during times when the rapids aren't strong.

10月半ばにラフティングを体験しましたが、10月なのでそんなに激流ではないかなとは思っていましたがボートにプカプカしてるだけで一滴も濡れることなく終わってしまいました。とても楽しみにしていただけに本当にガッカリしました。
ただプカプカしてる分、紅葉の写真を何枚か取れたのでまだ良かったですがこれで5000円とは高すぎると思いました。激流ではない時期ならちゃんと説明書きをするなり値段を少し安くするなりしてくれるといいと思います。

I was anxious about my first canoe trip in the Kushiro Wetlands, but the guide was very kind and explained the tour in detail, teaching us about the animals as well. It was so much fun!

I want to participate again!

The weather was uncertain, and there were places we couldn't explore around the lake, but it was truly a fun experience to have unique adventures and strolls with our kind guide during that season! I would love to book here again next time. Thank you very much!

不安な天気で、湖も回れないとこもありましたが、その時期だからこその体験や散策も優しいガイドさんとできて本当に楽しい体験でした！

The clear kayak experience was amazing! I thought I might have to give up because of the strong winds at Lake Shikotsu, but surprisingly, they said, "You can do it!" We spent two hours on the Chitose River. There were various missions, and I might have enjoyed this more than the lake itself! The fun conversations with the guides and taking commemorative photos were great. I did have a little mishap getting out and ended up with one foot soaking wet, but that became a good memory! If you're going kayaking, I recommend Shikotsukamui!

クリアカヤック体験、支笏湖の風が強くて断念かと思いましたが、まさかの「できますよー」千歳川で2時間。色々ミッションもあって、ひょっとして湖よりこっちが楽しかったかも？と思いました。ガイドさん達との楽しい会話や記念撮影。下りるのにちょっと失敗して片足ずぶ濡れになったけどそれもいい思い出になりました！カヤックならシコツカムイ！おすすめです♬

In October 2019, I participated with three generations of my family. The planned lakeside area became inaccessible due to a bear sighting two days prior, so we had to switch to a guided tour of the primeval forest. However, this turned out to be a very valuable experience. The guide's enjoyable explanations about the forest and wildlife, as well as the consideration shown towards my elderly mother, were greatly appreciated. Next time, I would like to join the lakeside course and enjoy the unique guidance from the guide while walking!

2019年10月に家族三世代で参加しました。予定していた湖周辺は二日前に熊が出没した関係で入場できなくなってしまい、ガイドさん連れでしか行けない原生林コースに変更になってしまいましたが、それがかえって大変貴重な体験になりました。森や野生動物に関するガイドさんの楽しい解説、高齢の母に対する気遣いなど、大変ありがたかったです。今度は湖コースに参加して、ガイドさんならではの案内をいただきながら歩きたいです！

We boarded the boat with just the three of us on a girls' trip and our Nepali staff member, Tab-chan! Most of the time, Tab-chan was doing the paddling, but it was our job to shout. There were laughs, splashes of water, and although our hands were freezing and barely moving, and our feet were so cold we were losing feeling, we had an incredibly fun rafting experience. Next time, I want to join during the hot summer!

女子旅3人だけの参加とスタッフのネパール人のタブちゃん⁉️と4人でボートに乗り込みました。
ほとんどダブちゃんが漕いでくれてたけど、叫ぶのは私達の仕事。笑いあり水しぶきあり、寒さで手がかじかんで動かない、足も冷たくて感覚がなくなりかけてたけど、最高に楽しいラフティングが出来ました。
今度は夏の暑い時に参加したいと思います

It was a beautifully sunny day. The captain's stories were very enjoyable, and the boat had a roof, with the back designed like an open deck, which made it a lot of fun! The captain was very kind, stopping the boat at interesting spots and sharing fascinating stories. He even asked if I was cold, showing great consideration. I'm really glad I participated!

船長さんの話がとても楽しくて、ボートも屋根があって、後ろはオープンデッキのようになってて、とても楽しめました！
見どころ見どころで船を停止させ、面白い話を聞かせてくれたとても優しい船長さんです。
寒くないですか？と気を使っていただいたり、とても参加して良かったです！

Unfortunately, it was drizzling, but there was no problem at all with the 13-person boat that had a roof and windows (for reference, most of the other boats we saw near the cave had no roofs and their passengers were wearing raincoats). Captain Alexei provided guidance in fluent Japanese and English, including puns, which everyone enjoyed. It was said that the blue of the cave looks better on cloudy days, and indeed, we were able to see a wonderful shade of blue that we had never seen before, and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

あいにく小雨の降る天気でしたが、屋根/窓のある13人乗りボートで雨でも何ら問題ありません（参考まで、洞窟近くで見た他の船の殆どが屋根もなく雨合羽を着ていました）。船長のアレクセイさんは流暢な日本語と英語で乗船中はダジャレも含め案内して頂き皆楽しんでいました。洞窟の碧は曇りのほうが良いとのことでしたが、確かに今まで見たことのない素晴らしい”碧”が見れ、満喫しました！
