The crew members were kind, which was nice. Also, they were eating ice cream before the passengers. The Japanese was repeated once, but the Chinese was repeated about twice and was a bit long, which I found slightly concerning.

I took the ropeway and was able to see Lake Toya and the ocean in a 360-degree view from the summit. You absolutely have to climb it!

After a bit of hiking, the view was amazing! It felt so good. I wasn't very familiar with the sightseeing around Sapporo, so I left everything to them, but they took me to various places and provided plenty of free time, which was great. The guide and the driver were also very kind. Thank you! ♪

ロープウェイに乗って山頂から洞爺湖と海360度見れました。絶対登るべきです！

少しハイキングして素晴らしい眺め！とても気持ち良かったです。
札幌の周りの観光あまり詳しくないので全てお任せでしたが、色々な所に連れて行ってくれて、フリーな時間も多くとても良かったです。

In the morning, the weather was rainy, but by the time we arrived, it was clear and sunny. The cape was a vast expanse of blue and light blue, and there was no wind, making it pleasant to take in the view. Since we only had a 50-minute stay, we decided to turn back before reaching the cape. It was a bit disappointing, but I was satisfied because I could enjoy the scenery. In Otaru, we had nearly three hours of free time, allowing us to have a leisurely lunch and do some shopping. Lastly, Shiroi Koibito Park felt like a theme park, and it seemed that if we had tickets, we could have seen the factory, but it was unfortunate that we didn't have enough time for that. Overall, I think we arrived smoothly without any crowds, and the time allocation was well balanced.

午前天気が雨でしたがついたら快晴、岬まで一面青と水色、風もなく気持ちが良く眺めることができました。時間が50分の滞在だったので岬まで行くの諦めて途中で引き返しました。少し残念でしたが眺めることはできたので満足です。小樽に行き自由行動たっぷり3時間近くありゆっくりランチと買い物ができました。最後は白い恋人パークはテーマパークのようだったのでチケットがあれば工場も見れたようですが時間的に無理だったのが惜しいです。全体で見れば混むことなくスムーズに場所につき時間配分もバランス良かったかと思います。

It was a long journey, but thanks to the favorable weather, comfortable driving, and a friendly guide, I was able to fully enjoy the sightseeing spots. I didn't place much emphasis on lunch, but the cheese fondue was unexpectedly delicious and satisfying. Thank you very much.

Every place I visited was beautiful and healing. The hamburger and cheese fondue set for lunch was also very delicious. I want to visit again during the lavender season.

とにかく訪れる場所が全て美しく癒されました。
お昼のハンバーグとチーズフォンデュのセットもとても美味しかったです。

This time, I participated with my mother because I wanted to see the admired Shakotan Blue. The tour lasted from 8 AM to around 6 PM, so I was initially worried about whether my elderly mother would be okay, but in the end, it was a very satisfying tour. Fortunately, the weather was great, and the view from Cape Kamui was absolutely wonderful. However, I think it would have been even better if we could have extended our stay at Cape Kamui by about 15 more minutes to enjoy the scenery more. Considering the round trip to the tip of the cape, taking photos, and restroom breaks, it felt a bit tight on time. The guide was a kind Chinese person, and I was impressed that they provided guidance in Chinese, English, and Japanese.

今回は憧れの積丹ブルーを見たくて、母と参加させていただきました。朝8時から夕方6時頃までのツアーなので、高齢の母でも大丈夫か当初は心配でしたが、結果大満足のツアーでした。今回は幸いお天気にも恵まれて、神威岬の絶景は最高に素晴らしかったです。ただあと15分くらい神威岬での滞在時間を延ばしていただくとより絶景を楽しめたなと思います。岬先端までの往復と写真撮影、トイレ時間を考えるとちょっとギリギリでした。ガイドさんは中国人の優しい方で、、中国語、英語、日本語の3カ国それぞれで案内されていたのですごいなと感心しました。

My first solo trip to Hokkaido
I couldn't rent a car... but I wanted to go to Furano and Biei!
So, I booked a day trip bus tour.
Since it was a weekday, no one sat next to me, so I could relax.
The weather was perfect!
The guide's talk was easy to understand, and the recommendations were helpful.
I was surprised at how many solo travelers there were!
I was able to make many friends and had a wonderful time.
If I have the chance, I would love to join another tour.

