I participated from Kyushu on July 13. It was more humid and tiring than I expected, but the lavender was in its best season, and I was very satisfied. The fully bloomed lavender has such a sweet and rich fragrance! The lunch was delicious, the driving was careful, and the guide was bright and fun, but not too loud—just right. It was a fun tour where I could see all the places I wanted to visit!

予想以上に蒸し暑く疲れましたが、ラベンダーはベストシーズンで大満足でした。

The bus ride back and forth was quite long, but the guide's stories were interesting, and I was able to enjoy the three hours spent at the zoo. It was very helpful that the guide shared tips on how to have a fun experience while visiting the zoo.

The weather was nice and warm, but since it was a bus tour with air conditioning, I was able to spend the day comfortably. The interior of the bus was clean, and they had alcohol disinfectant available as well.
The Blue Pond was very beautiful and exceeded my expectations.
At Farm Tomita, I was looking forward to the lavender fields, but it was too early in the season, so I couldn't see the entire area covered in purple. I wish I had gone 2 or 3 weeks later; it was disappointing.
Overall, it was a satisfying tour.

天気も良く、汗ばむ陽気でしたが、冷房の効いたバスツアーということで・・・快適に過ごせました。車内も清潔で、アルコール消毒なども完備してありました。
青い池はとても美しく、想像以上でした。
ファーム富田：お目当ては、ラベンダー畑でしたが・・・行った時期が早すぎ、一面紫色の絨毯は見る事ができませんでした。あと2，3週間遅ければ良かったのですが、残念です。
全体的に、満足のいくツアーでした。

I used it for one day during my 3-night, 4-day trip, and I was very satisfied as I was able to see a lot. The only disappointment was the fog at Cape Chikyu, and the tour guide apologized, but you can't win against nature. Thank you to the driver. I appreciated how hard the tour guide worked to explain everything. There were many sightseeing points, and although each stop was short, next time I want to explore at my own pace.

3泊4日の1日で利用しましたが、沢山見学出来て、大満足です。チキウ岬の霧だけが残念で、添乗員さんが謝ってましたが、自然には勝てません。運転手さん有難うございました。添乗員さんが一生懸命説明してたのが好感持てました。沢山の見学ポイントで各ポイントは短時間でしたが、今度は自分の足で、ゆっくり周りたいです。

I was worried about the weather, but at Lake Shikotsu, it was beautifully clear and I had a great time. In particular, the sightseeing boat tour at Lake Shikotsu, which I paid extra for, offered a stunning view of the blue lake bottom with Ezo chub swimming around. The lunch at Lake Toya was also delicious, and I was able to see Mount Usu and Showa Shinzan, making it a cost-effective bus tour.

What I often see on TV are the Polar Bear Pavilion, Penguin Pavilion, and Seal Pavilion. Of course, these are highlights that are worth seeing, but unexpectedly, the Hippo Pavilion was great. I was impressed by the lively and active hippos. It was the first time I saw such cheerful hippos. It was surprising to see their bellies and the bottoms of their feet through the glass from below. I felt like I could watch them forever.

The Wild Ezo Brown Bear Pavilion was also good. The bears looked a bit like gangsters. I definitely wouldn't want to run into one of them anywhere. If I had more time, I would have liked to see the Peacock House as well. I regret missing that part.

TVでよく見るのはほっきょくぐま館、ペンギン館、あざらし館ですね。こちらはもちろん見応えがあるハイライト館ですが、思いがけず良かったのはかば館です。生き生きしたアクティブなかばさんたちに感動しました。初めてあんな楽しげなかばさん達を見ました。下側からガラス越しに見られるお腹や足の裏などびっくりです。無限に見ていられると思いました。
ワイルドなえぞひぐま館も良かったです。ヤクザっぽいくまさんでした。絶対どこかで出くわしたりしたくないです。時間があればクジャク舎の方も見たかったです。このあたりは見逃してしまったのが心残りです。

It was good, but since I usually rent a car and travel on my own, I felt the pace was different. After all, I thought I would like to explore on my own with a rental car during my precious time. So, I wasn't disappointed with the bus tour; it just felt like a different type of experience. However, I had been disappointed with glass-bottom boats in the remote islands of Okinawa several times, so I was unsure about participating. But I thought there would be nothing to do if I was just dropped off at a port for an hour, so I decided to join as an additional option, and it was amazing. I was moved by the Shakotan Blue, and the feeding of the seagulls at the end was shocking. This was a place I would never have gone to on my own, so just encountering this option transformed the tour into a great satisfaction for me. I was thinking of rating it as disappointing, but this one experience changed it to a positive one. I think it would be good to incorporate it into the tour, but then the price would go up, so I wonder if it's a strategy to create the illusion of an affordable tour. What do you think?

よかったですが、個人でいつもレンタカーを借りて旅行をしているので、ペースが違ってしまったって感じです。やはり、せっかくの時間はレンタカーです自分で回ろうと思いました。ですので、バスツアーが悪くてがっかりしたわけではありません。タイプが違うかったなあと言った感じです。ただ、グラスボートは沖縄の離島で何度か乗っていつもがっかりしていたので、どうしようかと思ったのですが、１時間何もない港に放り出されてもすることななあと思って、追加オプションで参加してみたけど、これが最高でした。積丹ブルーに感動した上、最後のうみねこの餌付けは衝撃的でした。個人では絶対なら行かなかったところなので、このオプションに出会えただけでこのツアーが大満足に変身するくらい良かったです。
がっかりに評価しようと思いましたが、この一撃で良かったになりました。
ツアー内に組み込んだらいいと思うのですが、そうすると料金が高くなるので、お手頃ツアーに錯覚するための作戦かとも思いますが、どうでしょうか？

It was supposed to rain that day, but the weather was nice, and both the driver and the tour guide were very pleasant. I was comforted by the tour guide's voice, and I am grateful to have learned so many things about Hokkaido that I didn't know before.

