It was a tour with Chuo Bus, and both the driver and guide were very polite and kind, making it an enjoyable experience even for solo travelers. Although it's a tour lasting over 10 hours, there are many places to visit, so the time spent at each location is short and a bit rushed, but it's efficient and I recommend it.

There is audio guidance on the bus available in four languages: English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.

My friend came to Fukuoka, so I participated. The clear water of Lake Shikotsu was beautiful, and the autumn leaves were lovely. However, it was disappointing that the souvenir shops at Lake Shikotsu were closed. The lunch at Toyako Kohantei was surprisingly delicious, no matter what I ate. I was satisfied. Although it was cold, the taste was so good that I enjoyed it beautifully. I wished I had more time to stop by the souvenir shop Wakasaimo Honpo.

お友達が福岡きらきたので、参加しました。支笏湖の澄んだ水も綺麗で紅葉が素敵でした。ただ、支笏湖のお店お土産屋が開いてなくて、寂しかったです。洞爺湖湖畔亭の昼食が、ビックリするくらい何を食べても美味しかったです。満足しました。冷めてましたが、味が美味しいので、綺麗に食べました。

We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed the vast scenery. The bears at the bear ranch were also very charming. Both the guide and the driver worked hard from early morning until night. The sightseeing was influenced by the weather, and the beautiful weather at Cape Earth was truly moving! I could really feel the roundness of the Earth.
Feeding the bears at the bear ranch was fun; when I threw an apple to a bear, it made a nice catch with its mouth, and a raccoon was washing cookies in water. It was so cute!
The weather turned gloomy around Lake Toya, so it wasn't the best location, but it couldn't be helped. Lake Shikotsu was so windy and rainy that we almost gave up on sightseeing, but throughout the tour, our guide Oscar entertained us by skillfully using Japanese, English, and Chinese.
His occasional stumbles in Japanese were quite charming!
I was healed by his determined smile despite the rain and wind.
There were some guests with stomach issues and some foreigners who were late, which delayed our schedule, but our stay time wasn't cut short; we just arrived late.
Only one group was late.
Since we were moving around a lot, each sightseeing spot felt a bit rushed, but I was able to take plenty of photos.

クマ牧場でのエサやりも、クマにりんごを投げたら口でナイスキャッチアライグマは、水でクッキー洗ってました。かわいかったです！
洞爺湖から雲行きが怪しくなり、ベストなコロケーションではなかったですが、仕方ありません。支笏湖は、雨風で観光を断念するほどでしたが、ツアーを通してガイドのオスカーさんが日本語、英語、中国語を駆使して楽しませて下さいました。
日本語で時々つっかえるところがまた、チャーミングでした♪
雨風の中、笑顔を絶やさずまっていてくれる健気な姿に癒されました。
お腹の調子の悪いお客さんがいたり、時間に遅れる外国人がいたりして、時間は押しましたが、滞在時間が削られることはなく、到着が遅れただけでした。
時間に遅れたのは1回1組だけでした。
あちこち回るので、1箇所の観光は慌しかったですが、しっかり写真は撮れました。

I had some concerns based on reviews mentioning "guidance mostly in Chinese," "seats next to foreigners," and "very few Japanese participants." Additionally, since the tour fee was prepaid and there was no tour desk number to consult, I was left wondering until the day of departure whether it would really happen or if I was being scammed.

However, to my relief, the day of the tour went smoothly, and I was able to enjoy the experience. The guide spoke fluently in three languages, providing explanations of each landmark and entertaining us with jokes. Surprisingly, even though it was in a different language, it felt comfortable and pleasant.

Regarding seating, while there were foreigners in front and behind me, the row next to me had Japanese participants, and the manners of everyone involved were excellent. Since I’m not fond of noisy environments, this aspect significantly contributed to my enjoyment of the tour.

The tour was a bit busy, and we couldn't fully savor each location, but for those who want to see a lot while visiting Hokkaido, it seemed ideal. The meal at Lake Toya was shorter than expected, and when I contacted a soup curry restaurant while walking, I was told there were eight groups ahead of me, so I gave up. However, the scallop sashimi I had at a place called Marche Shokudo was the most delicious food I experienced on this trip. I highly recommend it.