初めての北海道へひとり旅
レンタカー無理だし…でも富良野・美瑛行きたい！
そこで日帰りバスツアーを予約してみた。
平日という事もあり隣の席には誰も座ってこなかったのでゆったり乗れた。
最高の天気！
ガイドさんのトークも分かりやすく、おすすめが役立った。
おひとり様旅行がこんなにいたの？
というくらい多く仲良くなれて楽しいひと時が過ごせました。
機会があれば、またツアーに参加したいです。

The course was good.
I would have liked a simple guide map for the course I am going to today. I wasn't sure where I was.
The tour guide mentioned that there are various other courses available, so I think it would have been better if they had distributed a pamphlet about what courses are offered.

The weather was wonderful, and we were able to see beautiful scenery. The bus was also comfortable. I was a bit concerned that the guide spoke a little too quickly.

Unfortunately, we couldn't board the sightseeing boat at Lake Shikotsu due to strong winds, but we enjoyed exploring the area instead. Dining with a view of Lake Toya and the scenery from Mount Usu was all fantastic. The guide was well-organized and friendly, making sure to chat and take photos, which was appreciated. Next time, I would like to participate in a tour of the Shakotan Peninsula.

残念ながら支笏湖では強風のため遊覧船には乗船できませんでしたがその分散策が楽しめました。洞爺湖を望みながらの食事も有珠山からの眺望もどれも最高でした。ガイドさんの段取り良く気さくに話したり写真を撮るなどの気遣いも良かったです。次回は積丹半島に参加してみたいです。

Onodera is an exceptional guide! She has a remarkable understanding of the needs of her tourists and explains each location clearly, ensuring that everyone can fully understand and enjoy the experience. She uses a numbered sign to help keep track of time and provides a printed guide with details on our itinerary and timing. Her recommendations for each place were spot on. Onodera is incredibly kind, gentle, and full of energy, which made the tour even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic time—what an amazing way to kick off my first trip to Sapporo. Truly impressive!
The Driver:Onchi Kenji was also wonderful—his driving was smooth and safe. He was polite, kind, and the bus was very comfortable and spotless.

It was great to be able to visit both places, which I had never seen before, in a short amount of time. I think it's a very good tour for those who don't have a car or have just arrived in Sapporo and want to sightsee.

どちらも観光した事のない場所でしたので一度に両方、しかも短時間で観光できて良かったです。
車を借りていない人や札幌に着いたばかりで観光したい人にはとても良いツアーだと思います。

The guide accompanied us from the meeting point and provided various explanations during the移動中, which made it easy to enjoy sightseeing even in a place I was visiting for the first time. Since the Asahikawa Zoo tour was relatively short at 1.5 hours, I felt that it would have been better to focus on viewing the exhibits closer to the entrance (meeting point) rather than trying to see everything.

集合場所よりガイドさんが同行し、移動中に色々な説明をしてもらったので、初めて訪れる場所でも安心して観光できました。
旭川動物園は1.5時間の短めなツアーだったため、全てを見て回る余裕はありませんでしたので、遠い場所から入口（集合場所）に向かって見学した方が良かったと自分なりに感じました。

Thank you for your assistance during the tour. The weather was great on the day, and I appreciate the support from Yuen Lin, who has been in Japan for less than a year and communicated in three languages while always smiling.

However, I had one concern and dissatisfaction. The meeting place was only indicated as the TV Tower, which was unclear for travelers from other regions. I ended up searching for it late into the night before and even consulted a nearby police station. I regret not confirming the exact location in advance, and on the morning of the tour, I arrived before 7 AM to look for other participants.

1. The area under the TV Tower was crowded with tents and stalls for the Autumn Festival, making it difficult to know where to stand.
2. The TV Tower was too large, and I couldn't find my location.
3. There was no sign indicating "Vectra" for the accompanying staff.
4. When I asked the bus driver if it was a Vectra tour, he didn't understand.
5. There were many buses from various tour companies, and I got tired searching for ours before boarding.

We also reflect on our experience, but aside from the above issues, it was a fun day and a memorable trip to Hokkaido.

ツアーお世話になりありがとうございました。
当日は天候も良くまた、一日、帯同頂いたユーエン　リンさんは来日一年足らずの中、3カ国語をずっと続けら終始笑顔で対応頂きお疲れ様でした。
一点だけ不安と不満が有りました。
集合場所、事前案内時、テレビ塔の表記のみでは地方からの旅行者に取っては不明瞭で前日夜遅くまで現地で検索し付近派出所にも相談した経緯あり。
事前にもっと詳細場所を確認して置くべきと反省し当日朝も7時前に行き同じ様な参加者を探してました。

①テレビ塔下はオータムフェンスタでテント張りや出店で死角が、多く何処に居れば良いか不安
②テレビ塔は広すぎて居場所が分からなかった
③帯同者ののぼりにベクトラと表記無かった
④バスドライバーにベクトラのツアーかと聞いても通じ無かった
⑤各社バスツアーの車両も多くて探し続けて、バスに乗るまでに疲れました。
私たちも反省しますが上記以外は一日中楽しく北海道旅行の記念になりました。

It was a bus tour to Asahiyama Zoo, but an hour and a half was surprisingly not enough time.