I was able to visit Farm Tomita, which my friend had long dreamed of, and the lavender was beautifully in bloom, it was the best. Farm Tomita had not only lavender but also many other beautiful flowers. I visited Shikisai no Oka for the first time, and the flower carpet was very beautiful.

I was able to go at a very good time, and the weather was perfect. I would like to use Veltra again. Hokkaido is a place you can visit many times and still enjoy. Thank you very much! I truly appreciate it.

I used this service to efficiently visit the places I wanted to go with my family. We rushed to catch the Airport Liner from New Chitose Airport just in time. We also managed to exchange our bus tickets within the time limit.

Farm Tomita was pleasant, with the weather being neither too hot nor too cold for walking. The Blue Pond looked beautiful, and fortunately, we didn't get rained on in Biei. The flower fields in Biei have a tractor ride for 500 yen, which is great for those who find walking tiring. The lunch was delicious as well. Also, it seems that reservations fill up quite quickly, so it might be a good idea to decide on what souvenirs you want in advance, as there isn't much time to browse.

効率よく、行きたかった場所に家族と行くため、利用しました。無理して時間ギリギリの新千歳空港からエアポートライナーに飛び乗りました。

ファーム富田は、天気も暑すぎず歩きやすかったです。青い池も綺麗に見えて、美瑛も運よく雨にも降られませんでした。美瑛の花畑は５００円のトラクター、歩くのだるいなと思う人は、楽でいいですよ。ランチも美味しかったです。あと予約は割と早く埋まってしまうみたいです。あまりお土産をみる時間時間はないので、欲しいものを決めておくといいかもしれません。

On the last day of the three-day weekend, I participated with my parents. I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be mostly sunny with some clouds, and we managed to get through the day without needing an umbrella.

The tour at Highland Furano included lunch and visits to popular spots like the sea of lavender, Farm Tomita, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond. Before participating, I thought the sightseeing time might be short, but I found it to be just right. It was a very fulfilling tour that allowed us to visit popular spots in a compact manner. The weather was cloudy, but walking to the tip of Cape Kamoi was an amazing view! The path to the tip was a scenic route with ups and downs. It was quite hard, but it was definitely worth the walk for the breathtaking scenery!

I highly recommend taking the optional New Shakotan-go if you don't get seasick!!

Enjoying the view from the boat, exploring the underwater observatory, and feeding the seagulls was incredibly fun!

It was a day trip with a friend I hadn't seen in 20 years, and it became a wonderful memory!

I was worried about the weather, but somehow there were some clear skies, and I was able to see a bit of Shakotan Blue. I thought it would just be about seeing the blue sea, but the towering cliffs were magnificent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the scenery that is characteristic of Hokkaido. The seafood bowl for lunch was delicious, and the extra order of sea urchin was truly exquisite. Both the driver and the guide were friendly, making for a pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

★Overall: I was satisfied because I was able to reach my destination.

☆I participated alone, but there were no shared seats.

☆It was a course that I couldn't fully explore by myself, but the time spent at each location was tight.
(I was probably the youngest participant.)
→At Shimamukui Coast, there wasn't enough time to go down to the beach.
→At Kamoi Cape, I went to the tip while being mindful of the time.

⇒⇒船が出られないとの事で１ヶ所観光がなくなったのですが、その時間を他に振り分けることはできないのか？？そのお金は返ってはは来ないのか？？等、多少疑問は残ります。

☆お昼は海鮮丼&蟹鍋でした。
→海鮮丼は普通です。蟹鍋は当たりハズレあるかと思いますが、蟹が脱皮間近なのか殻の下に薄皮がはっており、あまり美味しくなかったです。
→追加の雲丹は最高でした！こんなに美味しい雲丹を今まで食べた事ないです。頼まないと損！！

→ Our regular sightseeing bus does not have shared seating with other groups, so if you participate alone, two seats will be used.

We do not recommend going down to the Shimamui Coast as it involves steep stairs, and returning can be difficult without sufficient stamina.

船運休時の対応ですが、定期観光バスは路線バス型観光バスであり、国から認可を頂いて運行しているので、追加で見学箇所を増やす事は出来ません。
※食事については同様の意見が見受けられますので、食事箇所には申し入れを行っております。

The meals at Lake Toya were even more delicious than I expected.

お天気が心配でしたが、支笏湖では晴れてブルーで透明のの湖が凄く綺麗でした。遊覧船が気持ちよかった。
洞爺湖のお食事も思った以上に美味しかった。
バスツアーでは解説してもらえるのでえそーなんだーと思いながら観光できてよかったです。
有珠山では、雨が降りそうでしたが下の景色は見られました。
たまにはバスツアーも良いものだと再確認しました！
運転手さんも、ガイドさんもとても感じが良くて最高のバスツアーでした。