Despite the unfortunate rain, the guide was considerate, reminding us not to forget umbrellas, suggesting good restroom stops, and offering to take photos. I was moved by their thoughtfulness.

I would like to try another tour in the future.

口コミにて「中国語ばかりの案内」「座席が外国の方に挟まれた」「日本人の参加はほとんどいない」などとあり、一抹の不安を抱えておりました。また、ツアー代金も先払いであり、相談するにもツアーディスク番号は無く、質問や疑問は返信を待つ形のメールでのやりとりだった為、当日まで本当に出発するのか？騙されてないか？と半信半疑な部分もありました。
しかし心配をよそに当日は気持ち良く案内していただき、無事に楽しくツアーを体験する事ができました。
ガイド案内は3カ国を流暢にマイクにて、各名所の説明や楽しませてくれる冗談を交えながらのトーク、不思議と別の国の言葉なのに心地よく不快無く過ごすことができました。
座席についても前後は外国の方でしたが、横の列は日本の方であったり　なにより参加されていた方々のマナーが素晴らしく良かったです。騒がしいのが苦手だった為、この点は大きく、ツアーを楽しめた要因が大きかったのだと思いました。
　ツアー内容はやや忙しく、1ヵ所1ヵ所を堪能まではいきませんでしたが、せっかく北海道に来たなら沢山観光をしたい方には最適かと思われます。洞爺湖の食事は思っていたより時間が無く、歩きながらスープカレー屋さんに連絡した所、8組待ちですと言われ、諦めましたが、マルシェ食堂？にて食べたホタテの刺身は、今回の旅行にて一番美味しいと感じた食べ物でした。おすすめです。
あいにくの雨でしたが、ガイドさんが傘を忘れずとか、トイレ先がいいね、写真取ります！など沢山みなさんを配慮し、気を遣って下さる心意気に感動しました。
　また、別のツアーも利用してみたいです。

This tour is satisfying for those who want to see a lot in one day, even though the time spent at each sightseeing spot is short. There were many international tourists on board, and since there were few Japanese participants, the tour guide mostly spoke in Chinese for the international guests, occasionally providing guidance in Japanese as well. I booked a tour with my wife for a long-awaited trip to Hokkaido. Shortly after departure, there was a problem with the toll road in the central region, which required a change in plans. After the end of the pandemic, I visited Noboribetsu and Lake Toya in Sapporo for the first time in a while, and I was saddened to see that all the hotels and souvenir shops that used to be there have closed down and disappeared. I participated on September 29. I was first surprised that half of the participants were from China and that the tour guide was also Chinese. I was impressed by how fluently they explained in both Japanese and Chinese, and I felt they were a friendly guide. However, at each sightseeing spot, the pushiness of the shops was overwhelming, with the shopkeepers saying they would provide service because they knew each other, and I was personally pressured to buy things... I was disappointed to think that their kindness was just for this reason. It was a wonderful course, but when I said goodbye as I got off, I was ignored. Was it because I didn't buy the souvenirs they recommended?

9月29日に参加しました。中国の方が半分参加しているという事、添乗員が中国の方という事にまず驚きました。
大変流暢に日本語と中国語で説明してらして感心し、対応もフレンドリーな添乗員と感じましたが、観光地ごとに売店の売り込みが凄くて、売店の方と知り合いだからサービスするとか、個人的に売り込まれたり…。親切に接して来るのもこの為かとがっかりしました。
ステキなコース巡りだったのに…、下車する時挨拶したら無視されました。勧められたおみやげを買わなかったから？

It was a tour where you could truly feel the vastness of Hokkaido. You can enjoy beautiful scenery everywhere. The guide was also kind and took photos for us.

Unfortunately, since I participated on a weekday, most restaurants were closed, and I couldn't have the lunch I was looking forward to. There were a Chinese restaurant, a convenience store, and a seafood bowl shop open.