I think we need to focus on just one activity, like feeding the animals, or else there’s no point in coming here. I would have preferred at least three hours.

I wanted the bus guide to provide necessary information, like what time we would arrive and how to efficiently navigate the zoo. There were times when I confused what was on the left side with the right side while viewing from the bus window, and it felt very unfamiliar.

The stop at the Blue Pond was good.

The buffet was in a large dining hall, but there wasn't anything particularly delicious.

旭山動物園へのバスツアーでしたが、1時間半では想像以上に時間が無さすぎるー

自分達で餌やりなと1つに絞って見ないと、ここへ来た意味がないと思います。
せめて3時間は欲しかったー

バスガイドさんが必要な情報をくれないというか、何時に到着するとか、動物園での効率の良い回り方など、そうゆうのを聞きたかった。
車窓から観覧する際左手にあるものを右手と何度も間違えたり、不慣れ感が半端なかったです。ま

青い池などの工程は良かったです。

バイキングは広い食堂で、これといって美味しいものはないです。

There were other English tours available, so I mistakenly thought this one was exclusively for Japanese people and chose a non-English tour. However, it seemed to be mainly a tour for Chinese participants. (laughs) The guide was also Chinese, and the order of the explanations was always Chinese → Japanese → English (English!?). The Chinese explanation clearly took much longer... In comparison, the Japanese explanation was quite short. The guide did their best to explain various things, but it felt a bit lacking. I think if they organized a tour exclusively for Japanese participants, it would attract more attendees.

他に同内容の英語ツアーがあったので、敢えて日本人だけかと勝手に勘違いをして、英語ではないツアーを選択しましたが、こちらはどちらかというと中国人メインツアーのようでした。（苦笑）
ガイドさんも中国の方で、かならずガイドの順番は中国語→日本語→英語（英語！？）
中国語のガイドはあきらかに時間が長い。。。
それに比べて日本語ガイドの短さ。
一生懸命に色々説明してくださりましたが、うーんと言った感じでしょうか。
日本人だけのツアーも企画すると、もっと参加者が増えるような気がします。

Compared to tours operated by other travel companies, the tour guide (Lisa Yang) and schedule were below expectations.

We stopped at Showa Shinzan at noon and had lunch at Lake Toya at 1 PM. When we arrived at Lake Toya, although lunch was scheduled from 11 AM to 1 PM, many restaurants were closed. In the end, we had to buy bento at a convenience store.

The tour guide mostly introduced souvenirs rather than the history and highlights of the tourist spots. It was difficult to understand her pronunciation of the tourist sites (both in Japanese and English). It was clear that she could not speak Japanese and could not pronounce correctly, and her English was also hard to understand. I speak Japanese and English and can understand a little Chinese, so I noticed that she shared more information in Chinese than in other languages. I wanted to hear more about the history and highlights of the lake, but she only provided very basic information about Noboribetsu, and some of the information she shared about Noboribetsu was actually inaccurate. It felt like she had only read a brief introduction from Baidu or Xiaohongshu and did not verify it on Japanese websites.

他の旅行会社が​​運営するツアーと比較すると、ツアーガイド(Lisa Yang)とスケジュールは期待以下でした。

ツアーガイドは、観光地の歴史や紹介よりも、お土産の紹介がほとんどでした。彼女は観光地の発音（日本語や英語も）は理解しにくいです。彼女が日本語を話せず、正しく発音できないことは明らかで、彼女の英語も理解しにくいです。私は日本語と英語を話せ、中国語も少し理解できるので、彼女は他の言語よりも中国語で多くの情報を共有してくれたことに気づきました。湖の歴史や紹介についてもっと聞きたいのですが、登別についてはごく基本的な紹介しかしておらず、登別について彼女が共有した情報の一部は実際には正確ではありません。彼女は百度や小紅書の簡単な紹介を読んだだけで、日本のウェブサイトで確認しなかったように感じます。

The morning rain had almost stopped, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery. I only got caught in the rain at the Blue Pond, but you can't book the weather, can you? There was no traffic, and everything went smoothly, almost as if it weren't a holiday. Next time, I would like to visit in July when the lavender is in bloom. Sapporo is cooler than Honshu, and Furano and Biei are even cooler. A light jacket is a must!

朝の雨もほぼ止んで、綺麗な景色を堪能できました。青い池の時だけ雨に降られてしまいましたが、お天気は予約できませんからねー。渋滞もなくスケジュール通り、連休中とは思えないほどスムーズでした。
次回は、ラベンダーが咲いている7月に行ってみたいと思いました。
本州よりも涼しい札幌、さらに涼しい富良野、美瑛。羽織もの必須ですね。

The sightseeing at Cape Kamoi was very good.

Otaru is a nice place, but I felt that the quality has become quite varied compared to ten years ago, especially after the influx of inbound tourism. However, I don't think this is the fault of the tour.

神威岬の観光はとても良かったです。

小樽はよいところではありますが　インバウンドが過ぎて10年前と比べていろんなクオリティが高かろう悪かろうになっているように思いましたがこれはツアーのせいではないのかなと思います。

It was disappointing that we couldn't take a boat ride on Lake Shikotsu due to the strong winds, but we were able to spot some cute fawns from the bus. The guide's stories and the audio commentary were enjoyable and made the experience better.

For lunch, I didn't have high expectations based on the photos, but it turned out to be luxurious and very delicious, unlike what I had imagined.

The next day, my mother had the national chorus competition, and I was worried about feeling tired, but the comfortable bus journey left me refreshed.

風が強くて、支笏湖での乗船はできなかったのは残念だったけれど、バスの中から可愛い子鹿を見つけたりできました。ガイドさんの話、そしてイヤホンによる案内も楽しくて、よかったです。
お昼は写真からあまり期待していなかったのに、写真とは異なり豪華でとても美味しかった。
次の日に、お母さんコーラス全国大会の本番を控えていたので、疲れが残ると嫌だなと思っていたのですが、快適なバス旅で疲れませんでした。

I chose a tour for sightseeing in the Furano area on September 12 and a tour for sightseeing in the Shakotan area on the 13th. The Furano area tour included lunch, but the Shakotan area tour did not. I wish it had been included.

9月12日に富良野エリア観光で13日に積丹エリア観光のツアーを選びました。富良野エリアツアーにはランチが入っていましたが、積丹エリアツアーにはありませんでした。あったらよかったなと思います。

I was glad to be taken to many places I wanted to visit. There were some issues like lack of communication about the meeting point, traffic rule violations, and insufficient explanations, but they were within an acceptable range.

たくさんの行きたい場所に連れていってもらえて、良かった。集合場所の連絡不足、交通規則違反、説明足らずなど有ったが、まあ許容範囲。

On August 13th, the weather was terrible due to the typhoon... The only places we didn't get rained on were the Bear Ranch, Lake Toya, and the Silo Observation Deck. I visit Sapporo every year on weekends, but I can only hit the tourist spots at specific times. Since it was my first 2-night, 3-day trip, I signed up for this tour. I wish the weather had been better... The tour itself was really great, so I plan to try again. I highly recommend it!

８月１３日、ちょうど台風で最悪の天気・・・　雨に降られなかったのは
クマ牧場、洞爺湖とサイロ展望台だけでした。毎年土日で札幌に訪れていますがピンポイントでしか観光地を回れず。初の２泊３日でしたのでこのツアーを
申し込みました。天気がよかったらよかったのに・・・　
ツアー自体はすごくよかったのでまたリベンジするつもりです。
かなりおすすめですよ～

The tour guide, Mr. Onodera, was very good. He engaged not only with us but with all the customers, and I felt a warmth from him.
The course was good, but the steep hills at Asahiyama Zoo were tough. It would have been better if we had been informed in advance that there was a shuttle bus to the restaurant from the meeting point.
I was a bit disappointed with lunch. I had high expectations because of the title "Hokkaido Local Buffet," but aside from the Genghis Khan, it was lacking... Considering the tour price, I understand, but I thought the ramen was particularly bad.
In any case, it was great because the tour guide was wonderful.

添乗員の小野寺さんがとても良かったです。我々だけでなく、全てのお客様にお声がけしており、温かさを感じました。
コースも良かったですが、旭山動物園の坂道がきつく、途中から集合場所のレストランまでシャトルバスがあったので、その情報を事前にお知らせいただければもっと良かったかな。
昼食は少々がっかりでした。「北海道ご当地バイキング」とのタイトルに期待してしまったせいもありますが、ジンギスカン以外は………。ツアー代金を考えると仕方がないと思いますが、特にラーメンはひどかったと思います。
何にしても、添乗員さんが素晴らしかったので良かったです。