We arrived at Lake Shikotsu after 4 PM, and it was disappointing that the souvenir and food stalls were closed at that time.

平日に参加したので　残念な事にほとんどの飲食店が閉まっており目当てランチが食べれませんでした。
中華のお店とコンビニ、海鮮丼のお店は開いてました。
支笏湖に16時過ぎに到着　お土産や食べ歩きのお店もその時間には閉店されていて残念でした。

First of all, regarding the tour content, it was designed to fully enjoy the great nature of Hokkaido. Every place we visited was breathtaking.

Particularly, Lake Shikotsu before sunset was quiet, and its beauty was even more pronounced. I was touched by the thoughtfulness behind planning our arrival at this time to showcase this scenery.

Additionally, the bus driver’s consideration was outstanding. The itinerary was quite packed in terms of distance and time.

Moreover, I had a schedule at Sapporo Station at 6 PM. When I informed the guide and driver Ito about this, they made sure to drive safely while also ensuring we arrived on time. I was truly moved by their efforts.

I believe there are no other drivers as wonderful as him, and I was deeply touched by his thoughtfulness.

I had a great time on the bus tour that effectively took us to all the places we wanted to visit. Unfortunately, the tour guide spoke continuously in Chinese. There were only a few minutes in Japanese and an hour in Chinese. I traveled from Osaka to Hokkaido to participate in the dental conference held in Sapporo. I had one free day, so I joined this tour by myself.

Although I departed as scheduled on the morning of the tour, I found it strange that we weren't arriving at the first destination. The guide announced that due to an accident on the highway, we were running two hours behind schedule. My initial excitement turned to concern, but the tour company and the driver quickly adjusted the itinerary, omitting some stops and reorganizing the route to ensure that participants could enjoy the experience as much as possible.

In the end, we couldn't visit Cape Earth and Lake Shikotsu as planned, but the scenery at the places we did visit was truly wonderful. I was very satisfied to see the beautiful view of Mount Yotei, which I had wanted to see. I created unforgettable memories on my first visit to Hokkaido.

I believe everyone who participated was very happy with how the unexpected situation was handled. I am grateful to the driver, the guide, and the fellow participants who were with me that day. If I have the opportunity to visit Hokkaido again, I would definitely like to join a different tour.

札幌で行われた歯科学会に参加する為に、大阪から北海道に行っていました。
１日フリーの日があったので、こちらのツアーに1人で参加させて頂きました。

当日の朝予定通りに出発したものの、最初の目的地になかなか到着せず不思議に思っていると、ガイドさんから高速で事故があった為予定時間を2時間押しているとの放送がありました。
どうなるのかな？と一瞬にしてワクワクしていた気持ちが沈みましたが、その後ツアー会社さんとドライバーさんが色々考えて、省く場所とコースを組み直して参加者さんが出来るだけ楽しめるようにして
下さいました。
結果的に予定していた地球岬と支笏湖には行けませんでしたが、その日巡った場所での景色は本当に素晴らしく見たかった羊蹄山の姿もとても綺麗に見えて大満足の一日になりました！
初めて訪れた北海道で忘れられない素晴らしい思い出ができました。
想定外の出来事に臨機応変に対応して頂き、参加された方は皆さんとても喜んでいらっしゃったと思います。
当日お世話になったドライバーさん、ガイドさん、ご一緒させて頂いた方々に感謝致します。
またいつか北海道を訪れる機会があれば、ぜひ違うツアーにも参加させていただこうと思っています。

I am a local, but I participated with a friend who came from Osaka. I was looking forward to sightseeing in various places, but it felt a bit greedy, as there seemed to be little time at each location. Especially at Lake Toya, we had free time for lunch, but the restaurant we happened to choose was crowded, and we ended up just eating without even seeing the lake. There were many foreigners among the participants, as mentioned by those who had joined before, but thanks to the guide's excellent language skills in Japanese, English, and Chinese, everything went smoothly without any issues. I think it's great for those visiting Hokkaido for the first time, as they can visit popular tourist spots.