I finally made it to Cape Kamoi, but due to the heat, time, and my own stamina, I decided to turn back before reaching the tip and enjoyed some delicious ice cream instead. There were others who managed to make the round trip. The beauty of the sea was stunning, looking as if the sugar-coated ocean was connected to the sky. I also had an interesting visit to Tanaka Sake Brewery and was able to purchase yogurt sake. Overall, it was an efficient and mostly peaceful trip, but at Hamazushi, there was a foreigner filling their pot with tea, and since it wasn't replenished, others couldn't drink later. Afterward, the guide gave a warning in Japanese, but it felt meaningless. General notices for foreigners were initially announced in English (though the tea issue was understandably not included), but I thought it would be good to have printed notices in other languages, including reminders about keeping to the meeting time. There were also quite detailed warnings about chatting among companions, which I appreciated as a solo traveler, but it didn't resonate with the foreigners. The tour itself was good, but I felt there was room for improvement in that regard.

念願の神威岬でしたが、暑さと時間、自分の体力の関係で、先端まで行くのは断念して引き返し、美味しいアイスクリームを食べました。頑張って往復された方もいました。海の美しさは衝撃的で、砂糖をまぶした海が空と繋がっているかのように見えました。田中酒造も興味深く見学させていただき、ヨーグルトのお酒を購入できました。効率よく概ね平和な旅でしたが、浜寿司で、お茶をマイポットに満たしておられる外国人の方がいて、補充されず後の方が飲めなくなりました。事後にガイドさんから日本語で注意がありましたが、日本語で意味あるの？という感じでした。外国人への一般的な注意事項は最初に英語の音声が流されましたが（お茶の件はさすがに入っていません）、集合時間厳守も含め、他の言語でもプリントにして渡す等の工夫があってもよいと思いました。仲間同士のお喋りについても、かなり細かな注意があって一人旅の私としては有り難かったのですが、外国人の方には通じていませんでした。内容的には良いツアーでしたが、その点は改善の余地があると感じました。

I was a bit worried about how it would feel to participate in such a packed plan that would be hard to manage individually. The first stop was Hell Valley in Noboribetsu. The smell of sulfur and the smoke were incredibly impressive. There were stairs and slopes, but there were handrails, so it was safe to walk.

Next, we visited Showa Shinzan and the Bear Ranch. Participation at the Bear Ranch was optional, but everyone joined in. It was fun to see the large bears up close and even feed them! I was surprised to see them raise their hands for food and perform tricks!

After that, we stopped by Lake Toya and enjoyed the canal in Otaru, doing some shopping... The tour guide was really kind, letting us know about great photo spots in advance, taking pictures for us, and recommending souvenirs.

We were blessed with good weather on the day, and thanks to the tour guide (who was from abroad) managing everything and being considerate, we had a great time. We were the only Japanese people in the group, but it was actually nice not to have to worry about that (laughs). This plan with the second person free is quite a bargain!

なかなか個人では回りきれない様な盛りだくさんプランで実際どんな感じなのだろうと内心、心配でした。
最初に行ったのが登別の地獄谷でした。
硫黄の匂いと煙が凄く迫力がありました。
階段や勾配がありましたが手摺りがあり、安全に歩けました。
次は昭和新山と熊牧場。熊牧場は希望者だけでしたが全員参加しました。大きな熊を間近で見れるのと餌やりが出来るので楽しめました！餌が欲しくて手を上げたり、芸？が出来るんだと驚きました！

あとは洞爺湖に寄り、小樽市内で運河を観たり買い物をしたり…
添乗員さんが撮影スポットを事前に教えてくれたり撮影してくれたり、おすすめのお土産を教えてくれたりと本当に親切にしてくれました。

当日は天気に恵まれ、添乗員さん（外国の方）の仕切りや配慮のお陰で楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。
日本人は私達だけでしたが、逆に気を遣わず良かったです(笑)
今回の2人目無料のプランはかなりお得です

I think it's an attractive facility where you can experience vast nature. The trip became memorable with the 10 cm thick tomatoes that can yield 20,000 pieces, beautiful gardens, and sheepdog shows. However, I have one complaint about the farm tour staff. When I asked how long we would stop to explore the surroundings, I was firmly told, "Until you come back." Since it's a distance that can be walked easily, I don't think it's necessary to participate in the farm tour if it means feeling scared.

広大な自然が味わえる魅力的な施設だと思います。
20000個も収穫できる幹の太さが10cmのトマト、美しい庭園、牧羊犬ショーなど思い出深い旅になりました。
一点だけ、ファームツアーのスタッフには不満があります。
途中停車して周囲を散策する時間があり、何分ぐらい停車しますか？と聞いたところ、私が戻れというまでですと強い声色で返されました。
普通に歩いて回れる距離なので、怖い思いをしてまで敢えてファームツアーには参加しなくても良いと思います。
